But more than that, she was stunned and surprised, she couldn't believe what he was saying. Though her eyes showed the sparkle that she had lost for some time now, she was genuinely happy.
For a moment, she was ashamed of herself for thinking like that and proud that she raised her son like this.
"So don't even think of leaving anymore," Noah said at last after a short pause.
Eleanor, put a small smile on her face and nodded her head.
"Good. Well, sleep for now, you need rest mother."
Saying that, Noah went beside her and lay there.
Eleanor giggled inside her heart and snuggled back into his arms, shoving her face into his chest to hide her wide smile.
'Yeah, this will do. One down, more to go.'
He thought inside his head. Finally, he was able to conquer the first target, not just for the quest for himself, either.
