ZEPHYRA'S POV
I wake to paradise. The place smells like rose and cream. My cheek & body rested on a soft cushion and on top of me, I feel the velvet touch of silk. My whole body feels like a baby
I keep my eyes closed, refusing to wake from this dream.
It smells even better than Lola's room.
My lips curve up in smile as I feel the touch of soft palm on my other cheek.
My legs, neck, whole body is being touched in sleek way. Relaxing.
Something isn't right. I feel too beautiful.
Lola's room. Hands. Cushion
I snap my eyes open.
'Oh Wolves god! I slept off in Lola's room?'
Fear wraps me but the sight in front of me make me hit my head against the bedrest.
A man by my bedside with two women.... massaging me??
"Drink this Zeph" The man says passing me a drink.
Then it clicks.....Alpha Van bought me!
I move from the women's hold & kneel on the bed in front of Alpha
"I'm sorry sir. I... I'm... I was..."
Words fail me.
'Where is cat when I need help?!'
"You're safe Zephyra" He assures calmly but his voice is still clipped with a deep, rough edge.
I flinch, not from his words but his touch on my shoulder. I watch his face fall.
That's his business. I won't give him what he want so quick
The women stand close together at the edge of the bed, waiting.
"Do you have new allergies?" The Alpha asks
I scoff. Do I even have any allergies?
'You don't know because you starved mostly'
'Do you know me?'
'I can leave but you need me. This place is the best Zephyra!' Cat squeals in joy but I Ignore her.
She's all I have, yet she left me alone with confusion. With him.
"No" I answer finally. He nods. Taking his leave but then he turns back
"Lay back down & let them do their work"
I stand up from the bed, facing him
"I can work Alpha. I'll do their jobs"
The women exchange looks, I pretend blind.
I also want to survive. Better a slave than wolves whore
Alpha's face squint in fury.
Five steps separate us but he close it in one breeze. I stumble back from the effect.
His palm move quickly behind my head, shielding it from hitting the wall while his other hand wraps my waist, to steady me.
The women look away.
I choke on my spit while my heart pounds furiously. His eyes search mine with safety but all I feel is the warmth of his touch.
They send waves through me.
Not panic nor discomfort.
"Be careful young lady" His voice is soft, careful.
Hiccup escapes from me.
I regain sanity & push him slightly away. He moved willingly
"I'll work" I manage to say.
Alpha Van sucks in a deep breathe before pocketing his hands. He looks terrifying but in good way
"I brought you here Zephyra & I tell you what to do" I nod
"Great. You'll take a shower over there"
My eyes widen. Never, not with him within.
"You're afraid of me so I'll give you space" I bow, to hide my joy & confusion so he won't change his mind
"Now, you'll let them clean you up, eat and sleep. Touch nothing. There are staffs here, let them do their work" He finalizes in a soft tone.
Again, I nod but he already left
My heart thumps slowly as I exhale. The women approach me, I step back.
"Please take a shower, My lady"
My lady? I try correct but..
The door open to a very beautiful lady.
Her hair is pure white & long. Silkly laid against a brown gown that enhance her curves.
She's just few inches shorter than Alpha Van. Her scent ornamental. Her heels hit the floor with grace of a warrior but more gorgeous is her skin, Honey toned.
She looks striking and familiar.
"Hey Zephyra!" She squeals racing towards me. Seven more women follow suit.
I adjust back but a wall is all I hit.
"O my God, you're finally awake. I've been disturbing my brother to introduce us. You look more pretty. You're so....."
She rants on & I zone out. Where am I?
"She's Alpha Van's sister. Warrior Neville"
One of the staffs introduce.
Ooooh. Sure they look a bit alike but they're opposite.
"Good day, ma" I bow but she is already instructing the staffs that followed her
"Bring me my box. Is the water warm enough?
Lay the foods for my sister in law"
Hold it there
'This is the best part' Best what?
'You're a sister in law. Wife' Cat informs me. Jumping in ecstasy.
My head throbs from all these confusion
"I'm not a sister in law"
Neville's face fall & she brings out her phone
"Hey brother, you didn't explain anything at all?"
Neville ask then listens before passing me the phone
"Yes Alpha" I say, turning away from them
"That's my sister & the staffs that'll help you"
I'm 'Help' myself but I keep quiet
"Remember, I tell you what to do." I nod
"I told them you're my Luna" My eyes widen, it's at the tip of my tongue to ask why
"Just oblige. You know how difficult it'll be on them if I don't find their services satisfying"
He concludes then hang up when I say nothing.
I do know how difficult it is. Whenever Lola or her mom are unsatisfied with somehing we did, the punishment is always severe.
Even for the staffs that attend to Lola. If her hair is imperfect because she couldn't sit still, her mom yells at them before chasing them out.
I pass the phone to Neville, Looking at the nine staffs staring my way, with tools to attend to me.
I see myself in them.
"Okay" That's all I needed to say, they jump into action. Some leading me to the bathroom. Others bringing out clothes & beauty products.
I hold my breathe as they undress me. My brain questioning everything.
Surprisingly, my scars are less visible. My skin looks almost spotless.
The bath was excellent. The best.
I itch to go back into the bath tub
'It feels so well to be pampered right?'
Yes cat. But why did he tell them I'm his lady?
'Why is Lola Alpha's daughter & you, a slave while I'm a Cat?'
I don't know
'Exactly. No one knows. Just enjoy'

"This outfit will look good on you sister in law!"
He lied to his sister too?
"The top is sexy to show off your waist & the short will make your long legs receive fresh air. This sandal is the most fluffy ever"
She's quite chatty but I like her.
Out of fear, I tell them I can dress myself up. They sulked but agreed.
I allow them lead me out of the room that triple Lola's room. The food sprawled out is enough to feed a village.
"You can sneak some away" I whisper to the staff beside me. She responds with a smile.
God knows I love when guests let me sneak & eat.
The time is now 9pm.
I survived today with anxious heart & wariness: Life can't be this good to me in just a day.
The staffs have left. I'm fed & ready to sleep.
I've gotten close to Neville, enough to ask her run me the bath again.
She teaches me instead.
The foam & lavender scent warm against my skin. I stay long enough that the water turned cold. Neville taught me how to heat it.
I drain the out the cold water, lift myself out of the tub to switch to hot. Instead a large drizzle hit my head making me scream loud
"Are you okay Zephyra?" Someone screams same time the curtain opens to Alpha Van in his black on black outfit.
He turn me around for bruisings before turning off the overhead shower
Wait a minute.... I'm naked, in front of Alpha Van?
"AAAAAAAHHHHHH"
