A boy woke up from his bed. Looking at the system he raised an eyebrow. It's been 11 years, he thought, he will be in danger in this world and trained in magic as soon as he recognised this is Harry Potter world. As for his identity, he is Michael Prince.
And he literally means the pureblood famikybof prince. The same family from which Severus Snape's mother expelled. He is the last remaining descendant. As for how this occured he don't know. All he knows is that one day Snape appeared in St. Paul's orphange and said with a cold face that he belongs to the prince family.
And as another remaining descendant from the Prince family, Snape is informed by the Goblins about this. Snape then took him to Gringotts, gave him heirship, throw him into the mansion filled with house elves and walked away. Occasionally once in a week, he will be there to check on Michael.
Michael didn't sit idle either. He is studying all books he can find, from simple charms to tomes left by the ancestors of the family. The prince family sure is rich, with the potion patents, Alchemy patents, shops in diagon alley, investments in various businesses along with many assets being rented by the companies, money is sure as hell pouring into the vaults.
As he is a choosen as the heir, every month, they will release a statement about the finances to him, thanks to a certain someone managing the patents, business and everything that belongs to Prince family outside after Michael appeared.
Yep, it's none other than Snape, the patents which are almost expired are again renewed, the businesses and assets all are in maintainance again along with the contract review. But Michael can see the cold gaze Snape is giving him. He don't know if his uncle hates him or just cares for him.
One day, Snape just returned seeing Michael use magic, he said," the heir of Prince family needs to master potions too. This is a family that is renowned for producing potions and potion masters. You'll become a laughingstock if you can't master this art. I'll teach you, so learn well ".
And yep, you know the classes with Snape will be anything but smooth. " Michael, have you left your brains in one of the cabinets. The dried nettles aren't processed like that ", " fool, what are you doing? You'll crush the moon stone if you go in like this. You need cut a small piece not smash it into powder ", " that's just a simple matter of stirring. How can you not get it? 5 time clockwise and one time counter clockwise. Remember this, I won't tell you a second time ".
In one month, Michael get to experience what it's like to have a professor as your caretaker and personal teacher. He is been mocked, scolded, and even one time, Snape lost his temper when he messed up a potion. So yeah, it isn't not at all good to be with a sharp tongured caretaker.
He gets to experience the potions classroom way sooner than anyone. And believe him when he say this, he prayed everyday he won't get scolded and survive the potions tutoring session with Snape. He is almost in tears everytime. Can you imagine a reincarnator crying? Well, Snape managed up achiev this task. Congratulations, Severus Snape.
Michael can only sigh thinking about this. Sure Snape is caring and all beneath this cold facade and sharp tongue sholdings, but can't you just decrease it even a little bit. And then after potions, he will teach Michael how to duel and also Occlumancy.
It's a miracle that Snape didn't find out he is reincarnated. Unlike with Harry, this time Snape isn't brutally forcing his way in. But guided Michael in every step. Michael achieved a basic mastery after a week of training, and learned to block his thoughts from being read by others after a month. So yeah, before even going to Hogwarts, Michael is trained by Snape to be a good wizard.
Anyway, where are we? Oh, yeah his system. There are still a few weeks before Hogwarts. And he received his letter yesterday night while Snape is guiding him to brew a simple sleeping draught potion. It's a simple sleep potion taught to sehob and third years. Yeah, Snape went overboard already with his syllabus.
After receiving the Hogwarts letter he passed out, why? Because he is been brewing potions for last 4 hours continuously without a break. And the fumes from the potion already made him drowsy, so much so that, after brewing last potion, he picked up the letter from Snape before even opening it, he passed out.
