Linwood Academy Case #32
June 13, 2029.
That day was the most frightening and painful day for those who survived that event.
A school once filled with laughter, chatter, and youthful dreams turned into a nightmare none of them could ever forget. Out of the five hundred students of Linwood Academy, only one hundred survived. Those who did would never again hear a ringing bell the same way.
They carried not only the trauma, but also the guilt — the guilt of being alive. The guilt of walking past the grieving parents who screamed the names of the children they would never see again.
The massacre was a mystery even to the survivors.
The Killer was smart — too smart. Everyone tried to uncovered the mystery of that event but none of them had successfully uncovered who is the Killer of that massacre. Every attempt to uncover the truth led to dead ends and contradictions. Witnesses claimed there had only been one Killer, a masked figure whose voice was unrecognizable, whose steps echoed through the halls like a haunting rhythm. His laughter was like death warning them that their end was near and that he was here to take their life. But the authorities refused to believe that one person could cause such destruction alone. They believed there had been three — perhaps more. Yet, no one could provide names, faces, or motives.
Three years passed. Still, no clue, no confession, no peace. None had any clue or evidence that would pinpoint the whereabouts of the Killer. Those parents who lost their children during that time was enraged but they didn't have any power to do anything as no suspect had been found and the case remained as a mystery.
The crime was too severed that the school principal had to shut down the school after the crime. Desperate for answers, the police shifted their suspicion toward the principal, Amon Greaves, who had acted strangely during those final weeks before the massacre. And when he was found dead in his apartment on June 13, 2032, the case was quietly closed.
Others said it was guilt and police found all the evidence pointing that the Killer was him all along. The case was put into a close but one group of friends who survived that day doesn't believed that justice had already been serve.
One mystery, one killer, four hundreds of deaths. Will you bet on who will survived in this plan of cat and mouse? Can you trust those involve? Will you believe the right person or fall for the lies that is being shown infront of you?
