Chapter 92 - Chapter 91: Notes, Trouble.

While the people outside were feeling complex emotions such as joy, satisfaction, and aggravation, Yoichi took his time to read some of the Martial Ancestor's notes.

Thanks to his learning capabilities, he understood that he had a lot of flaws or disadvantages in his fighting style.

His barbaric style was undoubtedly a reckless approach in fighting against opponents. So he tried to seek advice from the Martial Ancestor's notes since he was still a 5-year-old child and anything could be rectified at this crucial milestone of his lifetime.

[Why does Heavenly Demon not use any weapon? In my personal opinion, it was due to their customs and cultivation techniques. Unlike the Heavenly Demons in my past world, this technique revolved around close combat and hand-to-hand expertise.]

[My past world where I was born called Earth, there were materials hailed as Manhwa. Now, in these awesome materials, many Heavenly Demons are depending on swords, spears, and even both of the said weapons.]

[All of them have their extraordinary methods but they truly differ from reality. At first, I was shocked by this acknowledgment until I became accustomed to its primitive fighting style.]

[Based on my information about its history, many tried to change this unsophisticated and death-asking technique. Some of them attempted to use weapons and tools of war. But in the end, the posture techniques were honestly inflexible and limited by the subject of modifications or shifts.]

[Postures were the only fundamental part of the Martial Arts that cannot be changed no matter what. It was the foundation or the base technique.]

[Since Heavenly Demon Posture relied on endurance and physical boost, other methods such as sword and spear techniques will remain static.]

[Instead of being a jack of all trades, the predecessors decided to follow the flow and became true masters of close-combat dominance in the Martial Arts World.]

[So if an individual cultivated Heavenly Demon Scripture, my only best wishes for them were not to cultivate that much in the Goredrinker and use innocent beings' blood for the sake of overwhelming power.]

"What the hell? So I'm fundamentally fucked by this rigid thinking? How can I create techniques of my own now?"

In the sea of consciousness, Yoichi felt stupefied by the unreasonable and stringent technique he cultivated.

From Yoichi's perspective, this atrocious technique should have its leeways or room to maneuver, not to hinder their successors' obvious desire to change or formulate their own set of fighting styles.

[However, all of the people in Jianghu or Murim don't mind this due to the Innate Realm. According to the annals of history and chronicles, all methods to cultivate techniques had a chance or opportunity to create their own set of fighting techniques once they were in the Innate Realm.]

[I can also attest to this since True Qi or Force was interchangeable and free-flowing like water. Imagine this, True Qi is water while the techniques are cups that keep the water in its form. Any technique in the Martial Arts World was only a storage device just like Martial Arts practitioners.]

[As they said, your imagination can be a limit! In my belief, these posture techniques served as a preventative measure to dissuade other people from cultivating many methods.]

[Human time was only fixed. Who the hell could cultivate them in Perfection one by one? Even I can't seem to imagine myself in that position!]

"Innate Realm huh..." Yoichi crossed his arms and fell silent until he uttered, "That might be a true case of the Martial Ancestor's opinion on posture techniques. Cultivation really required tons of resources and effort."

At this point, Yoichi was once more grateful for his lifeless system. The otherworldly system granted him resources and materials with just a tiny limitation that felt reasonable.

He had a system but what about the past famous people who cultivated Martial Arts? Perhaps they were killing each other for the sake of resources that could truly help them in the arduous Martial Arts Path.

"No, I should be confident and remove my doubts. At some point, they were actually killing each other..." Once he came back to reality, Yoichi sighed and looked at the white ceiling in helplessness.

One small step at a time... There's no point in being impulsive. I'll tackle this technique problem later on. Yoichi thought while he clumsily shook his head, cleansing his mind from the troubles of tomorrow.

*Creakkkk*

"I suppose you're doing fine here and recuperating..." As the jarring sound of the door reverberated, Yoichi noticed Hiruzen, who was visiting him with a gentle smile on his face.

Dressed in a Hokage's garments and hat, Hiruzen's visit seemed to be a formal attendance as he set down his headdress on the table, looking at the stable condition of the child with his own eyes.

"I apologize for not being in a good state to pay my respects, Hokage-sama." At this juncture, Yoichi simply looked at Hiruzen and politely expressed his words in an apologetic tone.

With that being said, Yoichi's mind began to look for the possible intent of this deliberate visit.

"Hahaha... You're still as courteous as ever, child. No wonder you can come ahead of your peers..." Hiruzen's hearty laughter resounded and praised Yoichi for his intellect.

"It is my pleasure to serve and protect Konoha, Hokage-sama," Yoichi casually replied in a nonchalant voice until he continued, "I presume there's an intention behind your revered visit?"

In such a direct expression, the mood inside the room fell silent before Hiruzen sighed and said, "Haaahh... Did my presence indicate the problems? Very well, now that you have figured it out, I guess it's time to let the cat out of its box."

For a while, Hiruzen began to explain all the things that happened in the last 3 days of a hectic and problematic situation at his hands as a Hokage.

During these expositions, Yoichi felt complicated. Perplexity, irritation, and gratitude became mixed up in his mind as he glanced at Hiruzen with an indifferent expression.

"I think you should reveal my involvement in this situation, Hokage-sama," Yoichi replied, still impassive as ever.

"But what about your safety?! Many people and other major villages could threaten your life!" Hiruzen frowned and voiced out his concerns but Yoichi remained steadfast.

"Before you could consider the other villages, you should think about the internal affairs first, Hokage-sama. Does Hokage-sama want the Uchiha Clan to bother the village's stability?"

Upon hearing Yoichi's logical answer, Hiruzen's face dimmed and fell into a deep reflection.

In Yoichi's mind, he earnestly worked hard to kill 3 Chūnin and stall time for Konoha Shinobi to rescue his pathetic state.

Furthermore, he doesn't care about the assassination tasks for his head anymore. Although it sounded illogical, this situation was inevitable.

The tallest tree catches most of the wind. It's a futile attempt to hide the truth from the eyes of the public.

Lastly, once the truth was publicized, the Uchiha Clan might pester the Hokage's office but it would feed their own vanity and sense of arrogance since their exceptional child finished the mission with flying colors.

"I see... I reckon that you are quite right with your statement..." Albeit it was a little troublesome, it was a minor compromise for the sake of the greater good in Hiruzen's sentiment.

Now, Hiruzen noticed a silhouette of his sensei in the child's body until he took a deep breath and sighed.

"I'll take my leave now, child. Thanks for the suggestion you conveyed to me. Rest up and we'll talk about the rewards later on." Then, Hiruzen put on his hat and slowly left the space with numerous thoughts in his mind.

When the tree leaves dance, one shall find flames. The fire's shadow will illuminate the village, and once again, tree leaves shall bud anew... I hope that it should be the case...

Hiruzen thought as he walked to the hospital hallways with the cheers and laughter of the nearby onlookers.

Meanwhile, Yoichi closed his eyes until he meditated with a peace of mind. As for the sentiments, Yoichi felt there wasn't. He did that for the sake of his ambitions and influence.

His objectives were beyond any village or politics, it was the whole world. As well as his selfish desire to proliferate Martial Arts in the Naruto Universe.
