Setsuna and Yang are driving through the streets of the ruin city of Vale on their motorcycles heading to the one place Yang mentioned back at the dorm, and Nora is screaming of excitement riding with Yang while Neptune is holding on for dear life riding with Setsuna.
Then they stop in front of a building with a cute black bear symbol.
"Come on, my friend's right in here!" Yang said as they got off the bike.
"Uh, a shady place does seem like the appropriate place to find any information of the White Fang and Roman." Setsuna commented.
"Do they have a pet bear here?" Nora asked.
"I don't think so, not since the last time I was here." Yang shrugged as Setsuna notice Neptune is still frozen of shock a little.
"Neptune, come on. We're going inside." Setsuna said shaking Neptune awake from his shock.
"Uh, oh yeah, coming." Neptune responded as he got off the motorcycle and follow the girls into the nightclub.
(Inside the Nightclub)
Most of the people inside are black wearing black suits and red ties as they are walking around making sure the club is still doing fine until they heard noise from exit/entrance, then two guards came running in panic in their tones as they quickly close the door while mentioning about someone coming in.
"What are you two idiots doing?!" The boss of the nightclub, Junior asked.
But the two guards didn't answer because they never got the chance when the doors suddenly went flying from an exploding burst and the one entering the nightclub is Yang with her smirk.
"Guess who's back?" Yang announced and surrounded by guns not a second later.
"Wow, you sure are popular here." Nora surprised poking out from behind Yang on the right.
"I don't think that would be the right words I would use in this scene." Setsuna said poking herself out from the left.
"eah, so could you define "friend" for us?" Neptune asked, poking out from behind Setsuna.
"Stop, stop! Nobody shoot." Junior said as he pushes through the crowded black suited men and look towards Yang.
"Blondie, you're here! ...Why?" Junior asked nervously.
"You still owe me a drink." Yang grinned and walked to the counter grabbing Junior by the tie to drag him there.
"Neptune, I can only say that you may never get a woman like that." Setsuna said before walking away.
"Wait, what?" Neptune puzzled of what she just said.
"Oh, I wonder if they have a cute mascot here?" Nora asked as she looks around, passing the twins of the club as they rolled their eyes.

Blake, Sun, and Ren are seen hiding and peeking out slightly from the concern of a building seeing some Faunus getting inside the warehouse where a White Fang solider is welcoming them as they enter.
"This is it." Blake whispered to the boys.
"You sure?" Sun asked just wanted to be sure.
"A White Fang soldier is welcoming some Faunus after they entered, pretty sure it's the place." Ren pointed out.
"Okay, got it." Sun nodded as they retreated for a moment and Blake handed them Grimm masks.
"I don't get it. If you believe what you're doing is right, why hide who you are?" Sun asked. He always wonders why the White Fang always wear Grimm masks.
"The masks are a symbol. Humanity wanted to make monsters out of us, so we chose to don the faces of monsters." Blake explained.
"It would seem the man who started these masks must have gone through a very dark time in his life." Ren guessed as he looks at his Grimm mask.
"If only you knew." Blake sighed before putting on her Grimm mask and walked to the warehouse.
"Always sunshine and rainbows with you..." Sun sighed as he and Ren put on their masks following Blake.
The three uncover Hunters in training enter the warehouse where they see tons of White Fang new recruits as they are waiting for the special speech to happen, they kept a lookout to see something out of the ordinary or any kinds of clues they could find and report back to the others. Then a very tall and muscular White Fang soldier walked up on the stage waving his arms to the new recruits to quiet down now.
"Thank you all for coming. For those of you who are joining us for the first time tonight, allow me to introduce a very special comrade of ours! I can assure you, he is the key to obtaining what we have fought for, for so long!" The White Fang Lieutenant gestured to his right allowing one man to take the stage.
It was then that Romacn Torchwick entered the stage which is a major shock the new recruits as they were always told the White Fang hates humans, yet there is one standing right before them with a cocky smirk as he waves at them while a short woman is standing at the back close to the curtains.
"Thank you, thank you! Please, hold your applause!" Roman chuckled.
"What's a human doing here?!" One Faunus with Deer antlers asked pointing at Roman.
"I'm glad you asked, "Deerie"!" Roman joked a little before answering the question.
"Now, I'll be the first to admit, humans... are the worst. Case in point." Roman pointed at himself.
"So, I understand why you would like to see us all locked away, or, better yet, killed!" Roman stated as the new recruit Faunus nods.
"So, is he going somewhere with this?" Sun asked whispering to Ren and Blake.
"I believe he is trying to make them understand how bad our world is from his point of view." Ren guessed.
"But, before the claws come out, I'd like to mention the fact that you and I all have a common enemy: the ones in control, the people pulling the strings, the dirty, rotten humans that run our kingdoms! Government, military, even the schools: they're all to blame for your lot in life! And they're all pests that need to be dealt with! Fortunately, I'm the best exterminator around... No offense to any rodents in the room." Roman smirked.
His words have certainly convinced the Faunus that he is on his side to bring this kingdom down for all the Hell it put them through, and they would use whatever means to get what they want even if it means getting help from a human like Roman who also hated his own kind.
With a snap of his finger, the red sheet behind him fell revealing the Atlesian Paladin-290 with a red mark of the White Fang on the right shoulder.
"Whoa, that's a big robot..." Sun gulped.
"How did he get that?" Blake asked shock as well.
"Something bad, I'm sure of it." Ren glared at Roman through his mask.
"As some of you may have heard, this right here... is Atlas' newest defense against all the scary things in the world. And thanks to my "employer", we've managed to snag a few before they, uh, "hit the shelves". Now, many of your brothers have already moved down to our new operation in the southeast. If you'd rather stay within the city, that's fine... But if you're truly ready to fight for what you believe in, this is the arsenal I can provide you. Any questions?" Roman finished his speech and all the White Fang soldiers, both old and the new recruits roar a round of applause.
"Blake, I believe it's our time to leave now." Ren suggested.
"My thoughts exactly, let's go." Blake nodded.
"Will all new recruits, please come forward!" The White Fang Lieutenant gestured his arms at the new recruits to come.
This causes the three undercover Hunters in training to be forced to move forward toward the stage which could spell doom for them if they don't think of a plan to get out of there.
(With Yang's Group)
"I don't know!" Junior groaned after answering Yang's questions about Roman and the White Fang.
"How can you not know?" Yang asked.
"I haven't talked to him! I haven't even seen him since the night you first came in here. He paid up front, I lent him my men, and none of them ever. Came. Back." Junior explained firmly.
"So where did they go?" Neptune asked.
"Rephrasing the question: did Roman tell you where he was going that he had to hire some of your men?" Setsuna asked.
"Just something about robbing Dusts and that's it. and I guess he wasn't happy with them, which is something I can relate to!" Junior yelled at his men as they look down in shame.
"Then I guess we're done here. Come on." Setsuna said as they walk away from Junior.
"Hopefully, Rushuna and the others are having better luck than we are." Setsuna sighed, tipping her hat over her eyes.
(Back with Blake's Group)
Sun is getting more worried every second they get closer to the stage as Roman is going to spot them very soon, Ren remains calm though also worried as he looks around until he spotted junction box on the wall.
"Blake. Over there." Ren gestured his head to the junction box.
Roman narrow his eyes at the two new recruits getting closer.
"He sees us." Sun alerted.
"He can't see in the dark." Blake said before quickly pulling out her weapon in gun mode and fired at the junction box, turning out the lights.
Using the confusion, the three threw off their masks and jump through the window and going on rooftop jumping but they are soon being followed by Roman in the giant mech suit giving chase.
"So you wouldn't happen to have... oh, I don't know... some form of backup?!" Sun asked freaking out.
"On it." Blake and Ren said taking out their Scrolls to call the others.
(With Jaune's Group)
Ruby and Rushuna reunited with Jaune, Pyrrha, and Weiss as they were about to leave to meet up with the others until their Scrolls started ringing and answer.
"Everyone! If you can hear me, we need back-HEEEELLLLP!" Blake called and Sun screamed.
"Oh no, we got to help them!" Rushuna gasped.
"Then let's go!" Jaune said and they started running to where Blake's group is.
"Big robot! And it's big! Really big!" Sun informed.

(Highway Street)
Sun, Blake, and Ren are seen running through the highway street jumping onto one car to another and so on while Roman is still chasing them, coming at them from behind is Yang's group on motorcycles trying to catch up to them.
"We've gotta slow it down!" Yang said.
"I'm on it!" Neptune said transforming his weapon, Tri-Hard into gun made.
"Me too!" Nora said bring out her Magnhild into a grenade launcher mode.
The Atlas mech suit alerted Roman of danger behind him groaning in annoyance as he decided to shake them off by sending cars crashing at them.
"Shit!" Setsuuna pulled her gun and fires at the cars.
When the bullets made impact on the cars, they are surrounded by a purple sphere field as they are slowly going down to the streets while the riders are riding fast past them.
"Wow, want kind of bullets were those?" Nora asked surprise.
"Gravity Dust bullets, but they work differently than the ones you know. Now you two can shot with having to worry about hurting the people." Setsuna answered.
"Okay." Neptune nodded as he and Nora started firing at the mech causing it to stumble a little.
"What are you doing?" Yang asked seeing Setsuna on her Scroll.
"I just sent an emergency message to the authorities and hospital; they should check up on the people." Setsuna answered.
"EAT THIS, SUCKER!" Nora screamed as she fires at Roman again.
"Stupid brats." Roman groaned in anger.
"Blake! I'm in position!" Weiss said.
"Sun, Ren, follow me." Blake ordered and jumped ahead.
Weiss appeared twirling her body before landing in the middle of the road and stab her sword to create an ice field.
Roman slips on the ice field causing it to slide off the highway road and landed at the bottom where Jaune's group are waiting as they see the mech crashed.
"Do you think he's okay?" Rushuna asked.
"I'm sure he's fine." Jaune shrugged.
"Get ready, he's coming." Ruby said.

Soon, everyone gathered together just as Roman got back up and stares down at the kids with a fierce glare of anger.
"Freezer Burn!" Ruby commanded as everyone jumps back.
Weiss form the icy field again and Yang jumps high then dives to punch the icy field with a fire punch of her gauntlet, this causes the ice to become mist covering the area and blinding Roman who was approaching.
The laser sensors from the Paladin activates trying to search for those troublesome kids as it walks around, then got blasted in the back by Nora.
"Damn it." Roman cursed as he turns around and blasted an energy blast at Nora.
But Nora moves out of the way for Pyrrha and Ren jumping out to charge in for the attack.
"Spartan Petals!" Jaune called out for a team attack.
Ren jumps onto Pyrrha's shield for her to give him an extra boost to slash at the mech's face and Pyrrha attacks it twirling around with her sword fierce and strong, then Blake and Weiss attack together with their Checkmate team attack.
Neptune is seen a few meters away from the mech firing some lightning Dust bullets and Setsuna aims her gun at it.
"Let see how you like this." Setsuna smirked and fired the bullet.
The bullet started to glow red and just when it hit the mech bouncing off, the bullet is flying around and around repeatedly attacking Roman as Setsuna fired two more bullets s they continue striking Roman.
"Wow, is that your Semblance?" Rushuna asked amazes.
"Yeah, I call it Crimson Seeking ." Setsuna nodded.
"Then let me show you what I learned." Rushuna smiled as she aimed her gun at the mech.
She fires it and the bullet glows golden as it struck the mech's left arm completely shattering it into little pieces.
"Jaune named it Golden Piecer ." Rushuna said.
"Hey Rushuna, hit me with that." Yang called out.
"What, are you sure?" Rushuna asked worry.
"Yeah, you know what my Semblance is, just trust me." Yang said.
"Okay, if you say so!" Rushuna pointed her gum at Yang.
Meanwhile, Jaune and Sun charges in they do close combat against the blonde monkey Faunus decided to use his Via Sun to make four light clones of himself and they charge at Roman, two of them exploded on impact on the legs and the back.
Roman turns in firing some missiles at the boys, Sun jumps back to get away while Jaune blocks one with his shield remaining strong on his strong.
Rushina fire the bullet empowered by her Semblance hitting Yang dead on, though struggling at first, Yang stood her ground taking the damage turning it into power thanks to her Burn Semblance and ready to strike at the mech.
"YEAH! I'm all jacked up!" Yang shouted of excitement.
"Oh, goodness." Rushuna sighed in relief, thought she was gonna pass out if something bad happened to Yang.
"Pyrrha, can you keep that mech from moving for just a moment?" Jaune asked.
"I can try." Pyrrha said.
"Then go for it." Jaune said believing in Pyrrha he places his hand on her shoulder.
Pyrrha smiles and hold out her hands toward Roman, activating her Semblance to control the metal of the giant mech to keep it from moving.
"What the…?" Roman puzzled of what just happened as he tries to get the damn thing to move.
Pyrrha struggles from how big and strong the mech is, but her aura started to glow a little brighter coming from Jaune's aura glowing hand, she can feel her strength is somehow growing stronger.
"Bumblebee!" Ruby shouted to Blake and Yang.
The yellow and black partners nod at each other getting ready to unleash their team attack: Blake threw her blade hook with the black ribbon as Yang caught it running around boosting herself up with her shotgun gauntlets with Blake pulling around. Then Blake threw Yang at the mech for the blonde brawler of RWBY threw the punch which shattered the entire mech, forcing Roman out and rolling on the ground.
"How strong is that Semblance of yours exactly?" Setsuna asked.
"I say about strong enough to destroy that pillar holding up the bridge." Rushuna answered pointing at the pillar.

"Just got this thing cleaned…" Roman groaned as he gets back up and saw the group coming at him.
Yang fires a blast only to be block by an umbrella from a short woman back from the White Fang rally.
"Ladies, Ice Queen..." Roman mocked as Weiss yelled "Hey!"
"Always a pleasure! Neo, if you would..." Roman smirked and the short woman now known as Neo curtsies with a bow.
Setsuna fires a bullet at the two, but they suddenly shattered like glass showing they were illusions and saw them riding a Bullhead away.
"So, I guess he got a new henchman." Yang said.
"And perhaps just as dangerous." Setsuna added.
"Yeah, I guess she really made our plans... fall apart!" Weiss punned, which nobody found it funny and walks away.
Rushuna turns around for a moment looking at the direction the Bullhead was flying towards.
"That woman with the umbrella, I feel like I've seen her before." Rushuna said to herself.
Chapter 14
It's Combat Class today with the students watching a certain match that gets some of them on the edge of their seats, and that match is Jaune vs Team CRDL.
"Yeah! Go fearless leader!" Nora cheered.
"Fight well!" Ren added.
"You can do it, Jaune!" Rushuna smiled.
Jaune is battling against Sky and Dove at the same time, fighting Dove with his sword while defending off Sky with his shield then switches between them a few times until swap at Sky's feet with his sword, then he quickly slashes him away and block some bullets from Dove. Jaune moves forward while Dove continues to fire at him, and the Arc Knight threw his sword hitting his opponent on the head by the hilt of the sword.
"Interesting way to catch your opponent off guard." Weiss commented.
"He came up with that during our final week of training before coming to Beacon." Rushuna explained.
"Hope he can do more than "hilting" the situation." Yang punned making Rushuna laugh while the others just groan.
Jaune ran toward Dove while he is stun for a moment, jumping to grab his sword then slashes down at Dove before attacking him several more times and kick him away, that's when Cardin jumps in with a mighty downswing of his mace to get a good smack on Jaune.
"(Nice try.)" Jaune thought smirked as he saw that coming a mile away.
Jaune jumps back a little and hold up his shield to block the explosion when the mace hit the ground then going in for an attack, but Cardin was able to react in time to block the sword and the two clash.
Cardin tries to land a painful blow on Arc though he couldn't land a hit on him while Jaune parries and dodges those strong strikes, he pushes the mace down and rolls over onto Cardin's back getting to the other side and smack him away with his shield.
"You're going to pay for that." Cardin glared at Jaune.
"Go ahead and try me." Jaune taunted.
"Oh, we're so gonna try!" Russel shouted as he jumps over Cardin.
The leader of Team CRDL reel in his mace and swings it at Russel sending him flying as he rolls like a ball with blades, Jaune blocks the incoming attack with his shield for a moment until Russel bounce off straight up for two feet above.
Jaune looks up seeing Russel is about to attack and he just put on a smirk as he reacted faster than Russel could bring down his attack, swinging his sword knocking Russel down then he jumps for a body slam with his shield between them.
"Got you!" Cardin charged in prepare to swing his mace at Jaune again.
However, Jaune didn't stay down on top of Russel as he rolls out of the way letting Cardin take out Russel for him as the mace exploded big upon impact, the smoke clears showing Russel dizzy with his aura depleted.
"Oh shit, Russel!" Cardin gasped.
"Should have been more focus than that." Jaune chuckled.
Dove and Sky comes at him from both sides going in for a combo clash attack though Jaune was able to use that against them by parrying their weapons past him and letting them crash onto each other, Jaune dashes at Sky slashing strong at him and roundhouse kick him away. He turns around seeing Dove charging in clashing his sword against his, Jaune uses his shield to smack on Dove whenever he sees an open before throwing a final shield punch sending his opponent flying.
"You're the only one left." Jaune looked at Cardin.
"Now you got me mad!" Cardin slammed his mace on the ground.
"Please, I've seen Yang angrier than that." Jaune rolled his eyes.
Cardin charges with both hands holding the mace for double the strength to swing though Jaune has other plans for that mace, he charges forward and jumps high when the mace was at the right height for him and high-kick Cardin in the air.
"(Now, to finish this.)" Jaune thought smirked.
Jaune starts slashing away at Cardin with a furry of strikes, he axe-kick his opponent down crashing onto the ground and the Arc boy dives at the school bully slamming him strong with his shield causing Cardin to gasp in pain.
"Piece of cake." Jaune smiled as he walks away.
"And that's match." Glynda announced.
"Lucky shot." Cardin groaned before collapse on the floor.
"Well done, Mister Arc. You should have no problem qualifying for the tournament along with Miss Nikos and Miss Tendo." Glynda complimented.
"Thanks, always doing my best." Jaune winked at the teacher causing her heart to race a little before looking at the other students.
"Alright, now I know that's a tough act to follow, but we have time for one more sparring match. Any volunteers?" Glynda asked, looking around to see if there are any more students willing to spare.
Her eyes turn to Blake who seems to be more focus on her book than in the class.
"Miss Belladonna?" Glynda called out, causing Blake to shut her book and look at her.
"You've been rather docile for the past few classes. Why don't you"
"I'll do it!" Mercury raised his hand, getting the teacher's attention.
"Ben, is it? Very well, let's find you an opponent." Glynda said looking at the other students again.
"Actually, I wanna fight... her." Mercury smirked, pointing at Rushuna.
"Oh, me?" Rushuna surprised.
"Yeah, I heard you beaten the Undefeated Champion, Pyrrha Nikos and I want to see that kind of strength up close." Mercury explained his reason a little, and other intentions for this sparring match.
"I see, then I'll gladly fight you in the name of Love and Peace!" Rushuna smiled holding out her fingers in a peace sign.
"(Is this girl for real?)" Mercury thought weirded out from this chick.
Rushuna went into the locker room to make sure her gear is all good for the sparring match as Jaune walks up and kiss her on the cheek.
"Show him what you got." Jaune said.
"Thank you, I'll give this my best." Rushuna nodded before walking into the arena.
Rushuna and Mercury met each other in the middle as Glynda looks at both of them, seeing they are ready to fight.

Decided on making the first move, Mercury dashes fast at Rushuna throwing some fast kicks though she would move backward a little and easily dodging his feet with her usual smile and jump over Mercury's head and her hands on his shoulders.
"What the…?" Mercury surprised.
"Care to go for a spin?" Rushuna asked.
Before Mercury could ask what she means by that, Rushuna twirls her body around causing him to spin as well then flips him over and throwing him to a wall, but Mercury was able to land on his feet and look towards the girl.
Mercury jumps strongly from the wall, leaving little cracks, flying at Rushuna for a fast-flying kick attack only for Rushuna bends backward like in a limbo contest and dodge Mercury though he didn't stop as he fire some air Dust bullets to make him fly into the air.
"Okay, this could be something cool." Mercury impressed with how Rushuna is so far with the dodging.
"Oh yeah, you can't land a hit on the Golden Smile Warrior!" Jaune excited of the match.
"Wow, that girl can sure move." Emerald commented.
"Yeah, Rushuna doesn't like hurting people unlike how she fights against Grimms." Ruby explained.
"Really? Sounds like this girl is naïve." Emerald said.
"I used to say the same thing, but I've gotten use to see how Rushuna would fight, and she can still defeat her opponent in her own way." Weiss mentioned.
"Now that got my curious." Emerald grinned a little as she looks back at the fight.
"Come on, Rushuna! Break his legs!" Nora shouted.
"You do remember she doesn't like to do that, right?" Ren asked his childhood friend.
Mercury lands back down on the ground firing some air Dust shots at Rushuna who runs around to dodge them and took out her gun, she performs some spins and flips to dodge Mercury's long-range attacks while firing her bullets to clash at some of the air Dust bullets.
"(I need to do something, to really push her.)" Mercury thought planned.
Mercury went up using the air Dust boost to get him airborne then started firing some more air bullets below him, Rushuna saw this dodging the air bullets while shooting upward at Mercury as he dodges them.
"Hmm, I'll need to get him down." Rushuna whispered to herself.
She can also see how very skilled Mercury is, more skill than any of the other students in the school aside from Pyrrha and few others she knows like Setsuna, and that's when she decided to bust out her Golden Piecer Semblance.
Rushuna kept dodging Mercury's attack while charging up her Semblance until it was ready and saw the right opportunity to fire at the same time.
"And looks like Rushuna is going to win this." Jaune said crossing his arms and confusing Emerald.
Rushuna fired her empowered bullet at Mercury who narrowly dodge it with the bullet being very close to his nose like it's touching him, and before Mercury knew it his aura suddenly depleted and he fell onto the ground though Rushuna catches him in her arms.

"Winner… Rushuna Tendo!" Glynda announced.
"What the… How did you do that? Your bullet didn't even hit me?" Mercury confused.
"My Semblance can not only make my bullets being a lot stronger to pierce through almost anything, but it can also destroy certain things like your aura withing a three feet range." Rushuna explained.
"Okay, now would you put me down now?" Merciury asked, and she did.
"That is all for today. And remember, the dance is this weekend. But you all have your first mission on Monday. I will not accept any excuses." Glynda tells her students before class ended.
"Learning is so much fun." Mercury said sarcastically to Emerald.
"Just hope your disguise wasn't giving out from all that moving around you were doing." Emerald said.
"Nope, still on tight." Mercury informed as he checks on his disguise.
Team JNPRR leaves the arena as they turn to see Sun trying to ask Blake out for the Beacon Dance this Sunday, but didn't seem to go well as Blake looks made and walks away from the sadden Sun.
"I hope Blake is doing okay, she's hasn't really been herself lately." Jaune concerned.
"Maybe she ate some bad fish." Nora guessed.
"I don't think that would be the case." Ren said.
"Do you think it's still about the White Fang and what we found out?" Rushuna asked.
"That could be the case since that group used to mean something to her." Pyrrha stated.
"Well, you guys go on ahead while I go to the locker room for something. You mind helping me, Pyrrha?" Jaune asked.
"Yes, hopefully it won't take long." Pyrrha nodded.
"Oh, it could be longer than you thought." Jaune said, secretly winking at Rushuna who winks back at him.

But then Setsuna starts to look sad for a moment knowing this dance is really great and seeing the people having a good moment here, she just couldn't help but think about those who couldn't come like one team she knows.
"Everything okay?" Pyrrha asked noticing Setsuna looking sad right now.
"I just wish they were here right now and not stuck on that mission." Setsuna sighed.
"You mean team CFVY?" Weiss asked rising an eyebrow.
"Yeah, I'm friends with those guys and we get along well. Coco was even looking forward to helping with the decoration for the dance, but it looks like she may never get that chance again." Setsuna explained about one of team CFVY.
"I'm sure she and the others wanted to be here as quickly as possible too, and I'm sure they would be glad to see you again." Pyrrha stated.
"Yeah, it was almost a week ago since I last spoke to them. I just hope they're okay." Setsuna looked out the window.
"Knowing how strong they are, I have no doubt they will come back in one piece." Ren smiled.
"I bet they're even breaking a Grimm's leg for you too!" Nora grinned.
"Yeah, probably." Setsuna giggled.
"Were they by any chance your first friends since coming to Beacon?" Sun asked curious.
"Yeah, Velvet wanted sat next to me during lunch because she didn't want me to feel alone because I decided to go solo, and pretty soon the rest join in." Setsuna answered with an honest smile.
"You won't have to worry for long, you'll be able to see them soon enough once we get started on our first mission." Jaune pointed out.
"That's right, but let's not talk about missions for this night is all about having fun!" Setsuna smiled with a thumb up.
"Oh yeah, looks like this woman is the conductor of the fun train!" Sun commented smiling.
"Choo choo!" Jora mimicked a train sound causing Setsuna to giggle.
"Hey, it looks like Yang and Blake are about done with their dance." Jaune informed looking at Yang and Blake as he and Rushuna just came back from their dance.
"Guess it's my turn. See you, guys!" Sun waved goodbye as he walks to the dancefloor taking Yang's place for the second dance.
"I told you she would come." Yang said.
"Indeed, you did!" Rushuna nodded.
"Mission accomplished." Weiss declared.
"Hooray for team RWBY!" Nora cheered.
"Soooo, what do we do now?" Ruby asked.
"Just have fun!" Yang said as she walks back to the podium and Weiss went around to check on everything.
"Ready to dance, Pyrrha?" Jaune offered his hand to his second girlfriend.
"I would love to dance with you!" Pyrrha smiled taking his hand and off to the dancefloor, they go.
"Come on, Ren. Let see if we can find you a girl to dance with." Nora grinned, grabbing Ren's arm dragging him away despite his protest.
"Does that mean I can change out of these stupid things and into my hood now?" Ruby asked, nobody answer and complains about her shoes again.
"Not enjoying yourself?" Ozpin asked walking up to them.
"Hello Headmaster Ozpin, are you enjoying the dance?" Rushuna asked.
"Very pleasant, Rushuna. Though it doesn't appear Miss Rose is letting herself enjoy the party like everyone else." Ozpin answered as he looks over to the nervous Ruby.
"Oh, no, everything's fine! I'm just not much of a fancy pantsy... dancey girl." Ruby said.
"Ruby, I know you want to become a great Huntress one day and I believe you will, but you can't spend your whole life on the battlefield fighting Grimms, even if you want that." Setsuna pointed out.
"Yeah, that lesson's been floating around a lot lately." Ruby crossed her arms as Ozpin chuckles.
"If you think about it, fighting and dancing aren't so different. Two partners interlocked, although one wrong move on the ballroom merely leads to a swollen foot." Ozpin stated.
"Or a twisted ankle." Ruby commented as she looks down at her own feet.
"I believe what Ozpin is trying to say that we don't get to enjoy these special occasions very often as we have other things to do such as our training or maybe jobs that some people do. It's important that everyone could come together to be reminded of the unity as we can if we act as one and share a common ground for everyone to live a happy life as much as they can." Rushuna explained, speaking from experience from her old world.
"Very well said, Rushuna." Ozpin nodded.
Ruby smile doing some thinking about what Rushuna just said and decided to try not think about fighting Grimms and loving weapons, night is the night everyone has fun together and she is going to have fun too.
Back at the podium with Yang, she just sees Mercury and Emerald walking in the ballroom.
"You guys are just in time!" Yang said.
"Wouldn't miss it for the world." Mercury smirked.
"Wow, this dance looks really great." Emerald complimented. She wears an olive-colored, halterneck, backless dress with a black sash around her waist, and matching heeled pumps.
Jaune and Pyrrha came back from the dancefloor joining the three girls as Ozpin left a while go and looking at everyone, and Ruby just got herself a cup of punch and looking a little deadpan too.
"You doing okay, Ruby?" Jaune asked.
"Still trying to think of what fun things to do at the dance besides the dancing." Ruby answered.
"Don't worry, I'm sure you'll find something to do." Jaune assured.
"By the way, Ruby. I notice is looking around at the decorations of the dance than having fun, is there something wrong?" Rushuna asked.
"Oh, I'm not sure, but it might have something to do with coming to the dance alone." Ruby revealed.
"What? She came alone?" Jaune shocked.
"I thought there was something odd going on with that girl not joining the dancefloor." Setsuna looked over to Weiss looking over the flowers.
"Yeah, she said that she had too much to focus on to worry about boys." Ruby explained of what Weiss told her.
"How odd, wasn't she planning on going out with someone for the dance?" Rushuna asked trying to remember that.
"I think she was talking about Neptune, but I'm not sure because I was too busy being sad that Blake wasn't going at first." Ruby shrugged.
Jaune looks around for a bit until he spotted Neptune laughing with Sun and Blake feeling like there might be something more going on with this picture, and he is going to get to the bottom of this.
"Rushuna, hold my punch." Jaune handed his cup to Rushuna.
"You going somewhere?" Rushuna asked.
"Just to have a talk with someone, I won't be long." Jaune walked off to Neptune to get the truth out of him.
Chapter 17
Jaune arrives at the balcony of the Beacon ballroom trying to find Neptune to have a firm talking with him about leaving Weiss alone at the dance, but there doesn't appear to be a sign of him.
"Huh, I thought I saw him come up here." Jaune said to himself, then looks up at the night sky seeing some of the stars.
"Seeing the sky right now reminds me of how Rushuna and I had our nights together when we did some late night training together." Jaune smiled as he remembered those times.
"In fact, I remember the time when I confessed my love to Rushuna that one night last year." Jaune recalled that very moment.
(Flashback)
Jaune is seen in the backyard of his house trying to keep himself calm of the moment he is about to do with Rushuna, but the Arc boy is having a hard time keeping himself calm.
"Oh man, come on, Jaune! You've been practicing this for months with your sisters, which I'm still regretting with all the teasing and embarrassing moments." Jaune talked himself for a little peptalk.
"Jaune, your mother said you're out here." Rushuna called out as she comes out of the house.
"(Oh shit, she's here! Okay Jaune, it's now or never!)" Jaune thought determined and standing strong.
"H-Hey Rushuna, you're looking well." Jaune greeted.
"Thank you, one of your younger sisters wanted to see what I would look like with different color hair, but they ended up fighting about rather to red or blue." Rushuna explained about earlier.
"Yeah, they're gonna be like that for a while." Jaune chuckled.
"Don't worry, your mom is trying to calm down the situation." Rushuna assured with her smile.
"Great, I mean it's great that you're here because there is something I wanted to talk to you about." Jaune smiled but sweating a bit nervous.
"About doing some late-night training? But we free this night." Rushuna reminded him.
"No, no, this… this is more important than training." Jaune said as he takes a deep breath.
"Jaune, is everything alright? You look like you're about to run away with the circus or go out into sea to become a pirate! Or you could be sick." Rushuna guessed randomly.
"It's none of those things." Jaune assured and look at Rushuna in the eyes to summon the courage within himself.
"Rushuna Tendo, ever since you came into my life one year ago and helped change my family's mind with training me, I have been feeling more hope than I can count my fingers." Jaune started his little speech.
"Not to mention, you've been making me feel more complete in the heart with your kindness and determination to bring smiles everywhere you go." Jaune took Rushuna's hands into his.
"Jaune…?" Rushuna surprised of this warm speech that is making her heart race a little.
"Rushuna, I love you with all my heart! Would you do me the honors of… being my girlfriend?" Jaune popped the question.
Rushuna looked very surprise from the confession with tears of joy coming out and her emotions are exploding with happy thoughts, she hadn't felt this happy since her late husband Yajirou made her this happy and now she has found true love yet again with the kind boy named Jaune Arc.
"Oh Jaune, I love you too!" Rushuna confessed and jumped onto Jaune kissing him right on the lips.
Jaune is surprise of the fast respond to his confession, but felt really happy none the less as he returns the embrace and twirls them around as the kiss made their souls feel like they have gone to Heaven for a second and came back seconds later.
"She said yes!" One Arc sister shouted, and the entire family screamed hooray for the happy couple.
But neither of the newly couple cares about that right now for they are only focusing on themselves and they are enjoying the deep love that is bursting anew within them right now.
(Flashback End)
"Yeah, good times." Jaune chuckled.
"Hey, uh, Jaune, right?" Neptune called out walking onto the balcony.
"(Oh, now he shows up.)" Jaune thought exclaimed.
"This party's pretty lame, huh? I mean, ballroom dancing. Pfft." Neptune shared his opinion of the party.
"You know my friends worked really hard on making that party." Jaune stated.
"Sure, cool of them to put in some effort. Cute girls, though, huh?" Neptune said looking back at the dance.
"Is that all you think about?" Jaune asked with a scolding look and Neptune looking confuse.
"Do you even care about the girls you're hitting on? How they feel about you?" Jaune asked looking a little mad.
"Whoa! Where's this coming from?" Neptune shocked with his hands up to his head level now.
"How could you just turn her down like that?" Jaune asked mad and opened his arms wide.
"Wait, h-who?" Neptune confused of where this conversation is even going.
"Weiss!" Jaune revealed causing Neptune to realize what this guy is getting at and starts to look a bit nervous.
"I, uh... it, uh... it just didn't work out, you know?" Neptune proclaimed.
"What? You think that you're too cool, too many other options? Weiss Schnee asked you to the dance. What in the world could possibly keep you from go—"
"I can't dance!" Neptune confessed, cutting off Jaune's little lecturing speech.
"Beg your pardon?" Jaune surprised as he wants to hear that again.
"I can't dance, man!" Neptune repeated as he tries to look away some more.
"But... you're so cool!" Jaune shocked to hear that one of the coolest guys he met is afraid of going on the dancefloor because he just can't dance.
"Thank you. I try really, really hard." Neptune nodded.
"You would rather break a girl's heart and go to a dance alone than just admit to everyone that you can't move in rhythm to music?" Jaune asked.
"That about sums it up, yeah." Neptune answered with a nod.
Jaune couldn't believe this sort of thing is happening during a special event that is met to help everyone relief from their stress of training and Hunters' work, in hopes to bring out the best in the people though it looks like there are some people not being truly honest with themselves like Neptune.
"Dude, dude…" Jaune turned around facing the edge of the balcony.
"Do you have any idea of how fuck up that is? You refusing a girl just because you can't dance!" Jaune pointed out a little harshly.
"Please don't tell anybody. And yeah, it maybe fuck up but I don't want to ruin this night for Weiss too. She deserves someone who can at least dance her way." Neptune stated.
Jaune can tell that goggle wearing blue hair guy was being honest just now as he didn't turn Weiss down because of being scared to mess up on the dancefloor, but he also didn't want to make it a bad night for Weiss since she helped made all this possible.
"Do you like her?" Jaune asked, turning around to face Neptune again.
"Yeah, I mean I don't know her too well yet, but she seems pretty cool." Neptune answered honestly.
"Then just go talk to her. No pickup lines, no suave moves, just be yourself. I've heard that's the way to go." Jaune advised as he crossed his arms.
"Yeah, but then—" Neptune was about to object the idea, but Jaune wouldn't let him have the chance to do so.
"Hey! You don't have to look cool all the time. In all honesty, if you could be a little less cool, I'd really appreciate it." Jaune advised some more.
Neptune took a moment to think about what Jaune said and starting to believe there are some truth to those words, maybe he didn't need to be cool just to like a girl and Weiss did look cute when she asked him out for the dance.
"Yeah, okay." Neptune decided to go for it.
"Go talk to her. I guarantee it'll make her night." Jaune believed.
"Thanks. You're a really cool guy, Jaune." Neptune complimented holding up his fist to the Arc man.
"Alright, don't lie to my face." Jaune smiled and fist bump with Neptune.
"(Looks like that's a mission accomplished for me.)" Jaune thought smiled.
(Inside the Ballroom)
Ruby and Yang are seen together watching how everyone are enjoying the night of the night together with the blonde feeling very proud of this work she and Weiss did.
"You know? I think we really needed this." Yang believed.
Blake and Sun are doing a little slow dance with Ren and Nora doing some Waltzing with some laughing moments, even Penny is having fun as she does the robot between two Atlas guards.
"Yeah, and you did a great job planning it too!" Ruby nodded.
"Aw, thanks!" Yang reached over and pulled Ruby in for a crushing one arm hug making the red girl struggle to break free.
"It wasn't all me, though. Weiss did a lot too." Yang stated.
Ruby and Yang look down seeing Weiss still alone at the dance until Neptune walks up to her seems to offer to have a talk with her, Weiss nods and allow him to sit next to her.
"Tomorrow it's back to work." Yang sighed.
"I'm sure we can handle whatever gets thrown at us." Ruby believed with a confident smile.
Back down to the dance, Jaune walks up to his team as Rushuna and Pyrrha each kiss him on the cheek.
"So, was there any trouble with Neptune?" Rushuna asked.
"No, I say everything went great." Jaune smiled.
"That's great to hear, now shall we continue with our dance?" Pyrrha wrapped his arm around her body.
"Actually, I was thinking of doing a team dancing sync." Jaune smirked as he just heard the music playing and gesture Nora and Ren to come with them.
"Ren. This... is... happening!" Nora excited throwing her arms in the air.
"Wait, what is happening?" Ren asked, confuse and unknowingly looking at the 4 th Wall.

All five of team JNPRR started dancing together in perfect sync that everyone started watching them go and cheers for the team, it's like they have been practicing those moves together even though they're just enjoying the music and knowing how good their teamwork is.
Meanwhile, Neptune just finished confessing to Weiss about the real reason why he couldn't go to the dance with her.
"So, what made you change your mind?" Weiss asked though Neptune didn't understand the question.
"You said you were embarrassed at first. What made you come talk to me?" Weiss rephrased the question.
"You're looking at him." Neptune looked toward Jaune which Weiss does the same.
"You got some good friends looking out for ya." Neptune complimented as Weiss smiles, really glad to have friends like him and Rushuna around.
"Come on, now I feel like dancing!" Ruby excited as she hurries downstairs as Yang laughs.
"Setsuna, come and join us!" Rushuna called out to Setsuna who is at the second floor as she giggles.
However, not everyone was getting onto the dancefloor to have a good time as Emerald and Mercury are keeping their distance from Setsuna and watching the ballroom.
"It appears all the dancers have partners." Emerald informed Cinder with an ear-comm.
"How long do I have?" Cinder asked.
"You should probably be home by midnight, to be safe." Mercury advised.
(With Cinder)
"I'll keep my eye on the clock." Cinder said.
Cinder is now wearing a completely different outfit for the sole purpose of her infiltration mission which is a sleeveless jacket, long gloves, stiletto heel boots, a black glass mask and several straps with containers of powdered Dust lined across her pants.
(Music End)
Just then, Ruby came out onto the balcony looking a little bit tired from the dancing as she needed a breather to cool herself, but she saw a figure running along the rooftop of the buildings.
"(Something tells me there wasn't supposed to be anyone out there tonight.)" Ruby thought felt her instincts kicking in.
Going with her instincts to follow the figure to see what is going on.
(Cross Continental Transmit System Tower)
Cinder makes her way to the CCT in order to install the next part of the evil plan as expected, there are Atlas soldiers stationed to guard the tower though she didn't care because she is prepared for this.
"Excuse me, no one's allowed in this area." One Atlas guard said.
But Cinder didn't listen and charges at the soldier.
The Atlas soldier tries to shoot her down just enough to make her unable to move for a while though his shoots aren't hitting the mark, Cinder took him down with ease alerting the other soldiers as they jump in to stop the intruder. But they all suffer the same defeat as Cinder took one down with hand-to-hand and the other with blades made of fist Dust.
Cinder quickly hides their unconscious bodies into some bushes and waited for the elevator to arrive to take her up to the floor.
"Hey, man, do you know the Wi-Fi password?" One Atlas guard asked his fellow guard.
"It's Beacon, but replace the E with a 3 and add a pound symbol to the end." The other Atlas guard answered.
But when the elevator door open, Cinder is there greeting them with an evil grin.
Cinder just casually walks into the elevator which only took three seconds for the Atlas guards to realize this woman is an intruder, the elevator door closes with only the sounds of thrashing from the inside.
Outside of the tower, Ruby just arrived at the scene and spotted an unconscious causing her to gasp that something is going on over here.
Ruby took out her Scroll to call over her rocket locker until she suddenly felt a touch on her shoulder and jump in shock.
"Ruby, what are you doing out here?" Setsuna asked as she has been following Ruby since she left the ballroom.
"There's someone sneaking around the school and just entered the CCT tower, I have a feeling that it could be something bad." Ruby explained just when her locker arrived with her Crescent Rose.
Setsuna spotted the unconscious Atlas guard and notice the other guards aren't around either.
"(Whoever did this must've hidden the bodies well to not arose any suspicious.)" Setsuna thought figured.
"Alright, I'm coming with you." Setsuna nodded and pulled out her gun from between her breasts.
"Do you always carry your gun in there?" Ruby asked shock.
"Always good to be prepare." Setsuna smiled before they hurry into the tower.
(With Cinder)
Cinder just arrived at the control consoles room as she is looking at a Scroll she took from one of the Atlas guards she knocked down, decided to keep it for now and walk over to a nearby control console and install her Scroll into the server.
"A party guest is leaving." Emerald informed.
"Which one?" Cinder asked sighing.
"Ironwood." Emerald answered.
"I guess the general's had enough fun for one night. Should we intervene?" Mercury asked.
Cinder notice the hologram screen showing up and a black Queen chess piece icon appeared that made the sneaky fire woman to smile.
"No, we're done here." Cinder informed as this part of the plan is complete and ready to head out.
But then Cinder saw the elevator sign light up and she quickly turn off the hologram screen and hide behind a counter, just in time when Setsuna and Ruby came out with their weapons ready.
"Hello? Is anyone there? Hello?" Ruby asked and stumbled from her high heels.
"Yeah, those shoes are NOT working for you." Setsuna commented, then fired a bullet that flew around for a few seconds until it found Cinder forcing her to jump out.
"Alright, you obviously came here for something important for probably bad things. I'm only going to say this once for you to put your hands in the air and don't move." Setsuna glared at the masked woman.
"I'd do what she says if I were you, she never miss her shots." Ruby smirked.
Cinder smiles evilly thinking about proving her wrong as she moves causing the bullet to fly at her, but she caught the bullet and melt it in her hand.
This shocked Setsuna and quickly fired two more as Ruby does the same, but Cinder caught them and melted them into little puddles then fire three arrows in front of them as they glow.
"MOVE!" Setsuna tackled Ruby away as the arrows exploded.
Setsuna and Ruby got up only to see the mysterious intruder is gone using the explosion as a cover to escape the tower as the former curses this.
