That night, Theo had been slightly drunk, unsteady on his feet, but he knew exactly what he was doing.
Mia had sent him back to his hotel. She helped him lie down, and after a moment, then joined him there.
"Mia… what are you doing?" he startled, when she started unbuttoning his shirt.
"You need to change before bed," she said. Her fingers brushed against his skin.
Theo seized her hand and gently flipped her over, pressing her beneath him.
"I'm not that drunk… I can do it myself," he murmured, his gaze searching hers.
"Weren't you the one who warned me we were only friends? You know it's hard for me when you act like this."
Mia's lips curved into a small, daring smile. Slowly, she looped her arms around his neck, pulling his face close.
"Will you… entertain your friend tonight? I've never done this before."
"If I refuse?"
"Um... I guess I'll just find some other guy."
