The year of 20xx, at the Eve of New Year, disaster struck instead of the lively joy of a new year.

The earth cracks, unveiling the hollow insides of it, before beings called Calamities striked fear in human hearts. Countless dangerous creatures surged from underneath, claiming the lives of millions.

But, Humanity was given a chance to fight back as a weird holographic window pops up in front of their eyes.

Along with it comes an unexplainable energy, called Mana. Things that were usually seen and read from fictions now becomes a reality. 

Humanity now stands a chance at fighting back despite being pushed to the edge. 

Sirius, a boy that survived the dangers of Calamities helped fight back those murderuous creatures. Up until the appearance of Posts, an area that is deemed safe for people to build fortresses and walls to protect their home from the dangers of Calamities.

Three years passed ever since that day, and now Sirius is back into the scene.

He had once gone off the spotlight, living peacefully with his family and friends. No longer does he need to fight to survive and save other people.

He can be a normal kid again.

But, after a year or so ever since Posts had been made, the gears of fate moved again. In the present, Sirius is once again back to the battlefield, fighting for his life.

He will meet others, people special to him, and lose some of those people along the line, he will fight, be happy, be sad, be angry, and fall in love. 

Such is the romantic story of the gears of fate and a human's struggle.

This is my first story, and I will be improving my story as it goes on, I am sure like many other authors, my story will at most be decent in the beginning. 


So please do bear with it, because I plan to write a beautiful book. Well, plan. To which I hope I fulfill my plan.


I hope that you, my reader, enjoy the story and accompany me throughout the book and days as I improve!
