Chapter 2 - Journey To The West

In the shade of a huge tree, there was a small boy who had black hair, white skin and ocean blue eyes.

Well, this is just...Unfair.

Roy's face, which was happy about his unattainable runis, slowly turned grim, and his white skin turned pale.

In front of him was the soul-devouring tree, but he was almost out of its shade, just a couple of steps, and he would be out of it.

Roy stood there for some time and just walked out of the shade, but not out of the mountain, and looked up at the sun; it was still some time before night, and the dark sea came out.

He instantly summoned his ruins and looked at [strings of fate] for some time and used it..

Then front of him, thousands of strings connected; some only had one, and some had thousands. He tried to look at them, but the more he looked, the more his head felt like it would explode into a thousand pieces.

When he couldn't look at them anymore, all of them disappeared, and there was only one. He picked it up and saw his own self in that string. It looked like the skill had cha, so he would only see his own strings.

He looked at it, and the strings were connected to his body, warped tightly around it, and one was pointing at the top of the soul devouring tree, and one pointed west, and Roy knew what they were pointing to.

Then he looked at the form some sometimes wondering how his aspect ability works, then he said What if I go to the bright castle...

Then he saw a vision of him drowning...

That won't work if I garb on a plank of wood....

The vision came again of him being dragged down by a mysterious creature into the depths of the cursed black sea.

Hmmm..that is perfect, then he wrapped the strings so that they connected to the hands of the statue and saw the vision of him teaching the statue. Well, I thought it would be more complicated, but never mind, it's easy. As soon as he did that, a sharp pain flowed all across his body.

Ahh...his mind felt like it could explode into millions of pieces, his body felt like it was being stabbed by thousands of knives inside his body, and there was a burning sensation like his organs were going to melt. He wanted to scream out in pain but he couldn't his pain wouldn't even allow him to scream.

After what felt like an eternity, the pain finally subsided, but some of it remained. It wasn't that painful, at least he could walk now. He took a sharp rock and cut down part of the tree somehow; he still hadn't been taken over by the cursed tree...

The wood was hard to cut, but he managed to get some of it somehow. But now came the hard part, traveling across the sea...

He had a plan to get stronger using the bright castle...

As night fell, a strange boy floated across the black sea. It was pitch black, so he could see nothing. He just trusted the string he could see right now as it drew closer and closer.

After some time, he hit solid ground. It seems like I have reached the stage. Here he went out of the plank, his whole body was wet, and his legs were trembling due to the cold...

But he finally reached it.
