The next day, late afternoon after Dylan returned from the construction site, he sat in the living room looking at some files from his office and printed emails about the progress of his grandfather's house renovation, as well as offers from several agents regarding its price. Then he opened his laptop and started creating a spreadsheet for his finances based on the receipts he had collected so far.
