Chapter 1 - THE RINGS OF DESTINY

Summary – The Rings of Destiny

After his grandfather's death, a young werewolf discovers a map and a book revealing the secret of three powerful rings. On his journey to recover them, he faces the deadly vampire in a final war. With courage and destiny guiding him, he defeats their king and claims the rings, becoming the true Alpha King who fulfills his grandfather's last wish and brings peace to his pack.

CHAPTER 1:THANE THE ALPHA PRINCE.

The sun had barely breached the horizon, casting a warm glow over the city skyline as I settled into my office chair.

I sipped my coffee, eyes scanning the report on my desk and a small space filled with papers and documents awaiting my attention. Akira ,my assistant, hurried in, a stack of papers in hand."Boss, these need your signature". The quarterly reports, the land agreement…."

I nodded, took the papers, my eyes scanning the lines. I signed quickly because I have other documents to attend to."Boss, these also need your signature ".The document of the new project."

Just as I finished,Akira received a call, she answered, her expression changing;" it' s your family.Boss your grandfather….he had fallen ill.

The word ill echo in my ears.

I could still remember last month when he complained of chest pain, and we called the family doctor to run some tests.

The results came back worse than anyone expected . He was diagnosed with a disease that couldn't be cured. The doctor said he had only six months to live.

And now, here we are– he's sick. I wasn't expecting it to happen this fast.

CHAPTER 2:THANE ARRIVED AT THE FAMILY COMPOUND .

I arrived at the family compound, my mother met me at the door, her eyes red–rimmed. "He's asking for you ".

I entered his room, and his frail form turned towards me. His eyes, once fierce, now dimmed with age and illness.

" Thane…come closer" .he whispered.

I knelt beside him, and he began to speak his voice carrying me to a word of ancient secrets, lost rings, and a destiny that awaited me.I could not yet understand.

"I can't explain everything," he whispered. "Go… find the book in the old library. It's called The Rings of Destiny. Read it, and you'll understand everything.

Save the werewolves. Save your pack.

As the Alpha King, it was my duty to protect them… but now death is taking me away. You are next in line. Save your pack, son. These are my last wishes…"

His breath faltered, the strength in his voice fading. "I'm sorry, son. I wasn't able to fight the last war with you — the war with the vampires. I…"

He drew his final breath before finishing his sentence.

"Grandfather! What war? Please, answer me!" I shouted, shaking him gently, but there was no response. His body fell still — lifeless.

I screamed, and moments later, my mother and our pack's assistant rushed into the room.

CHAPTER 3: THE OLD LIBRARY.

Three days later…..

Three days after my grandfather's funeral, I couldn't get his final words out of my head.

I went to my mother and asked if she knew the way to the old library. She looked at me quietly for a moment, then handed me a folded map. "Your grandfather told me to give this to you when you were ready," she said.

I packed a small bag and began my journey. The map led me past the village, up a lonely hill, and deep into the woods. For a while, I thought the map might be wrong — until I saw it.

A small hut stood in the distance, half-buried by time. Its roof sagged, its windows clouded with dust. When I reached it, the door was locked.

I remembered the small toolkit I always carried and managed to force the lock open.

Inside, the air was cool and heavy with dust. Shelves lined the walls, filled with old books and faded scrolls. But in the center of the room, on a small wooden table, lay one object that drew my eyes instantly — a single book, darker than the rest, its cover marked with a faint silver ring.

My hands trembled as I reached for it. The leather felt warm — almost alive.

When I opened the first page, the candlelight flickered, and the air around me seemed to move.

The words on the page began to glow faintly, and I realized this was no ordinary book. It was calling to me.

CHAPTER 4: BACK IN ANCIENT TIME:The battle field.

It was calling to me....

suddenly it felt as though I had traveled back in time—thirty years into the past. I found myself standing on a battlefield where werewolves and vampires clashed fiercely under a blood-red sky.

Amid the chaos, I saw a man who looked strangely familiar. Then it hit me—it was my father, the very man my grandfather once spoke of. His eyes met mine, full of urgency and pain.

"Father, run!" he shouted. "Tell the werewolves to retreat to the village. Take care of my son and my Luna. Tell them I love them dearly!"

The Vampire King demanded my father hand over the rings and reveal where the other two were hidden. Without saying a word, my father pulled the ring from his finger and hurled it into the water. The king ordered his men to search for it, but when they returned empty-handed, he killed my father where he stood.

Suddenly, everything shifted again. I was two days before the war, hearing my mother question my father.

"Why are the vampires and werewolves fighting again?" she asked.

"It's because of the rings," he answered grimly. "There are three in total. One is with me, the other two are hidden deep in the mountain caves, where they've remained for over two hundred years. Whoever possesses all three rings will have the power to rule both vampires and werewolves. This war began with our ancestors thirty years ago—and now it's my turn to fight. The next generation will continue the battle, and that will be the final war. If the Vampire King gains all the rings, we'll all perish. But if we win, I will become the Alpha King."

Then I snapped back to reality. The truth was clear—the Vampire King had killed my father for the Rings of Destiny. And now, it's my turn to fight… for my pack, for my bloodline, and for the throne.

CHAPTER 5: THE RIVER OF MALVERIN

I wanted to know where the river was. I opened another page and saw my father standing waist-deep in the water, a fish—Malve—nudging his hand. "Come," the fish seemed to say. My father whispered, "If the battle turns dark, I will throw the ring into the water. Promise me you'll keep it safe." Then I came back to reality and saw the name of the river in the book. It was called Malverin.

The name matched the fish's strange call.

Each of the rings shone with a different light—one red, one green, and one black.

The one I saw with my father, before he threw it into the water, was green. In the book, it was said that the black and red rings were the most powerful of all.

As I was about to place the book back on the shelf, a small piece of paper slipped out. It was a map. On it, I found the mountains and the river where the rings were hidden. There was no time to waste. I began my journey to the River of Malverin, determined to recover the green ring. After the final war between the Vrimple and the Werewolves, I would return for the remaining two.

In the morning, I set out once again on my journey. When I reached the river, I expected the fish to rise from the water and offer me the ring. I stood there in silence, gazing at the rippling surface, waiting for something—anything—to happen.

After a moment, I unfolded the map and saw a word written in symbols.when I added all the letters together, they sounded like a werewolf's word – howl.

I whispered the word aloud, and the map began to shimmer out of the water beside me a fish appeared.i called to him by the word I had just formed, and he swam toward me. Then, from his mouth, he brought a ring of silver having a green shining diamond, just it's in the book.

Overjoyed,I took back the ring and went home, the sound of that ancient howl still echoing in my mind.

CHAPTER 6: THE FINAL BATTLE.

A year later…..

It was the year of the final battle.

i received a message from the vampire vampire King:"i hope you are ready ."

I only smiled, tightening the ring on my finger – the same ring that had once cost me more than I cared to remember, the map, the ring, and the howl all calling me toward the battlefield.i know that destiny had been waiting for this moment as long as I had. This time,I was ready.

The final battle…..

It was finally the day of my last battle. I gathered my werewolf army and shared with them the final piece of information we needed. We began our journey — the map led us through the woods, over the hills, and deep into the dark forest. When we arrived, it seemed as if the Vrimple were nowhere to be found. My soldiers laughed, thinking our enemies were too weak to face us.

But suddenly, my army began to vanish from the back. Strange noises echoed through the trees, and then the Vrimple attacked. Chaos broke out. Many of my warriors fell, and it seemed as though the vampires were going to defeat us.

Then, the ring on my hand began to glow. Its light grew brighter and brighter until it exploded like a burst of energy, shattering everything around me.

CHAPTER 7: THE FINAL BATTLE: The fight with the king of vampire.

When I opened my eyes, I was lying in the woods, bleeding and barely able to move. I struggled to stand and made my way back to the battlefield.

There, standing among the ruins, was the King of the Vrimple. He waited for me, holding a sword.

"No supernatural powers," he said coldly.

"Let's finish this once and for all."

He tossed me a sword and charged. We fought fiercely. His blade cut across my face, and I fell to the ground, weak and fading. As I lost consciousness, I heard my grandfather's voice:

"Save your pack. Save your bloodline. This is my last wish."

Those words gave me strength. I rose to my feet. The Vrimple King had turned away, believing I was dead. I took the sword in my hand and drove it through his back. He fell, and I collapsed beside him.

When I woke, I was in a hospital. My mother was sitting at my side.

"Mother," I whispered, "how did I get here?"

She smiled faintly. "The captain found you after the explosion from the ring. You're safe now."

I asked about the others — about Mary and my soldiers.

"They're in the ward, being treated," she said softly. "Those who didn't survive… will be buried once you recover."

CHAPTER 8: THE JOURNEY TO SEEK THE REMAINING RINGS.

After the burial of my fallen warriors, I gathered the few who remained and journeyed to the mountain where the rings were said to be hidden, just as the map had shown. The moment I placed each ring on my fingers, a surge of light and power flowed through me.The three rings glowed together, their light wrapping around me like fire and shadow.I felt strength beyond anything I had ever known.

My werewolf form began to change—my fur shifting from black to white. Only the true Alpha King bears the white wolf form… and on that day, I became him.

When I returned home,my people bowed before me.from that day on.i was no longer just their leader.i was the Alpha king, sworn to protect my pack,no matter the cost.

I couldn't believe it .I had won I had saved my pack.i had fulfilled my grandfather's final wish.l was happy…. yet also sad.

I wished my father were here to see it.

The rings had chosen me, and as their light faded,I finally understood, this was not the end, but the beginning of my reign.
