Two separate but related systems govern advancement:

DOMINION MILITARY RANKS & CORE TIERS

1. Core Initiate → Private

Military Title: Private (Initiate)

Role: Basic infantry soldiers who've just awakened their Core. Used as expendable troops and sent to frontlines or beast territories.

Power Level: Can enhance strength, reflexes, and endurance slightly using mana or vigor.

Equipment: Low-tier Beast Core weapons.

2. Core Adept → Sergeant

Military Title: Sergeant (Adept)

Role: Squad leaders who command small units of Initiates. Can use basic combat techniques or low-tier elemental magic.

Power Level: 2–3 times stronger than normal soldiers.

Symbol: Silver insignia on collar.

3. Core Knight → Lieutenant

Military Title: Lieutenant (Knight)

Role: Mid-rank officers. Capable of commanding small platoons. Considered elite troops within a base.

Power Level: Skilled in channeling mana through weapons or body.

Symbol: Two silver stripes.

4. Core Lord → Captain

Military Title: Captain (Lord)

Role: Commanders of divisions or strategic units. Can manipulate mana fields and use advanced elemental techniques.

Power Level: Comparable to low-tier beasts or mechs.

Symbol: Gold insignia with winged emblem.

5. Core Saint → Colonel

Military Title: Colonel (Saint)

Role: Oversees entire military bases or research divisions. Command authority over hundreds of soldiers.

Power Level: Can devastate small battalions alone.

Symbol: Double gold wing insignia.

6. Archon → General

Military Title: Dominion General (Archon)

Role: Regional commanders of the Dominion. Often rule over entire sectors. Known for near-mythical combat power.

Power Level: Can obliterate armies or beasts single-handedly.

Symbol: Silver and red Dominion crest.

7. Demi-Deity → High Marshal

Military Title: High Marshal (Demi-Deity)

Role: Supreme strategists of the Dominion military. They oversee entire continents and major campaigns.

Power Level: City-level threats. Can warp mana fields and defy physics.

Symbol: Platinum crest with a black star.

8. Aether Sovereign → Grand Imperator

Military Title: Grand Imperator (Aether Sovereign)

Role: The highest possible rank in the Dominion, answering only to the Council of 9. Legends say there are only three Sovereigns alive.

Power Level: Nation-level beings. Their mere presence distorts mana currents.

Symbol: Platinum crown insignia with crimson wings.

DOMINION NAVAL RANKS & CORE TIERS

1. Core Initiate → Seaman Recruit

Naval Title: Seaman Recruit (Initiate)

Role: Entry-level sailors who recently awakened their Core. Tasked with menial ship duties and defense drills.

Power Level: Can enhance reflexes slightly; barely combat-ready.

Symbol: Plain blue badge.

2. Core Adept → Petty Officer

Naval Title: Petty Officer (Adept)

Role: Supervises small ship teams or weapon crews. Manages ship maintenance and combat response drills.

Power Level: Moderate mana users, can reinforce weapons and armor with mana flow.

Symbol: Silver anchor insignia.

3. Core Knight → Lieutenant Commander

Naval Title: Lieutenant Commander (Knight)

Role: Commands small vessels or serves as executive officer on larger ones. Skilled in mana navigation, energy cannon operation.

Power Level: Strong combatants, able to fend off low-tier sea beasts.

Symbol: Twin silver anchors.

4. Core Lord → Captain

Naval Title: Ship Captain (Lord)

Role: Captain of advanced Dominion destroyers or mana-cruisers. Controls crews of hundreds and channels mana into ship arrays.

Power Level: Can project mana barriers over ships and channel elemental energy through artillery.

Symbol: Golden anchor with wing crest.

5. Core Saint → Fleet Commodore

Naval Title: Fleet Commodore (Saint)

Role: Oversees a fleet of multiple ships. Commands through both strategy and direct magical reinforcement of vessels.

Power Level: Can manifest large-scale mana shields and elemental storms.

Symbol: Double gold wings encircling an anchor.

6. Archon → Vice Admiral

Naval Title: Vice Admiral (Archon)

Role: Commands entire naval divisions across multiple regions. Known for devastating mana artillery and ship enchantments.

Power Level: Capable of sinking islands with their attacks.

Symbol: Silver and red Dominion naval sigil.

7. Demi-Deity → Grand Admiral

Naval Title: Grand Admiral (Demi-Deity)

Role: Supreme commander of the Dominion Navy's global fleets. Commands both sea and sky fortresses.

Power Level: Can control mana tides, influence weather, and command fleets telepathically.

Symbol: Platinum crest with triple anchors.

8. Aether Sovereign → Lord of the Deep

Naval Title: Lord of the Deep (Aether Sovereign)

Role: Mythic naval overlord who commands the Dominion's greatest oceanic and aerial fortresses. Few exist; their power keeps the seas under Dominion control.

Power Level: Planetary-scale. Can manipulate sea currents and mana storms across continents.

Symbol: Platinum crown above a crimson trident.
