These were but a few of the illusions that appeared before him.
The disturbing and emotionally inflicted pain and suffering continued for what seemed like days, months and years as the fear branch of Aster's spirit root tried everything imaginable to crush him, choke him and even break him but Aster gritted his teeth as he yelled for everything to stop.
At first, he had almost been convinced that the illusions in front of him were his new reality but deep down, Aster knew something wasn't right, and his perseverance and determination to not accept this twisted reality fabricated by the fear branch proved really important because now all the illusions had been dispelled and Aster finds himself standing in the void once again.
But this time, Aster could feel something, huge and colossal, standing before him.
He lifted his gaze up and Aster noticed he could roughly make out the outline of the large humanoid being standing in front of him.
