Chapter 105 - chapter 101

The night after Jay opened up to Keifer felt like a calm after a storm.

She didn't know how she fell asleep, but she remembered how Keifer held her close, his arms wrapped around her like a promise.

She slept in his embrace like she was finally safe.

And for the first time in her life, she felt like someone truly cared.

The next morning, sunlight poured into the room. Jay woke up slowly, her head resting on Keifer's chest. She could hear his heartbeat — steady, calm, like a lullaby

Keifer stirred beside her, his arm tightening around her automatically.

"Morning love," he whispered, voice still sleepy.

Jay smiled softly. "Morning."

Keifer kissed her forehead gently. "Sleep well?"

Jay nodded. "I did… thanks to you."

Keifer's face softened. "Good. You deserve peace."

Jay's heart warmed at his words. She couldn't believe how much things had changed in just one night.

But their peaceful morning didn't last long.

A loud shout echoed through the mansion, followed by the sound of heavy footsteps.

"Keifer!! Keifer!!"

Jay froze.

Keifer's eyes widened. "Oh no."

Jay sat up quickly, hair messy, eyes confused.

"What's happening?" she asked.

Keifer didn't answer. He got up quickly and rushed toward the door.

And then—

BAM!

The door burst open.

Two boys entered the room like a hurricane.

Percy was the first one, smiling like he hadn't slept at all. He had that playful look in his eyes, the same look he always had when he was about to cause trouble.

"Baby sista!" he shouted, rushing toward Jayand hugging her like she was the most precious thing in the world.

Jay gasped, startled, then laughed nervously. "Percy! What are you doing here?"

Percy pulled back and looked at her with pure happiness. "I'm here to help Keifer prepare for the wedding! And I heard you're staying here now!"

Jay blushed, feeling shy from his attention. "I am."

Percy looked at Keifer with a proud grin. "You did good, boss. You finally brought her home."

Keifer rolled his eyes. "Don't start with that."

Percy turned to Jay again. "You look tired, baby sista. Did you sleep well?"

Jay nodded.

"Good!" Percy said, jumping excitedly. "Because today we're gonna work hard and make everything perfect!"

Before Jay could react, another person entered the room.

Aries.

He walked in calmly, but his eyes were full of concern. He looked at Jay like he was protecting her, even though he wasn't there in the beginning of her life.

"Jay," he said softly. "You okay?"

Jay nodded again, feeling tears in her eyes. "I'm okay."

Aries looked at Keifer. "You took good care of her?"

Keifer nodded, looking a little annoyed but proud. "Yes."

Aries smirked. "Good. Because she's not leaving this mansion again."

Jay felt a strange warmth inside her chest.

She didn't know why, but hearing Aries say that made her feel… safe.

Percy clapped his hands loudly. "Alright! Enough talking. Let's get to work!"

The next few hours were a complete disaster.

But it was the kind of disaster that made Jay laugh ver hard

Percy and Aries ran around the mansion like it was their own home.

They rearranged flowers, argued about decorations, and laughed at everything.

Percy tried to lift a huge vase and almost dropped it. Aries quickly grabbed it and saved it just in time.

"Percy, you're going to break everything!" Aries shouted.

Percy shrugged, smiling. "It's okay! I'm strong!"

Aries rolled his eyes. "You're not strong. You're just reckless."

Jay couldn't help but laugh.

She felt like she was watching two brothers being brothers,

Keifer watched them from the side, trying to keep control but failing.

"Stop messing around," Keifer said, voice strict.

Percy turned to him. "Boss, we're not messing around. We're helping."

Keifer sighed. "You're creating chaos."

Percy grinned. "Chaos is the best kind of help."

Aries laughed. "He's right."

Jay smiled softly, watching them.

She felt her heart lighten.

For the first time in her life, she felt like she belonged.

As the day passed, the mansion filled with laughter.

They worked together, but not in a perfect way. They argued, joked, teased, and even made fun of Keifer.

But Jay didn't mind.

She felt like she was finally living in a place where she could be herself.

She wasn't alone.

She wasn't ignored.

She wasn't invisible.

She was home.

At the end of the day, Percy and Aries sat with Jay in the living room, exhausted but happy.

Percy leaned back on the couch, sighing. "We did good today."

Aries nodded. "Yeah."

Jay looked at them and felt her eyes sting again.

She smiled and whispered, "Thank you… for being here."

Percy looked at her and said softly, "You don't have to thank us. You're family."

Aries nodded. "And family doesn't leave.

Jay looked at Keifer, who was sitting beside her quietly.

He reached for her hand and held it tightly.

Jay felt her heart beat faster.

She looked at him and smiled.

"I feel like I'm finally home," she whispered.

Keifer nodded. "You are."

And for the first time in her life, Jay truly believed it.
