Chapter 15 - Chapter 15: Look at That, Jarvis!

Soon, the preliminary scan data was ready.

Jarvis's gentle voice sounded again: "Sir, by comparing the data I obtained during Mr. Henry's previous scan in the lab, I can conclude that Mr. Henry's physical abilities have significantly improved in the past twenty-four hours."

He got stronger in just one day? That fast?!

"Oh? Tell me more. How much stronger did I get? Did the price go up?" Henry was intrigued.

"According to the model's estimation, your baseline strength has increased by approximately 5 tons, now stabilized at around 50 tons. Your maximum flight speed has also increased from Mach 1 to Mach 1.2, and the energy consumption during subsonic flight has decreased by 11%. "

"The energy absorption and conversion efficiency of your body cells has increased by about 7.3%, which means your defence has also been correspondingly enhanced. You should now be able to withstand larger conventional explosions."

"That's not bad," Henry nodded in satisfaction, stroking his chin.

"It is definitely getting stronger; I can feel it. Though the growth rate is a bit slow, like squeezing toothpaste. But it's still okay. A five-ton increase in strength in just one day is certainly better than three hours with a personal trainer at the gym."

"Slow?" Tony looked at him like he was a monster, his voice changing tone.

"Do you call that slow? Damn it, do you have any idea how many all-nighters I have to pull, how much data I have to calculate, and how many CPUs I have to burn out just to get my Armor to lift one more ton? And you're complaining it's slow? You're showing off, you know that? Your behaviour should be written into MIT textbooks!"

Tony rolled his eyes. He felt if he listened any longer, he would lose it, even though the person was his own brother.

"Fine, pretend I didn't say anything. After all, the troubles of a genius are beyond the understanding of a mere mortal like you," Henry shrugged.

"What about the specifics of your body?" Tony didn't want to bicker and turned his attention back to the screen, his expression growing more excited.

"Has the serum sample analysis been completed? What exactly did those aesthetically challenged Hydra lunatics inject into you to turn you into this Superman who doesn't need to wear red underwear or have Kryptonite as a weakness?"

"I'm curious too. I feel like a walking periodic table of chemical elements," Henry said. Henry was even more curious about this.

It is well-known that in both the comics and the movies, Marvel has always been enthusiastic about human genetic research. Given the opportunity, it wouldn't be surprising what kind of serums they could develop.

After all, who would have thought that a government agency would choose an addict for an experiment, and even more bizarrely, a simple serum would turn an ordinary man into someone who could tear a god apart?

The thing Henry found most incomprehensible was how an addict could resist the erosion of a negative personality. Isn't that pure nonsense? He can't even resist drugs, let alone a stronger personality?

Of course, this fits Marvel's often absurd plotlines.

"Jarvis, immediately display the serum composition analysis data."

The image on the holographic screen instantly switched to a complex genetic sequence map and chemical molecular structure model, complex enough to cause any biology Ph.D. to have a mental breakdown on the spot.

"Based on the reverse analysis of Mr. Henry's blood sample," Jarvis's voice carried a tone of what could only be described as confusion, which was extremely rare for an AI.

"The situation is far more complex than we anticipated. Sir, your brother has at least four different, and theoretically conflicting, types of super-serums fused within his body."

"Four types? A cocktail therapy? Hydra is quite fashionable," Tony and Henry were both stunned.

"Yes," Jarvis continued to explain.

"Among them, the dominant component is an improved and optimized Super-Soldier Serum, with activity and stability far exceeding Dr. Erskine's original version, accounting for approximately 50% of the total composition. It comprehensively enhances Mr. Henry's physical functions and grants him superhuman learning and adaptability."

"An upgraded version of Captain America's serum? Not bad. At least it ensures good looks and physique, which is the foundation of becoming a superhero," Henry stroked his face, quite pleased. Henry fully agreed with this point; his model-like physique proved the serum's worth.

Steve: Are you kidding me, buddy!

"Secondly, we detected a serum that can forcibly induce genetic mutation and evolution in the human body. Its function is to break the body's genetic lock, causing unpredictable evolution. This serum is extremely aggressive and full of uncertainty. In a way, it is more like a controllable catalyst."

"Then there is..." Jarvis seemed to be performing deeper calculations. The blue light representing the operations flashed more rapidly.

"Then there is a very peculiar bio-hormone serum that can stimulate the host's potential and physical abilities. Its mechanism is unique. Simply put, it forms a strong positive correlation with the host's emotions."

"When the host experiences strong emotions such as anger or excitement, adrenaline and various unknown hormones rapidly spike, leading to an explosive increase in the host's physical abilities and raw strength in a short time. Theoretically, the angrier the host, the stronger he becomes."

"Finally, and most crucially, there is a special serum we have never encountered before, with an extremely intricate structure. Its function is to allow Mr. Henry's cells to actively absorb and store light energy, particularly specific wavelengths within the solar spectrum, much like a plant. "

"This energy can be used to accelerate cell division, self-repair, and provide a continuous supply of power for the body. These different serums, along with Mr. Henry's strong will and the excellent genes of the Stark family, have formed a peculiar and near-perfect symbiotic balance within his body, allowing his body to continuously evolve in a direction that has no specific bounds but possesses infinite potential."

After Jarvis's analysis, the lab fell silent. Tony and Henry looked at each other, both seeing a look of bewilderment in the other's eyes.

Stronger the angrier he gets?

What is this? A two-for-one deal, with a free Hulk experience card thrown in?

Henry complained wildly in his mind. Damn it, what if I get into a heated argument with someone or lose a video game one day?

Am I going to transform into a flying, black-spandex-clad, green muscle-man right there?

The image is too beautiful for me to imagine. I must control my emotions. I need to switch to decaf coffee.

"Pfft... Hahahaha!" Tony suddenly burst into laughter, pointing at Henry, roaring with mirth.

"Oh, my god, Henry! The components in your body are truly complex! Super-Soldier, superpowers, unknown hormones, plus something that sounds like a Kryptonian trait! You're a superhero buffet! Did Hydra treat you like a wishing well, throwing all the good stuff in?"

"Shut up," Henry glared at him, annoyed.

"Do you think I wanted this? It's not like I got to choose! It's not like ordering a sandwich at Subway!"

He paused, then suddenly thought of something and grinned mischievously.

"Jarvis, analyse the possibility of replicating this serum cocktail. If it can be copied, make a batch for my brother too. Let him experience the joy of gaining muscle by sunbathing and demolishing a house when he gets angry."

Tony's eyes instantly lit up, and his smile became enthusiastic. He immediately stopped laughing and said seriously: "Oh? That's a great suggestion! Very constructive! Henry, I knew you cared about me!"

He snapped his fingers like a scientist preparing for an evil experiment. "Jarvis, immediately start a project group, codenamed 'Superman Mass Production Plan!' No, that's too tacky. Call it 'Project Prometheus!' I want to decipher every molecular formula of this serum! My brother and I will usher in a new era of human evolution!"

"I'm afraid that's not possible, Sir," Jarvis ruthlessly shattered his fantasy.

"The structures of the other serums are too complex and are already deeply integrated with Mr. Henry's genetic sequence. With our current equipment and technological capabilities, perfect replication is temporarily impossible. The failure rate for forced replication is as high as 99.9%, and it is highly likely to result in irreversible malignant mutations."

"Fine," Tony's enthusiasm was doused with cold water, but he quickly found a new focus.

"However," Jarvis continued.

"Sir, the structure of the refined Super-Soldier Serum is relatively stable. I have an 87% certainty that it can be isolated and replicated independently, and even further enhanced based on its structure to create an improved version with better effects and the removal of potential side effects."
