Chapter 101 - Chapter 103: Suppressing Minato is the Key

Kushina didn't care what Killer B was thinking. Since Jinchūriki had thick skin and tough flesh, she didn't hold back.

Although Killer B was sent flying, he was protected by the Tailed Beast Cloak, so his injuries weren't as severe as imagined.

"Little Eight, what should I do? I'm completely suppressed. Is this the power of the Nine-Tails? It's terrifying as expected."

Killer B really had no other options. The girl opposite him was too strong; he couldn't contend with her at all, so he could only ask the Eight-Tails for help.

"No, it's not that the Nine-Tails is scary, it's that you're too weak. Your current body can't withstand much of my power."

Hmph, shifting the blame? Non-existent. This great master would never admit that he wasn't as good as that closet-pervert fox.

Besides, she is a descendant of the Sage of Six Paths. Comparing yourself to her? Getting crushed in all aspects is just normal.

It's just unexpected that the proud fox would acknowledge the girl before him. That is truly rare.

Thinking of this, the moment Killer B collided with Kushina again, the Eight-Tails sent a strand of his own chakra inside, merging it with the Nine-Tails' chakra.

"Kurama, long time no see."

While Kurama was lying down watching the battle outside, a mass of chakra condensed into a tiny Eight-Tails. Kushina was probably bigger than him.

"Tch, Gyūki. Why did you come to disturb me? Here to beg for mercy?"

Kurama yawned and looked at the tiny octopus in front of him with a mocking face, his expression full of teasing.

"Tch, who's begging for mercy? Just don't beat him to death. That guy's singing makes even me want to beat him up."

Although Gyūki's mouth was stubborn, he was softening his stance. His request was simple: don't kill him.

Otherwise, he had finally acknowledged someone after so much difficulty; he hadn't enjoyed it for long. If he had to spend another three years condensing, how unpleasant would that be?

Kurama naturally heard Gyūki's softening words. It was just a common ailment of Tailed Beasts to be tsundere; clearly admitting defeat, but refusing to admit it to save face.

"Don't worry. I'll have Kushina show some mercy."

Kurama waved his claw indifferently, then, like a prank, flicked the tiny Gyūki on the head. That strand of chakra was too weak; it was directly dispersed by the flick and vanished.

Kurama: ...

"Damn stinky fox, just you wait! I'll pay you back one day!" Inside Killer B's body, Gyūki complained indignantly about Kurama. He was being too much of a bully.

Outside.

Kushina and Killer B didn't know the two Tailed Beasts had a conversation.

Relying on having much more chakra than Killer B, Kushina chased Killer B and beat him up all the way.

During the time Kurama and Gyūki were talking, Killer B was hammered by Kushina again, leaving him with a bruised nose and swollen face.

"Stop! I surrender."

Finally, Killer B couldn't stand the taste of being crushed anymore and surrendered very straightforwardly.

What else could he do but surrender? He couldn't win, and was it fun to be chased and beaten by someone like this?

With Killer B's surrender, Mifune's side won the duel with a two-to-one advantage.

Sanzō would be driven out of the Land of Iron from now on. In the future, the General of the Land of Iron, the true ruler, would be Mifune alone.

"Damn it! Mifune, just you wait! I won't give up like this! I will return!"

Before leaving, Sanzō gave Mifune a vicious look, then very subtly glanced at the Konoha group, his eyes full of resentment.

It was all the fault of these Konoha people. If they hadn't interfered, the victory of this duel would have been in the bag. People of Konoha Village, just you wait, I won't let you off easy either.

Sanzō knew there was no place for him in the Land of Iron anymore, so he took his die-hard supporters home to pack up and left the Land of Iron.

Having won the competition, Mifune began to treat Minato and the other two with great hospitality.

Minato didn't refuse either, enjoying everything with a clear conscience.

While Minato and the others were enjoying the fruits of victory...

In a forest within the Land of Iron, Killer B and Yotsuki A were squatting outside.

They were monitoring Minato's group. They carried coordinates on them; as soon as the message was transmitted back to the village, they could use the Heavenly Transfer Technique to transport their father here.

With their father and the two brothers present, Yotsuki A was full of confidence. They would definitely be able to capture the opponents. Especially since among them, there was not only a genius of the Uchiha Clan but also the Nine-Tails Jinchūriki.

As long as they captured them, Kumogakure would strike it rich. Kumogakure had once tried to capture the Nine-Tails but ultimately failed.

With the Nine-Tails Jinchūriki delivered to their doorstep for free this time, there was no reason not to grab her.

Anyway, Kumogakure's motto was: What's mine is mine, and what I grab is also mine.

Kumogakure, powerful bandit logic.

"Brother, can we succeed? That Nine-Tails Jinchūriki is no joke."

While Yotsuki A closed his eyes to rest, Killer B asked uneasily from the side.

"With Dad here, how could we not succeed? Did you forget? Back when the Eight-Tails went berserk, he suppressed the fully transformed Eight-Tails with his own strength."

"The Nine-Tails is the strongest among the Tailed Beasts, but Dad can suppress it too. You have to believe in Dad."

Yotsuki A patted Killer B on the shoulder, telling him to relax.

Killer B didn't say anything more upon hearing this, but he still felt that this operation wouldn't succeed.

"Little Eight, will this mission succeed?"

Lacking confidence, Killer B asked Gyūki deep in his heart.

"I don't know. Whether we can succeed depends on whether that brute, the Third Raikage, can suppress that yellow-haired kid in a short time. Containing him is the key. If he can't, then it's dangerous."

"Neither that Uchiha girl with the Mangekyō Sharingan nor that Uzumaki Nine-Tails Jinchūriki are opponents that you and that idiot brother of yours can deal with."

Gyūki saw things very clearly. Just from two simple matches, he had gauged the situation accurately.

"I believe in the Third Raikage. He will definitely be able to defeat that yellow-haired kid. He is the Strongest Spear and Shield. I was held down and beaten by him back then. Dealing with a teenager about my age should be as easy as pie."

Gyūki's analysis instantly gave Killer B full confidence, relying on his trust in the Third Raikage's impressive battle record.
