The students stood as the looked at the Queen who relaxed in her throne.
"So we have above 9 ranks and there are rumors that there is a ten"
"I'm sure you must have noticed from your soul record, you also have a level and you might ask, isn't rank and level the same thing?"
Seeing the confusion on their faces, the Queen sat upright.
"The levels and ranks are different, Ranks are made up of a number of levels, that is, to reach rank one, you need to reach level 60, then go advance to rank two, you need to reach level 120..."
"So the ranks have a threshold of 60 levels, and mind you being in the same rank does not make you both equal, your level does, that is why levels are crucial"
"A level 61 Rank 1 can not match up to a level 65 Rank 1" the queen said.
"But there are cases where it is plausible" Morgan said as he adjusted his spectacles.
"Yes, there are" the queen did not deny it. "You need to lay a foundation in order to do that, the foundation is being an unclassified and defeating somelne ranked above you.
It helps you level up faster and battling above ranks and levels would not be a problem"
The Queen did not say anymore as she waited for her words to sink in.
When she noticed that her words had sunk in, she continued.
"Leveling up can be done from absorbing the sould power of those you defeated, as every being is made up of soul power, so based on the level or rank gap, the amount of soul power is determined"
Someone raised their hand, she gave the go ahead.
"This power levels, do they also pertain to demon beasts too?"
"Yes, the demon beasts are graded the same just like every other race"
"Speaking of races, we have about nine races including humans.

"Dragon Continent just as the name says is the continent home to dragons, from full fledged dragons to half dragons, as long as you have the dragon bloodline you can stay there or you have the strength as dragons are known for their pride and strength"
Hearing this, most of the boys were awed as they had the opportunity to see a real dragon.
"So if you ever get a dragon as a familiar, you need to be strong enough to keep it as if news gets out that you do, some unreasonable ones can come find you"
This poured cold water upon the dreams of some that had planned to get a dragon.
"Next is the demons, they stay in another plane in the continent called the Netherworld, it's a world inhabited only by demons as no other races can survive there unless they can adapt to the demonic mana but that is different for the demons, they can survive outside their world, so you can basically find them anywhere"
"The dem-human, Beastmen, elves, and dwarves the only races who live together around the world tree, since the world tree is not easily accessible only on special cases"
"The Machinas as you know are machines with sentience, they are elusive as they are believed to stay in the cold region of the south but no one has seen them"
"The Amazons are an only female race whose prowess in battle is second to beastmen, dragons and their male counterparts, Berserkers"
"Lastly, the Protoss, the dear counterparts of our demon folks, while demons depend on demonic mana, the Protoss depend on aetheric mana, just like demons, they have horns also and white wings compared to demons who have black ones"
The Queen paused while the students took in the information she just shared.
Then she continued, "you can find out other information in the royal library, but let me give you an overview of our world"
"Xenoria is made up of thrse continents, Dragon continent, Jadeflower continent and Tyre Continent"
"Each continent is made up of several kingdoms and a number of rank 9.
"My kingdom, Grixia, is in the Jadeflower continent, and we're are just made up of four major kingdoms and several minor ones, Grixia Kingdom there are three others namely, Swordleaf Kingdom, ruled by the royal family who has the gift of swordforge, and two ducal families whose gifts are beast taming and nightwalker.
Second is Wraslugia Kingdom which follows matriachy, ruled only by the royal family and are unaffiliated with temple as they connected to the Amazons and Berserkers from the Tyre continent.
The last one is Reagan kingdom, there's no king only a council of twelve ducal households" the queen explained.
"The Jadeflower continent is ruled by mostly humans and other races can live there and possibly rule as some part of it, and some of the kingdom allow only a set of races, like the Wraslugia Kingdom that only accommodates Amazons and Berserkers "
"The Dragon Continent is ruled by a single dragon called the dragon emperor before seven dragon kings who rule seven kingdoms according to their elemental gift"
"Tyre Continent is where you would find all the other races, it's where you'll find the World Tree, the Berserk Valley, the demon pavilion and the floating city.
The berserker valley is home to Amazons and Berserkers, made up of a number of tribes and ruled by a council which is made up of an elder from each tribe.
The demon pavilion is the entrance to the demon world, the demon world is ruled by a single demon emperor called the devil and seven demon kings.
The floating city is where the Protoss live, they do not allow visitors except on special cases rules by four Protoss kings.
The World Tree is believed to be in the Tyre continent as it's inhabitants can be found there mostly compared to the Jadeflower continent.
Some human ruled kingdoms can also be found there even the Ark Academy is located there, so it's a hub for most races"
The Queen relaxed back in her chair.
"Your majesty, you did not mention the Machinas?" Sheila asked.
"That's because I do not know, we only know they exist, but what they look like or where they live is unknown that was why when I mentioned them, I said they were elusive and then being in the north was an hypothesis "
The Queen clapped her hands after before the doors opened and four people walked in two men and two women.
One of the men was dressed in silver black armour as a greatsword was strapped to his back, the other man was dressed in light wears while wearing only a pair of arm guards and by his sides were strapped daggers.
For the women, one was 6ft tall and was tanned skinned and had a wild aura as her mouth was stretched into a grin, the two wolf ears at the top of her hair and her swishing showed the fact that she was a demi-human, she wore an armour that only covered her chest area leaving her stomach bare, which showed off her abs, on her hands were a pair of gauntlets.
Seeing her made most of the boys gulp aside from Kaelen who did not like muscular women and only preferred the normal ones like the other woman who was dressed in a black chinese gown, she had a three leaf tattoss in between her brows, as if she felt his gaze, she turned to look at him and her red pupils made him jolt as he immediately looked away.
"Let me introduce you, from your left is Gavi Cassier, a rank 3 human from Swordleaf, Levi Osmond, a rank 3 human from Wraslugia, Vanessa Wolfhound, a rank 4 demi-human from Tyre continent and Nxyara Elthwane, a rank 4 noble dragon from the dragon continent and I would have one of my commanders join also, a rank 4..."
"These five would be in charge of training you guys before the academy admission in 2 months" the queen said.
"I will be teaching only two people and they are only girls" Nyxara immediately said which shut up the boys planning on joining her.
Sheila walked stepped out, as soon as Nyxara saw her, her lips curved into a feral grin.
"Aah, forget two, I'll train you alone...I hope you don't break before I'm done"
