Chapter 201 - Chapter 152: The Heroic Expedition Team's Emergency Operation!

Dusk fell, enveloping the entire ranch in a dim twilight.

The three challengers, exhausted and stimulated, turned away.

Standing by the ranch, they bid farewell to Naoki: "Goodbye, Mr. Naoki! Thank you so much for your help today! We'll be back if we get the chance!"

Naoki waved casually: "Go on, go on!"

Judging by their appearances, it seemed like today's harvest was plentiful.

Satisfied, the three turned and left.

Naoki then turned to check on the three Gogoats.

After releasing the energy in their bodies, they wore expressions of contentment, appearing fully relaxed.

Seeing Naoki looking at them, the three Gogoats cheerfully greeted him.

"Baa~"

"It's alright, you can keep lying down!" Naoki said.

On the way back to the house, he began pondering the current state of the Gogoats.

Whether it's dancing or battling, these effects don't last.

In fact, there are more than just these two methods to resolve the issue of the Gogoats' excess energy.

If the Gogoat were like a water-filled balloon, the Gogoat itself would be the balloon, while the water could be considered the Grass Type Energy provided by the Grassy Seed.

Too much water expands the balloon, losing its balance, so the excess water must be drained.

In this case, if the balloon is large enough, far exceeding the volume of water inside, no matter how much water is added, it won't overpower the balloon.

To prevent the Gogoats from needing to release energy every day as they do now, their physical strength must be enhanced, expanding their energy capacity.

The current methods in this world for enhancing physical strength...

Seem to rely solely on constant training and extreme battling.

"If only there were recipes for that," Naoki thought.

Like the Rock Salt Fried Soil that the Nacli eats daily, it can enhance the physical strength of both Nacli and Naclstack.

Unfortunately, it has no effect on Grass Type Gogoats.

As evening fell, the Pokemon, having been out all day, began returning to their nests.

Koraidon lay beside the bed, leisurely swinging its tail.

Cyclizar and Dragonite stood by the fridge, taking out two glasses of Berry Juice, gulping them down with satisfaction.

Naoki started preparing dinner for everyone, the enticing aroma spreading as the bright fire flickered.

Thick smoke rose through the chimney, and the sunset, like orange soda, poured its light through the windows, filling the room with a warm and harmonious atmosphere.

While watching the sizzling meat in the pan, Naoki thought of Teddiursa and Mew.

They had been out of contact for almost half a month, and he wondered where they might be and how they were doing now.

Based on their last messages and the Pokemon who delivered them, Naoki guessed there was a seventy percent chance they were in the Kanto Region or Johto Region.

These regions are on the same continent, very far from the Paldea Region.

Due to the time difference, it was evening here, while it should be late night there.

By now, Mew and Teddiursa were surely nestled in their dreams, right?

Like wild Pokemon, casually finding a large tree to use Mew's Secret Power to create a spacious tree hole base.

The two fluffy Pokemon snuggle within the tree hollow, falling asleep together.

Soon, dinner was ready, and the sky outside was completely dark.

Naoki and the group of Pokemon began to enjoy dinner.

Meanwhile, far away in the Kanto Region, just as Naoki had predicted, the time had reached late night.

Waves crashed upon the steep coast, the deep sea extending endlessly.

Today's weather wasn't great; not a single star shone in the sky, with no light visible except the glow from a lighthouse stationed on a cliff.

Mew and Teddiursa were leisurely sitting atop the lighthouse.

They had traveled to this place a few days ago.

According to the Pokemon nearby, a mysterious figure appears on the sea near here every night, lingering around.

It's an enormous creature shrouded in mist that always emits a lonely call.

A Krabby living by the sea was frightened and recently heard about the renowned Heroic Expedition Team.

This expedition team consists of two Pokemon traveling on a journey, enthusiastic about helping Pokemon in need.

Krabby recently heard they had arrived here and sought them out, asking for help in investigating the gigantic shadow.

Filled with adventurous and chivalrous spirit, Mew and Teddiursa had come here.

They remained atop the lighthouse, waiting for the mysterious Pokemon to appear.

At this moment, Mew and Teddiursa noticed three furtive figures below.

It was a group consisting of two humans and one Meowth.

Eager to sneak into the lighthouse, the Team Rocket trio had not noticed they were being observed with excitement.

Jessie, tiptoeing ahead, couldn't help but fantasize: "There must be so many valuable things here!"

James, beside her, was equally enthusiastic: "Maybe there are rare Pokemon that we can capture!"

"Then gift them to the boss, making us rich and powerful Meow!"

"Miu?"

Mew tilted its head, watching the trio.

"Huh...!"

Previously, Teddiursa had been surrounded by Meowths in the city, leading it to dislike this kind of Pokemon.

What surprised it, however, was that this Meowth could speak human language!

Just as the two Pokemon were filled with doubt, a faint mist rose from the ocean.

Sensing something, Mew turned, along with Teddiursa, and saw a shadow approaching from the distant sea.

This was a shadow larger than they could have imagined.

Even though Mew and Teddiursa had anticipated this, they were still taken aback by the sight.

"Huh!" (So big!)

The shadow was veiled in the night, surrounded by thick mist, making it impossible to discern its form clearly.

At the same time, the Team Rocket trio noticed the shadow as well.

They showed the same shock but soon Jessie had a brilliant idea.

"If we could capture this creature and give it to the boss..."

"Great idea!" James clapped in agreement.

"Let's go Meow!"

As the shadow reached the shore, the trio sprang into action, commanding their Pokemon to attack the shadow.

However, their actions angered the creature, which possessed frightening power, and it swiftly sent them flying.

"What a bothersome feeling!"

As the trio was sent flying, the lighthouse beneath Mew and Teddiursa was also affected by the mighty force, resulting in the destruction of most of it.

Mew's eyes gleamed, and it and Teddiursa floated into the air.

The shadow let out a mournful cry, then turned and retreated back into the sea.

The mist slightly dissipated, and as it turned away, Teddiursa's gaze penetrated through the dense fog, catching a glimpse of its form.

Was it... a Dragonite?

Teddiursa showed a shocked expression.

"Huh...!"

Why was there such a large Dragonite?! It was completely different from the Dragonites it had seen before!
