Scott had immediately accepted his fate. He had complete faith in BB's plan. Most would call that idea insane. When BB was done with the act, he took his pills. See, unlike how he had regularly needed such things, in his regenerated state, he found himself to not need them. He couldn't eat normally so to the average person that would be an overdose on one's average dosage of vitamins.
"Now, Sugar needs someone to rely on so I'll wait until he's gone and then ODETTA is going to be begging for me to return."
See, BB had planned on that if ODETTA wanted to restart that old crew then she would need them alive. So, if he was the last one standing then he would have all the leverage. Especially when you consider that psychic's can revive the dead.
"Little this, little that and all of a sudden, I was in the infirmary for eight months!"
Dr. John was talking with Lia and Sugar whilst the now youthful BB sat in the darkness. He learned sneaking from Alexandria and Sears and he was always a fast learner. He knew that nobody would recognize him. Some of them might have even said that he was actually Dials from how similar the two looked. BB dropped his robes and went to Sugar's luggage. Inside was a black t-shirt and a pair of grey sweatpants that he took to put on. I haven't felt this way in so long!
"Hello, everyone."
They all took out their weapons and pointed them at BB. He didn't care. He wasn't a fighter but he was willing to talk his way out of a fight.
"Dials?"
"No, you know me. I haven't had this much fun since the party."
"The party?"
"That doesn't matter. But what does, is how we have to go do some things."
They all looked in confusion as if they hadn't heard Scott screaming about having nowhere to go and nothing to do. Sugar had figured that he was doing it to keep them preoccupied. He was right. BB had decided that they were going somewhere to buy time and for him to exercise his more violent side.
"Where are we going?"
"We're going to find ourselves a riot."
"You're kidding."
"Nope."
BB fired up the engine, and they flew backwards through time before landing in a time long before where a prison riot was happening. One thing that was interesting was how BB was the direct inspiration for such a horrible riot as he was working as a prison guard and had done some less than humane things to some men who looked like him.
"So, what are we going to do here?"
"Simple, you're going to make the crew get off the ship and never get back on. You're going to be giving them an address to live at. That house is a normal house that should be able to keep them under control until the plan is done."
Sugar was considering the validity of BB's claim. This had to be a scam of some sorts or a deceit of some kind.
"Fine, I'll do it. But make sure that this works out the way you want it to."
"I'll certainly try."
BB wasn't a hundred percent certain in his plan, and he knew that he was losing daylight.
"Okay, okay. Go to the house BB wants you to."
They did so but something was strange, Lia had a teardrop go down her face as she walked off the ship with Dr. John.
"Now, I need you to open the door."
"The door?"
"The one that lets him through. This may hurt you, but we have lots of unfinished business to sort through."
"BB, are you sure about this?"
"Stop doubting me and do it."
Sugar had caught onto what BB was doing, and he knew it had hurt for him to say all that. But Sugar also knew that BB would never ask him to do anything that he wouldn't do himself as he likely found himself in the same situation at one point or another.
"Okay."
"Don't say okay, say yes."
My lord, I'm turning into my father. He really is a bad habit. BB quickly calmed himself. What little respect he held for Lighter, (which was entirely in his intellectualism) had gone to BB making sure this was as quick as possible. Sugar was going to [redacted].
"Yes sir."
"Please, call me dad."
After the deed was done, BB screamed into the night. He lost a brother and a son on the same day. He screamed at the stars for whatever higher power there was to stop this agony. Finally, he got a response in the form of a door.
"We need to talk."
"No. Leave me alone."
"I have other candidates."
"But you would've gone to find them already. You have nobody. All you have left is me."
ODETTA was shocked. His mind had grown in strength with his body.
"Nice to see you're sharp as ever but let's not lie. You were trying to get my attention."
Come on, take the bait.
"Bring them back, then we got a deal."
"Fine."
Little did BB know, she decided to sweeten the deal.
"Well, I guess this is the part where I get in."
"Yes, it is."
