Chapter 1 - Above and Below

The kingdom of Lumara floated high above the world, nestled in the clouds. A radiant realm of angels, bathed in light and bound by love. White marble towers stretched toward the heavens, rising through glowing mist that shimmered like stardust. Gentle music drifted on the breeze, soft as a lullaby.

The angels of Lumara were all united by their pure hearts and the magic of healing that flowed through their veins. Draped in flowing white garments, they moved with effortless grace, their wings glowing as they soared beneath the endless blue sky.

At the heart of this heavenly kingdom stood the grand castle, a palace of light and harmony, home to the beloved royal family: King Orin, wise and just. Queen Alura, radiant and kind. And their daughter, Princess Celine, a beacon of warmth and hope to all.

But the peace that filled Lumara was fragile.

Far beneath the clouds, hidden in the depths of the earth, sprawled the demon kingdom of Varkor—a realm of shadow and fire. Cold stone palaces rose from cracked obsidian ground, lit by the flickering neon glow of casinos, taverns, and dens of desire. Pleasure ruled here, fueled by vice, intoxication, and chaos.

Varkor was ruled by the ruthless King Vorgath and his son Prince Solem, who was as wild and untamed as the flames that curled through his bloodline.

Where angels brought guidance, demons brought temptation.

The angels descended to earth unseen, drifting like spirits through the world of humans, nudging hearts toward kindness, mercy, and truth. The demons followed, sowing doubt, testing character, whispering cruel choices into vulnerable ears.

Sometimes, they walked among us.

Not with wings or horns, but as strangers in the night, appearing when we least expect it. Some to guide. Some to destroy.

For centuries, angels and demons have clashed in silence and in flame. Their hatred runs deep, woven into the fabric of their realms, passed down through generations like a curse neither side can escape.
