La Sangre Nera – A crime ring carved out of blood-oaths and brutal economics. Spanish-Italian roots, global reach. They move weapons, bodies, and secrets. Loyalty is currency, disposable.
Nemesis Protocol Unit (NPU) – Black-badge covert agency. Specializes in containment, infiltration, and intelligence. Eyes everywhere, trust nowhere. Officially they don't exist. Unofficially, they're the only firewall left.
