Chapter 3 - chapter 3

FIRE HER

"so what if I don't know about you? You act as if you own this boutique" she bickered

"And you, my dear, are acting as if you know me"

"You-"

"Cat got your tongue huh?" Tempest turned towards Flora "have you picked the ones we want?"

Flora smiled then nodded

"Hurry up. Wrap them all up" tempest ordered the saleswoman

"Who do you think you are to order me?!" She said.

"Oh my!" Tempest feigned shock "do I have to remind you your job as a salesperson?"

She realized that she had a job to do so she rushed towards the counter.

"Don't embarrass yourself and waste my time and energy. If you don't have the money, just go already. I am saving you from hurting your ego and ruining your reputation from everyone"

She said as she was wrapping up the clothes picked.

Tempest remained silent

Does she truly have the money ~

She seems confident perhaps she has it~

Those clothes bought are a lot, I don't think she does ~

She just looks like a mad woman

"These are 600 dollars in total" the saleswoman said proudly then added don't embarrass yourself if you don't have anything

Tempest rolled her eyes at the abnoxious remark. Tempest took out her phone and immediately paid shocking the saleswoman.

I have never seen such a salesperson who is so judgemental. Just 600 bucks? I can buy this whole store and fire you... Tempest said then added where is your manager?

The saleswoman got on her knees and started to beg, she even kowtowed.

Please miss, this was my mistake. Please spare me. I will never do it again.. she begged

Tempest bent and held her chin with her forefinger and raised it.Tempest's gaze was that of a Goddess staring down at an ant.

What's your name? She asked her. Her voice shredded with coldness and mystery.

It was just the former night that she was chased out of her family home, betrayed and disowned. She was happy to have some freedom of herself and at least have some many to push her through. She didn't plan to have revenge but if anyone tried to provoked her, they searched for death themselves.

My name is Madeline Raynor.. the saleswoman spoke with fear. The group of witnesses had not dispersed and we're now recording.

Flora stood at the side with a smile. She was happy that Tempest has learned not to allow anyone to trample on her

Call your manager...I am going to change. Tempest ordered then took out a black women suit and went inside the changing room

The saleswoman immediately scrambled out of the floor and rushed away.

Look at how fast she ran~

Who knew that the madwoman was actually a big shot disguised~

I had no idea either ~

You were the first to judge her based on her looks~

Yeah that's right ~

Look look the manager is here~

Wow that other quiet lady over there is a beauty ~

Indeed, is she not an idol~

The manager arrived sweating profusely. He bowed at flora who was standing outside the door that Tempest had got in.

Miss, I am truly sorry for how this subordinate has rudely treated you the manager said respectfully whole still bowing

Flora just casually glanced at the manager

It's not me that you should be apologizing to.. flora said dismissively

The manager continued to sweat profusely at the remark still bowing at her. The saleswoman, Madeline Raynor arrived and also bowed

The curtains parted. She stepped out of the boutique changing room with the kind of presence that makes the whole space pause.

Her long black hair fell in a sleek, glossy curtain down her back, framing a face sharpened by striking blue eyes—cool, assessing, and impossible to ignore. The black suit she's wearing fits like it was engineered for her alone: tailored shoulders, a cinched waist, clean lines that emphasized power rather than softness. The fabric caught the light just enough to hint at luxury without needing to announce it.

She doesn't rush. She doesn't need to. Her posture was straight, her chin lifted, every movement deliberate. There was a quiet authority in the way she adjusts the jacket, as if she's already in control of the room and simply allowing everyone else to catch up.

Domineering isn't just an attitude on her—it's an aura. A statement. A warning. And a promise.

Everyone's breath was caught on there throat due to her transition.

Her gaze fell on the two people bowing. A sinister smile formed on her lips

So you are the manager, stand she ordered, her voice full of authority.

The bowing manager stood up with a sigh of relief. A man in his mid thirties, a belly that showed the amount of money that perhaps he was laundering. His hair a bit shaggy showing his incompetence.

Miss, I apologize for her wrongdoing, just spare her.. the manager pleaded

Fire her... She provoked sensing that there was something deeper.

He hesitated and glanced at her

Tempest smiled knowingly. He sensed that there was a connection between the two people. He continued to hesitate.

Why are you hesitating? Is she your lover? Tempest asked menacingly seeing the hesitation.

Ooh he doesn't have the guts to fire his lover~

Why is he taking so long to fire her~

This is so intense~

If it were me, I would have just fired her, since she was the cause of it~

Yeah that's right~

Manager what's your name? Tempest asked him. He turned towards Tempest respectfully.

My name is kaves Greys.. he answered

Kaves Greys... Tempest said then she turned to face flora isn't that a good name?

Oh it is a good name.. flora said with a small smile

Too bad the owner of the name has a bad character...so mr. Greys, choose one option Tempest said with a sinister smile then added you either fire her or I end both your careers..
