Chapter 304 - Chapter 177: Surprises from the Disciples

"Great, it's Clone Jutsu. I'm most skilled at Clone Jutsu."

"Unlucky, why isn't it Transformation Jutsu."

"Damn, I was just practicing Substitution Jutsu, and they tested Clone Jutsu."

After Iketani Isamu announced the topic, a buzz of discussion broke out in the classroom.

"Clone Jutsu, huh, it's really simple. I'm sure I'll get a perfect score this time." A smile appeared on Obito's face. Even Shadow Clone is a piece of cake for him, let alone Clone Jutsu without a physical form.

"Hard work brings good luck." Might Guy pumped his fist and also smiled. Among the basic Ninjutsu, he was best at Clone Jutsu.

Nohara Rin didn't have any special feelings. Her basic Ninjutsu skills were about average, so it didn't make much difference to her what the exam was about.

"Everyone quiet down, I'm going to start calling names." Iketani Isamu gestured with his hand for the students to stop making noise.

"Murai Kazuya."

The student whose name was called quickly stood up and went to the adjacent classroom with Iketani Isamu.

A few minutes later, Iketani Isamu and another proctor returned to the classroom, smiling as he said:

"Everyone, do your best. Kazuya has already graduated successfully, don't lose to him."

The students who have completed the exam are not allowed to return to the classroom to maintain its quietness.

After giving the students this good news, Iketani Isamu continued calling the next student's name.

"Might Guy."

Upon hearing his name, Might Guy stood up and headed toward the door, following Iketani Isamu to the adjacent classroom.

Might Guy glanced around the classroom. It was quite spacious, containing only two chairs and a table, which was covered with a lot of Ninja Headbands.

"Guy, you can prepare yourself first, no need to be nervous. The exam will officially start in one and a half minutes." Iketani Isamu said kindly with a smile.

When he first took over Class 2-4, he thought he was unlucky, having to deal with Obito and Might Guy, who were known as the school's underperformers.

After one exam, he realized he was actually fortunate. Thanks to Might Guy and Obito, he received his first Excellent Teacher award of his teaching career. For the students who brought him luck, Iketani Isamu was naturally very accommodating.

"Phew." Might Guy nodded, took a deep breath, and his eyes became filled with excitement.

Today, he would take a solid step on the path to becoming the strongest in Taijutsu and officially become a ninja!

"You can begin. The topic is Clone Jutsu." Iketani Isamu said, worried that Might Guy might forget the topic, so he gave a reminder.

"Clone Jutsu!"

Might Guy carefully performed the hand signs, gathered Chakra, and used one of the few Ninjutsu he had learned.

As soon as Might Guy used the Jutsu, three clones identical to him appeared by his side, maintaining the same posture as his original body.

Iketani Isamu examined Might Guy's clones closely, nodded in satisfaction, and then lowered his head to grade him.

Generally, being able to create one clone that doesn't differ much in appearance from the original is considered a pass. The more clones, the higher the score, and the more similar the clones are to the original in all aspects, the higher the score.

Actually, seeing Might Guy able to use this kind of Clone Jutsu, Iketani Isamu was very surprised.

He knew Might Guy was very strong, but Might Guy never used Ninjutsu in battle, never used a single Jutsu. He thought that if Might Guy really couldn't manage, he would explain the situation to the Hokage and let Might Guy graduate as an exception. After all, such an outstanding student shouldn't be held back by rules. Seeing Might Guy's Clone Jutsu, he knew he wouldn't need to go through much trouble.

"Great, Guy, you passed. Congratulations on graduating to become a Genin." Iketani Isamu picked up a headband with a smile and said to Might Guy.

Might Guy stepped forward to receive the headband, celebrating by punching the air, "To celebrate my successful graduation, I definitely have to train twice as hard today!"

Iketani Isamu found it a bit strange when he heard this. Usually, celebration means no training today, but for Might Guy, it seemed to be the opposite.

"Maybe that's why his Taijutsu is far better than other kids his age." Iketani Isamu thought to himself.

"You can't return to the classroom. If you have friends to wait for, you can wait outside the school building." Iketani Isamu reminded.

Currently, the whole Ninja Academy is undergoing exams, and wandering in the corridors is not allowed.

Might Guy flashed a smile, showing his big white teeth, and nodded before heading outside the school building.

Time continued to pass, and the number of people in the classroom gradually decreased, but Obito's turn was still pending.

"Nohara Rin."

When he heard this name, Obito thought to himself that it's finally his turn. His student number came after Nohara Rin's, so once it was Nohara Rin's turn, he would be next.

"Rin, do your best!" Obito cheered for Nohara Rin with a smile.

"Mm, I'll wait for you outside after I finish." Nohara Rin smiled back and then followed Iketani Isamu to the neighboring classroom.

A few minutes later, Iketani Isamu returned, and Obito finally heard his name.

"Uchiha Obito."

Obito quickly stood up and followed Iketani Isamu out of the classroom.

"You have a minute and a half to prepare. The topic is Clone Jutsu. If you feel ready, you can start early." Iketani Isamu reminded with a smile.

He wasn't worried about Obito's performance at all. Compared to Taijutsu, Obito was more skilled in Ninjutsu.

"I can start now; I don't need to prepare." Obito replied confidently.

It's just a Clone Jutsu; he didn't feel the need to prepare for it.

He had waited long enough and just wanted to finish the exam quickly to become an official Ninja.
