After a few moments of constant fighting, the area around them was nothing but scorched and filled with holes. Kito layed unconscious on the floor, his body filled with cuts and slash injuries, not just that, but he also had kunai's stabbed into his hands. Fred on the other hand was still standing, he was looking down at Kito with a smug grin on his face. His palms and a part of his arms were burnt, his body was also injured, but not too badly. He looked at Kito who was injuried and unconscious, he mocked "Awn, what a shame. Looks like you're the one who's down. Well, who can really blame you. A powerless bastard like you can't beat someone like me, I don't even know how you survived up until this point. You have the ability to pick up speeds very fast, you're skillfull, and you were even able to use elemental attacks. That's surprising, but a weakling is still a weakling.". Fred's smirk became more unhinged and smug "If this were a real mission, I'd have killed you instantly. But since we're from the same city, that's against the rules.", he turned around to leave "Later, you weakling.". Meanwhile, in Kito's head space, he saw Reggie sitted in his living room and explaining to him "You know, Kito. You're a lot more talented than you think. With energy, a person has the ability to accomplish so much, that's what give us that abilities we know and use today. But you, you don't have that. But yet, you're able to achieve so much.". Reggie crossed his legs and started to explain "You have the ability to pick up momentum. But due to the fact that you still operate on basic solidier standards , the level of speed and power you can build up is limited, meaning you'd have to train constantly based on speed. And then there's your agility, you're very agile. You can move very skillfully. Combine that with your speed, and your a devil on the battlefield. Not to mention you have the ability to control elements at will.", Reggie scoffed "Even I'm shocked.". He tilted his head with a smirk "Most people can only master one or two changes in attributes, but you've been able to master at least six. That's something unheard off, and that's dangerous, but in a good way offcourse.". Reggie sat straight and pointed to Kito, his face looked almost demanding and authoritative "Kito, you have so much potential, don't waste them. Continue to go according to your pace, but dont be afraid to push yourself. Prodigy's like you are way too rare.". Suddenly, Kito's body started to flare with a massive amount of power as he layed on the floor. Fred turned back "Huh? What the hell?". Kito started to stand up, yellow lightning flaring from his body "He said I had a lot of potential and told me not to waste them.", he slowly started to chuckle "Ahahahah. Mahn...", his face rolled up with a devilish smirk "This is getting kind of tiring.". Fred's smirk lit up with a smug attitude "Well, well. Looks like you still have some power left. I'm surprised.", he summoned two more kunai's on his palms with bombs attached to them "But it doesn't matter.", Fred tilted his head "I'm still going to kill you. Maybe not kill you, but I'll put you on the ground.". Kito laughed softly "Hahaah! If only you knew when to be confident and went to run...",white markings started to glow all over his hand, a very dangerous smirk grew on his face "YOU'D HAVE SAVED ME THE TROUBLE FROM TRYING TO SUPPRESS MYSELF FROM KILLING YOU!", Kito growled. Elsewhere, in the training grounds, large fire balls and slashes of electricity flew all over the place, the chaos laying waste to everything around them. Hills, grass and trees were reduced to ashes, every young soldier watched this fight unfold "Um, guys? I think we should try and stop them.", a boy muttered. Volt and Roy's fight had escalated, Roy was laughing like a mad man, while Volt was filled with rage. As Roy stretched his hand to shoot out a fire ball, Volt's arms that were now pure electricity landed a punch on his face. A dangerous amount of electricity dashed around the place as a result of the punches impact "10 MILLION VOLT!", Volt's screamed with rage after landing a terrifying blow on Roy's face. Roy, still with a psychotic smile on his face with burn blood and flesh, thought to himself "Ten million? What the hell?", he shot forward to shoot another ball of flames at Volt, but Volt instantly dashed forward and started dishing out lightning charged blows relentlessly at Roy's face. Each blow caused electric bolts to fly all over the place, Roy couldn't keep up with Volt's unstabled levels of electricity. Volt yelled out as he kept on realising deadly blows with incredible levels of speed and power on Roy's face, until he punched Roy with a powerful blow that far surpased his previous blows "11 MILLION VOLT'S!", everyone watching was stunned "11 MILLION?!", one guy exclaimed "WAIT, HOW IS HE DOING THAT?!". One of his friends replied with shock "THAT SHOULDN'T BE THE QUESTION! THE REAL QUESTION IS HOW HE'S CAPABLE OF RELEASING THAT AMOUNT OF POWER IN A SHORT TIME!". Roy thought to himself as everything seemed to be in slow motion "11 million.... huh? That's crazy. And he's going to continuously keep hitting me with that until he increases it's power into a higher level of voltage.", Volt grabbed him by the shirt and with another lightning powered punched, he punched Roy on the face again "12 MILLION VOLTS!", this time, the power of Volt's electricity became much more wilder, scattering around the place like debries. A girl exclaimed "IS HE CRAZY?! THAT AMOUNT OF POWER COULD KILL ROY! ISN'T THAT GUY THINKING?! HOW CAN HE BE SO CRUEL?!". As Volt kept blasting Roy on the fave with powerful blows of electricity that reached up to 12 million volts of power, he thought to himself "[How can I be so cruel], huh? Funny words coming from a person that was laughing at Celina just a few moments ago. Celina did nothing wrong, yet you bastards laughed at her! She's a nice person who likes to see the people around her smile, yet you all broke her down by laughing.", his concentration focused on Roy "And this bastard! He's friends with the guy that caused all this. He didn't even try to tell his friend that what he did was wrong, he laughed too. Not to mention his stupid, scumy, godforsaken attitude. And he wants to date my sister? I refuse for this waste of blood and sperm to even sit in the same place as Rem!". Volt continued to beat on Roy while moving a hundred times the speed of lightning "I'LL MAKE SURE I TEACH YOU A LESSON! ROY BLAZE!", Volt growled in his head. Volt kept on beating on Roy without him being able to react "13 MILLION VOLTS! 14 MILLION VOLTS! 15 MILLION VOLTS! 16 MILLION VOLTS!", he kept increasing his power. One girl in the crowd yelled "STOP IT! YOU'LL KILL HIM!", another guy yelled "YOU'VE PROVEN YOUR POINT ALREADY, JUST LET HIM GO!", his friend joined in "YEAH, PLEASE! HE'S LEARNT HIS LESSON! AND WE HAVE TO! WE SHOULD NEVER HAVE MADE FUN OF YOUR FRIEND EVEN THO WE KNEW SHE WASN'T ANY OF THOSE THINGS!". Volt kept hitting Roy with dangerous and terrifying levels of electricity "17 MILLION! 18 MILLION! 19 MILLION!". Everyone in the crowd yelled "DUDE DONT DO THIS!", at home Rem was crying on seeing how Volt, her brother, was brutally destroying her love interest in a fight. She was on her knees, tears came running down her eyes "VOLT! PLEASE STOP!", she yelled. Volt screamed with anger, lightning shooting out of his mouth and body in all directions. As he was about to deliver the final blow that would have killed Roy, who had a saddened and apologetic look on his burnt and injured face, Volt yelled "ROY BLAZE! I HATE YOOOOOOOU! 20 MILLION VOLTS: BLASTROID!", before he could land the attack that would have killed Roy, someone flew out of the crowd and hugged Volt from behind. That person was Celina, she had tears in her eyes "Volt, stop! That's enough. Please, I don't want you to lose yourself even more. Just stop it, you've done enough.". Volt paused for a moment, his rage and electricity fading away. Volt calmed down "Yeah, you're right.", he looked at Roy, his face was messed up with burn marks and scratches. Roy was injured, he couldn't fight anymore with his injured body, he was almost crying. Volt looked at him with a cold frown, picked him up by the sleeve and then threw him all the way back to the dinner hall. All the young teens were in a state of shock when Roy had crashed into the hall. Everyone except Volt and Celina rushed to him "ARE YOU OKAY?!", "SOMEONE CHECK IF HE'S STILL BREATHING!", "ANYONE THAT CAN USE HEALING TECHNIQUES SHOULD HELP HIM!", "DONT WORRY, IVE GOT THAT COVERED!". Celina looked at Volt "Volt, it's okay. You don't have to be angry anymore.", Volt softly shrugged her off and walked all the way to the dinner hall in a flash. As soon as he got there, he stomped his feet to the ground, his stomp was so loud that it got everyone's attention. With an annoyed and disgusted look on his face, Volt sneered "EVERYONE! GET ON YOUR KNEE'S AND APOLOGISE! RIGHT NOW!".
