As morning comes I silence my alarm and get up as i yawn and start getting ready avoiding the sprawled forms of my cats Luna and Artemis as i shower and dress tikki wakes up and fly's towards me as i look at her when she holds up my hairbrush and gives me the bug equivalent of puppy eyes as i sigh and nod in agreement as she cheers and starts styling my hair with joy. "Tikki, what were your previous holders like?" I ask, as the show never showed much about past ladybugs, except for the Egyptian episode. However, Tikki saying it's not her causes me to wonder if that was just plot convenience or if she really had a connection in ancient Egypt. Unaware of my inner thoughts, Tikki smiles and tells me about her first holder and the only one besides me who resonated with her the most. "My first holder was during the ice age, and her name was Shnana, well, that's the name I gave her since she didn't really have her own…She used my powers to protect her tribe and people and even managed to access my powers of creation to help prevent her tribesmen from starving during a famine. She was so brave and strong, and even by today's standards, she was very intelligent. Then, another of my holders, whose name was Sarah, during the great depression in New York, she helped save countless workers from falling to their deaths and even helped them complete the Empire State Building, which is why, if you look at the older parts, you can see lots of hidden ladybug motifs around. She passed away during World War II while freeing captured jews and civilians….I was lost till Dana, a sweet Jewish girl, rescued me and helped the Allies save more innocents from the nazi's concentration camps, as she herself was rescued by Sarah as Ladybug during the early parts of the war. And my most recent holder before you was Wu Feng…She…well, she was like you, able to resonate with me not as strongly, but enough to where she could access some of my power. Sadly, during a great battle, she overused my power and fell exhausted when enemies ambushed her. She had grown to depend on me so that when she became exhausted, she couldn't react in time. I always regret never telling her not to be overly reliant on my strength, yet the look of joy when she helped save people kept me from speaking….I only hope that you don't become overly reliant on my powers as well, Rosalie…I can't lose another holder due to my own weakness."
"Tikki….I'm so sorry that must have been horrible having to lose so many holders to time and even to tragedy like that…I promise you, tikki, that I will never abuse or become reliant on the powers of the Ladybug Miraculous and that I will never let you feel that pain as long as I live as Lady Luck. Oh, and thanks for doing my hair, it's so pretty." I change the topic as I realize tikki looks about to tear up and latch onto my face as I notice the time and finish getting ready, having tikki hide in my bag as I rush down, and grab an apple as my parents yell at me to have a good day at school as I jog when suddenly my foresight activates and shows me meeting adrien at the school gates. As I finally see the gates, I watch as Adrien runs up to them and sees that Natalie seems not to have shown up yet. And, as if by some twist of fate, I somehow run right into him, causing both of us to fall over. "Oh god, you ok?!" I was genuinely shocked as I didn't plan on our first meeting being like this, as I helped him up as he shook his head to get reoriented."I'm ok, sorry as well for not being able to dodge you, honestly, it felt like my body froze on its own for some reason when I saw you rushing to the gates."
I go silent as I realise that maybe fate did intervene in our meeting, yet I still find it strange that this is the one time it happens, as if we needed to meet this way. "So I'm Rosalie, what's your name?" I say pretending not to know who you are, since I realise how, in the show, you hated the attention of being famous. I watch as some surprise reaches your eyes before you smile, then speak softly. "It's Adrien....You're that famous young gymnast from the sports news, right?"Yeah, and you're the famous model from the posters." I say as I pretend to look at you closer, which you blushed at before realising how I only know you're famous yet don't seem to fangirl over him."You're not fawning over me, which makes me happy. And sorry if I called you that gymnast, it was kinda rude when you told me your name. "Eh, it's ok, I did do the same, so it's not like either of us meant to be rude." I watch your eyes light up as I continue to speak as we both walk into school, just missing the arrival of Natalie and Gorilla."Believe me, I know what it's like to deal with rabid fans and idolization. Anyway, wanna be friends? I figured you could need one on the first day."Once more, your whole face lights up as a happy and relieved expression forms."I'd like that... I'd really like that." Smiling at everything going well, I happily grab your hand and shake it as I determinedly state with finality, "Then from today, we are friends, Adrien.".
As we keep talking, I learn a lot about him that wasn't shown in the show, and as we find common interests, we realise we have arrived at our homeroom, which causes your face to light up in realization. "Oh wow, we're in the same class, isn't that great, Rosalie! Now I don't have to worry about being alone in the classroom. "Yeah, but seriously, don't sweat, you will fit right in here ....and if you don't? You have me after all, at least," I say as I act clueless about some things since no one noticed me yesterday watching the fight between Marinette and Chloe over seats and Adrien's arrival. Walking in, we see the entire class surrounding Ivan, who looks down in resignation, yet I'm surprised when I see Mylene approach and sit next to him, which he smiles at as I realise he has gained more confidence to confess, unlike canon. Suddenly, I see Chloe look at us and grin widely as she rushes to hug us while screaming our nicknames."ROSIE!ADRIEKINS! YOU'RE HERE!" "Hey Chloe," We both say at once as we look at each other and laugh as Chloe realises we know each other, which she huffs at and starts pestering about how we knew each other.
