"Now that I have done the legwork, I believe there is hip work to be done," I said before taking a chug of the ale
As I set the mug down, I saw that Shadowheart was looking at me with a raised eyebrow, her mesmerizing eyes piercing right through me.
"Pardon me?" She said
I chuckled and waved her off, "Nothing, it was a joke."
"Wasn't that funny." She said as she flicked her white hair behind her and rolled her eyes, "For a killing machine Paladin, you can be quite the clown."
I smiled, "Well, when I am with you, I am comfortable enough to act like one." I told her, "After all, we have been through quite some stuff."
"Hm…." She said, "That is true."
"We already got rid of our parasites." I told her, "I did so much for you too. And in the end, we stopped an apocalyptic event. I think that calls for a moment of peace and clarity, don't you think?"
She sighed, "Yes...." She said softly, "I do appreciate everything you've done for me. Even putting me ahead of the others, despite how they get."
I looked down and rubbed my head, "I don't even know how I managed to get in this position, Shadowheart." I said with a chuckle, "But here we are, eh? We're in it now."
"Now that peace is upon the land, for now though, we can finally have the time to get adjusted to what we have." She said while blushing, "And you can finally keep your promise and settle us down, hm?"
"I was drunk when I said that." I told her, "You know that."
"Tell that to them." She said with a smirk, "Or rather, tell that to her."
She pointed past me.
"Hm?" I turned to see a flash of red as I was tackled into the ground

"Hehe." Shadowheart looked down, "You're lucky that we fixed her heart right after beating the Elder Brain. Otherwise, she wouldn't be here and you should probably be ablaze."

"I'm so hot...." Karlach's demeanor suddenly shifted, her eyes looking at me with a seductive glint, "Are you not?"

She glared at Karlach, "You filthy Tiefling." She said with an annoyed tone, "How many times have I told you not to drunkenly slobber all over my man."
Karlach frowned, "He's mine too." She said, "And I was the first one he ever fucked between all of us."

"Alright, that's enough." I said as I stood up, holding Karlach in my arms as she latched onto me, "I don't want my women to fight amongst each other. So let's make a deal."
Minthara tilted her head, "And what deal could that be?"
"I put Karlach to sleep." I said, "Giving her a nice little time alone in her dark room. And then when I am done, I come and get you, Minthara. Shadow can join us if she wants."
