After two hours, Lorenzo called both Rossis and Vitales for wedding planning discussion at an elite wedding planner's office. Both sides didn't want to go but when they came to know it was an order from Lorenzo they all had to come.
The wedding planner's office looked like a war room.
On one side were The Vitales: Lorenzo sat at the head, with his father beside him, Dante sitting casually but one could see how angry he was, and Isabellawas taking notes like this was a corporate merger.
On the other side were the The Rossis: I sat directly opposite to Lorenzo, my father beside me, Luciano was looking uncomfortable, and Bianca was radiating hostility.
The wedding planner, Sofia, who was nervous, stood at the head of the table with color swatches and fabric samples.
"Let's start with colors." Sofia said. "What are we thinking?"
"Blue." I said.
"Red." Lorenzo said simultaneously.
We glared at each other.
"Red is the Vitale color. Lorenzo said. "Traditional."
