[3rd POV]
At Ro'nark Family mansion, all nurses and doctors were all in hurry as news of water broke of Matriarch of Ro'nark Family. She was pregnant from about 9 months so all the staff reached the room of matriarch, there she laid in bed with lithotomic position.
The Doctor rushed and check the leakage of water then said to Matriarch's Sister who was holding the hands of her sister "Her water just broke, it will take another 3-4 hrs for the baby to be delivered, so please empty this room and only essential personnel will be allowed till child birth. Please cooperate."
Sasha (Matriarch' sister) looked at the doctor and her plea at the end then nodded and ordered in stern tone "Everybody leave this room, only nurses and doctor will stay here." Then she looked at looked at doctor again said in lower tone "Please take care of my sister doctor, she has given birth before but it has never been this painful."
The Doctor immediately nodded and said "Rest assure Madam, we will take good of Matriarch and the coming child." Sasha nodded and looked at his sister still holding hand and said "Don't worry big sis, everything will be alright. I am right outside the room if you need anything, you just have to ask."
The Matriarch nodded while panting and bearing pain, she tried to speak to her sister but the assault of pain only let whimpers come out of her mouth. Seeing her brave warrior like sister in this state, Sasha could only guess the reason behind this and walked outside the room with worry in her eyes. After coming outside, she ordered a guard bring the family oracle who divines the future possibilities and best course of action for Ro'nark Family.
Soon after guard came with a white beard goatee and ponytail behind with rounded glasses just below his eye line with a middle age man looking face but without any blemishes and wrinkles, a sign of his power level.
He hurriedly came in front of Sasha and bowed and said with reverence in his voice "Good day Madam Sasha, I heard The Matriarch went into labor, it's a joyous occasion, do you need me for anything?"
"Yes Oracle, big sis is in lot of pain, she had two child before but she never showed this kind of expression and last two child were delivered very easily. I just want to you check if there is going to be any problem with big sis or the child." Sasha explained the situation and asked.
Oracle and Sasha moved to the side and oracle closed his eyes to look into the possibilities of both mother and child. While he closed his eyes to do his work, Sasha started looking at him with expectant eyes because since yesterday, her sister has been in so much pain and no amount of sedatives or alchemical mixtures helped in alleviation of pain. So she was worried for his sister who was always brave and always sought and fought dangers for both her maternal & in-laws family but here seeing her in such pain while first 2 child were breeze for here. Something started gnawing at her heart that something bad is going happen and this thought brought more worry to her for her sister, which is by the way stronger than she is.
When, Malcom 'The Oracle' was summoned here he didn't know that what he will witness today will change his life forever. First when he looked into the future of matriarch, he saw that she regain her strength and starts her journey for strength and power further but when he turn his metaphorical gaze towards the unborn child, he didn't see anything but he felt the gaze of being so vast that his knees buckled from sheer presence he felt from that being and collapsed on the floor, he heard and felt the sound of that unfathomable being "wretched mortal, trying to gaze into me, you sure want to die."
That was all the Supreme Being said and the blood filled blinded eyes of The Oracle opened his eye lids and he started screaming and went on to cling to a pole and started sweating profusely, he was bleeding from all orifices but due the shock he received he hasn't noticed his bleeding and kept mumbling "save me, save me…"
Sasha hurriedly went to hold The Oracle started shaking him and asked "what happened, is there any threat to my sister, tell me, tell me?"
She was shocked to see the sorry state The Oracle was in and seeing him not responding to her question made her want to smack him right there but she held back because she wanted to know what did he see to make him go in a state like this, he was fairly powerful and had good potential.
After shaking him and asking him for 2-3 times, The Oracle came out of his stupor and said "Madam Sasha, you have to save please, save me."
Sasha after hearing his rant "Shut up Oracle or I will have your head for disobeying me."
The sharp voice of Sasha brought him from the brink a little bit but he was still in enough shock to not realize the state of his body. He lowered his head and said "Sorry Madam, I just never felt like this before watching into someone future."
Sasha heard his reply and said with a fierce eyes "Tell me is there any threat to my sister?"
The Oracle hurriedly nodded negatively and said "I saw Matriarch regaining his strength and reaching new heights, she will be fine, it's the child...it's the child." He almost started weeping while still keeping his eyes closed due to the fear of The Being still gazing towards him.
Sasha now little relaxed knowing that her sister will be fine but still worried about her niece or nephew and asked "What did you see Oracle, tell me?"
Oracle with his eyes till closed and started feeling the pain all over body still responded, he said while weeping "I didn't see anything, I just felt an abyss watch over me and a being in that abyss told me I am going to die, please save me."
When Sasha heard this, she was tensed again and wanted to know more so she jerked him a bit a said "Open you eyes Oracle, tell me all about what you see or felt clearly, I am here and you are in Ro'nark Family Mansion, no one is brave enough on this planet to hurt you here."
After hearing Sasha's consolation, he labored breathing stabilized a bit and he started opening his eye but still all he could in front of his eyes is black abyss, he tried blinking and rubbing his eyes, Sasha was bit perplexed seeing this behavior, she just wanted to get rid of this Oracle and stand outside his sister room but suddenly a crying scream reached her ears.
The Oracle tried standing up and grab in air to hold on to something while crying and screaming "I can't see, I can't see…I am blind…"
