Chapter 2 - Chapter 2: The First Legend

The Legend System pulsed lightly in my mind like a heartbeat I had never noticed before. I had spent the past few weeks absorbing every scrap of magical knowledge I could find, analyzing spell mechanics, and planning how to survive—and dominate—Hogwarts. But the real power wasn't just in the wizarding world. The System offered something else entirely: other worlds. Entire universes of magic, creatures, and artifacts I could bring into this one.

I hovered my thoughts over the selection menu, staring at the list of candidate worlds.

Lord of the Rings – Magic-rich, creatures ranging from goblins to dragons, legendary artifacts, powerful beings… fairly easy to integrate.

Pirates of the Caribbean – Interesting, but mostly nautical and cursed humans; less magical synergy with Hogwarts.

Naruto – Ninjutsu and chakra powers… strong, but chaotic and potentially hard to explain.

Game of Thrones – Dragons, politics, and blood magic… tempting, but the system warned that integration would be difficult.

I smirked. The choice was obvious.

"Lord of the Rings it is."

The moment I confirmed it, my mind was flooded with information. Ancient powers, long-lost spells, artifacts that had shaped entire continents. And then the system spoke directly, its voice calm, unerring, and mechanical:

[World Linked: Lord of the Rings]Starter Pack Available: Yes

I knew better than to waste time. I opened the starter pack menu. Four options glimmered in my mind, the system clearly favoring me with things no normal mortal could ever obtain.

Starter Pack Contents:

Sauron's Magical Talent – grants mastery over multiple forms of dark and destructive magic.

The One Ring – amplifies magical abilities and allows control over minds to a limited degree.

Uchiha Bloodline – grants sharingan-level abilities: perception, prediction, and combat mastery.

Ruler of Monsters – all old dark creatures and monsters recognize your authority and obey your commands automatically.

I could feel my pulse accelerate. These weren't just gifts—they were game-changers. This was a level of power I hadn't even dreamed of in my previous life.

I activated them one by one, feeling the energy integrate into my very being. Darkness and power coiled around me like a living thing. Sauron's magical talent flowed through my mind, giving me intuition for spells I had never even seen before. The One Ring pulsed faintly, a weight and a promise all at once. The Uchiha bloodline unlocked new perception, my eyesight sharpening to the point I could anticipate movements before they happened. And finally… the awareness of creatures all around me, ancient, dark, monstrous—they were aware of me now. Their minds deferred to mine, instinctively, without question.

"Not bad," I murmured. I tested it immediately, summoning a small wraith in my mind. It bowed its ethereal head. Perfect.

Then the system gave me my first true summoning opportunity. My pulse raced. I could bring something directly from the Lord of the Rings world into this one. Anything—creature, artifact, or named character.

I thought carefully. What would give me the most leverage? What could I integrate seamlessly into my magical world?

I chose Saruman's Magical Grimoire.

The moment I focused, a grimoire appeared in front of me, hovering slightly in the air. Its leather cover was worn, etched with symbols that pulsed faintly with their own light. The smell of old parchment and potent magic hit me immediately. I reached out, and the moment my fingers touched the cover, knowledge and power surged into me. Spells, rituals, and incantations, some of which I barely understood, filled my mind. Saruman's cunning, intelligence, and magical expertise were now at my disposal.

I allowed myself a smile. Hogwarts would be fun. Every obstacle, every professor, every hidden secret of the castle would now be something I could exploit. And I wasn't just armed with magic—I had knowledge, foresight, artifacts, and control over monsters.

I could already imagine my strategy. Spread legends of power across the wizarding world, gain points, acquire creatures and artifacts, summon monsters to bend reality to my will. Every month, a new summon, a new advantage. By the time I walked through the Hogwarts gates, I wouldn't just be another student. I would be something far greater.

I sat back, examining the grimoire in my hands. The energy from the starter pack pulsed through me, the wraiths lurking invisibly in the corners of the room acknowledging my presence, the faint weight of the One Ring resting on my finger as if it had always belonged there.

I was Isaac Rose. Ten years old. But my mind, my power, and now my growing arsenal of legends made me untouchable. The wizarding world had no idea what was coming.

And I, for the first time since awakening, truly smiled.

The game had begun.
