Chapter 113 - Chapter 112: Sealing the Demon God, the Imperial Family (End)

A dense, demonic miasma loomed near the border of Hage Village.

"Ladin… how did you become like this?" Adam's voice trembled.

Before him stood a monstrous figure — once human, now a grotesque mountain of flesh covered in countless demonic faces.

"ROAR!!"

The only reply Adam received was an animalistic howl.

Ladin's humanity was all but erased. The faces writhing across his body laughed with twisted delight.

"Heh… heheheh… ughuhuhuh…"

Watching his old friend stumble forward, Adam raised the Human Emperor Sword with resolve.

"Ladin… let me free you."

He roared, unleashing Human Emperor Slash!

A blinding arc of divine light split the monstrous body clean in two.

"How… how is this possible?"

From within the bisected mass, thousands of demonic faces screamed. The two halves writhed — then fused back together.

"This…"

Adam turned to glance behind him. Hage Village—his home—lay directly in the creature's path. If it reached the village, everything would be annihilated.

"I will never let you pass! KILL! KILL! KILL!!"

Adam swung again and again, releasing dozens of slashes, but each strike only made the abomination multiply.

"Dragon Blast!"

"Tri-Element Secret Art: Wind, Water, and Flame Demon Slash!"

"Ultimate Judgment: Divine Punishment of Sin!"

Adam unleashed every spell and technique he knew, but nothing worked. The flesh kept splitting, merging, and growing — becoming even larger than a true Demon God.

"What… is that?"

The villagers of Hage could only stare in horror.

It was a sight no human should ever see — a mountain of writhing flesh and faces that blotted out the sun.

"The Flesh Mountain of Ten Thousand Demons…"

Terror consumed them. Most fell to their knees, unable even to scream.

"Sister Lily… I'm scared," whispered a trembling child.

Sister Lily, her voice steady despite her shaking hands, stroked the girl's hair.

"Don't worry. Adam will defeat them all."

She looked to the sky, eyes shining with faith. The boy she'd once watched over had become humanity's last hope.

"Adam… please win."

"I'm so damn tired…"

Adam panted heavily, his telekinesis straining to restrain the enormous creature. He could hold it down—but not forever.

This isn't a long-term solution.

Then he remembered—the Elven Secret Treasure, the Eye of Sealing Souls.

If he couldn't destroy the abomination… he'd seal it.

The Golden Grimoire in his hand blazed, its pages glowing and peeling away one by one.

"The wise Rat grants me the power to revive all myths!"

A golden rat sigil floated from the page, circling the monstrous mountain.

"The diligent Ox gives me strength to shake heaven and earth!"

A radiant ox joined the rat, orbiting the demon.

"The fierce Tiger harmonizes yin and yang so I may never waver!"

"The holy Dragon grants me the might to shatter all laws!"

"The silent Snake cloaks me from the world's eyes!"

The twelve zodiac spirits began to form a vast sealing array.

"ROOOAAARR!!"

The Flesh Mountain of Ten Thousand Demons broke free and crashed against the golden circle, shaking the world.

Adam didn't falter. His voice thundered across the heavens:

"The noble Horse purges all corruption!"

"The gentle Sheep elevates my soul!"

"The clever Monkey alters all forms of life!"

"The proud Rooster channels all creation to my command!"

Cracks formed in the glowing array as the monster struggled violently.

"The loyal Dog guards my life forever!"

"The lazy Pig makes my enemies vanish from sight!"

"The Power of the Twelve Zodiac Talismans—SEAL!"

Twelve sigils of pure gold aligned around Ladin's body, each anchoring a direction of the world. Golden light shot skyward, linking them into one divine seal.

"AAAHHH!!!"

It was impossible to tell if the final scream came from man or monster—then silence.

Light filled the heavens, and the monster was gone.

"It's over…"

Adam stood before the massive stone disk bearing the Twelve Zodiac Seals. From this day onward, it would be a sacred site—greater even than the Devil's Skull.

"We won!"

Adam raised his sword to the sky and roared. Across the entire Continent, people heard his victorious cry.

Even a mysterious man watching from the distant "Nine Bugs Island" sighed.

"As if I never existed… that man truly is incredible."

Adam first returned to Hage Village, greeting everyone at the church, then flew back to the royal capital.

"Borther!" Lemiel Silvamillion Clover rushed over first, his reborn personality far less regal than before.

"Stay back, brother! I still prefer hugging beautiful women."

Adam laughed, gently pushing him aside, nodding to Princess Princia, then soaring toward the crowd.

"Adam!"

Mereoleona, Charlotte, Noelle, and others had been waiting. The tsundere queen and the tsundere princess rushed him at once.

He was instantly surrounded by women—drawing jealous glares from every direction.

But the deadly stares of Vanessa and Mereoleona made him release his "hostages" quickly.

"Big Sister," Lemiel teased Princia, "if you don't act now, he'll be snatched away."

A sandbag-sized fist shut him up immediately. With two black eyes, the once-great Wizard King now looked pitiful—much to Secre's exasperation.

That night, a grand victory feast was held atop the ruins.

The Heart Kingdom's Queen, the Elves of Elysia, Kahono, Vangeance, and countless others gathered.

"Everyone—eat and drink your fill!" Adam shouted, raising his glass.

"CHEERS!!"

Laughter and celebration filled the night. The war was over, but rebuilding would take time.

Julius was gone. The King was gone. A new world would rise from their ashes.

Asta, his arms still bandaged, devoured cake like a child. Yuno was being fed by Sylph and Charmy. Yami, Leopold, and Nozel were already drunk. Xiaoshui and Lemiel's companions put on a magic show.

"What are you staring at?"

Charlotte had just been dragged off by Dorothy and Vanessa, while Mereoleona smirked beside him.

Adam wrapped an arm around her waist. "Of course, I'm looking at my wife."

"You smooth-talking brat~" Mereoleona's teasing smirk turned soft.

Adam couldn't look away—

"What are you so impatient for?" she laughed, gently pushing his hand away. "I'm pregnant."

"…What?"

She flicked his forehead. "Idiot."

It took a moment, but Adam's face broke into pure joy. He was going to be a father.

He pressed his ear to her belly, grinning.

"Let me hear my daughter's voice."

"She's not even born yet. How do you know it's a girl?" Mereoleona teased.

"My child—I just know." Adam kissed her forehead, then left.

There was still much to do.

The four great nations entered an era of peace and rebuilding. The world-ending war had finally concluded.

"From this day forward… the Imperial Family is established."

Adam declared the founding of an independent dynasty—the ruling house of the Clover kingdom.

Soon after came a grand wedding—Mereoleona, Charlotte, Noelle, Vanessa, and Princia were wed to him in royal ceremony.

Not long after, their first child was born—Anna Emperor, the Imperial Family's eldest daughter.

Yuno returned to the Spade Kingdom, reclaimed his throne, and became its rightful king.

Asta became the captain of the Black Bulls.

Yami prepared to return to his homeland.

Nacht continued his travels.

Zora resumed his ranger life.

Gauche and Grey succeeded Sister Theresa as orphanage head and lives with Marie.

Charmy went to the Spade Kingdom to pursue Yuno... ahem, to eat.

Finral married his fiancée, Finesse Calmreich.

Gordon continues to mumble in the Black Bulls' base.

Luck and Magna's rivalry burned on.

Henry is still in the Black Bulls' base, helping Asta.

The Bulls remained the same—chaotic, loyal, family.

Lemiel reluctantly resumed his role as Wizard King after William refused and the other captains failed to agree. Though… he didn't seem to mind with the help of Secre(Nero).

Xiaoshui spent his days wandering the Heart Kingdom with is wife Undine.

Thanks to Adam's Black Shadow Ninjas, the nobles of the continent learned humility. Class discrimination began to vanish. The term "commoner" lost its sting.

A new age had dawned.

Five years later…

"Dad! Uncle Asta's inauguration ceremony is about to start! Let's go!"

Little Anna, wearing a frilly dress, was scooped up by Adam. He kissed her cheek.

"Go on ahead with your mother. Daddy will be right there."

"Okay!"

Anna leapt out the window, landing on blue dragon's back.

"Uncle Long, let's go!"

"ROAR!!"

Watching them disappear into the clouds, Adam chuckled. "Just like her mother… wild as ever."

He went upstairs to find Noelle cradling baby, softly singing a lullaby.

"Shh—keep it down. Can't you see your daughter's asleep?"

Adam tiptoed closer, smiling. The baby girl—Tina Emperor—slept peacefully.

"So… you're skipping the Wizard King Ceremony?"

Noelle pouted. "She just fell asleep, can't you tell? And you—still so shameless after five kids."

Adam laughed nervously. "Let's go together."

"Fine, fine," she sighed.

He kissed Noelle's forehead, then Tina's tiny hand, and hurried off.

In the palace hall, Adam looked up at the grand family portrait—wives, children, comrades, allies.

"From a so-called peasant… to Emperor of the continent." He smirked. "Guess I really did win at life."

He laughed heartily, leaning back on the throne.

"Three sons and two daughters… not bad for a guy from Hage Village!"

He burst into laughter—until the screen before him faded, and he turned his gaze toward us.

"Boys and girls—my journey ends here, for now."

"And you, my friend… your journey has just begun."
