Xiao Se, Bibi Dong, Xiao Xue, Gu Yuena, and Xiao Yi Xian stepped out from within, surrounding him completely.
"Alliance Master Xiao, you misunderstand. This old man is a reclusive Dou Zun from the Northwest Continent, Venerable Gumu. I heard that Alliance Master Xiao was going to refine an Eighth Grade Pill here, so I came to pay my respects. If I have offended you in any way, please forgive me." A cold drop of sweat dripped from Mu Gu Old Man's forehead. He was merely a three-star Dou Zun, and aside from Xiao Se, the cultivation of the other four women was all above his. His face, which had previously been filled with pride due to his identity as an Elder Zun of the Hall of Souls, instantly turned dark.
Damn it, if he had known, he wouldn't have been so high-profile.
Taking a deep breath, Mu Gu Old Man gathered his courage and half-threatened, "Alliance Master Xiao, I advise you not to make a mistake. The Hall of Souls is not something your mere Sea Alliance can provoke. If you are sensible, move aside for this Venerable."
"Forget it!" Xiao Se sighed softly. "Continuing to talk nonsense with you here will only make me look stupid. I want both your Soul and your body; I should be able to refine a decent Heavenly Demon Puppet out of them."
Xiao Se gripped his magic sword, treading upon the Void Realm as he walked step by step toward Mu Gu Old Man. The magic sword brushed against the Void Realm, friction sparking fierce flames.
With every step Xiao Se took, Mu Gu Old Man's heart skipped a beat.
"Damn it." Mu Gu Old Man cursed inwardly, subconsciously wanting to tear open the Void Realm to escape, but suddenly, Gu Yuena's ethereal and cold voice sounded in his ears, "Don't waste your effort. This Void Realm has already been sealed by me; with your strength, you simply cannot use spatial power anymore."
"Damn it, damn it." After trying and finding he truly could not tear open space, Mu Gu Old Man attempted to mobilize the surrounding energy of heaven and earth, only for Xiao Xue's playful laughter to sound in his ears, "Old man, don't waste your effort. Your Dou Qi attribute is fire; in my Angelic Domain, all fire-attribute energy will be completely purified."
Upon hearing this, Mu Gu Old Man clearly didn't believe it; sealing the energy of heaven and earth was something only a Dou Di who transcended heaven and earth could accomplish.

Mu Gu Old Man's eyes instantly became vacant, and he looked down at his chest in disbelief.
There, a purple sword blade had pierced through his body, and blood scattered across the Void Realm.
"You are truly noisy!" Xiao Se impatiently pulled out the magic sword, simultaneously dragging Mu Gu Old Man's Soul out from within his body.
"Ah, you bastard, you actually…"
Mu Gu Old Man's Soul struggled violently. He had actually been stabbed, just like Yao Chen, and he had been stabbed to death without even noticing; he didn't even know how Xiao Se had moved behind him.
Xiao Se ignored Mu Gu Old Man, put away his body, and stuffed his Soul into a Medicinal Pill bottle.
"What do you plan to do with this old guy?" Gu Yuena walked up to Xiao Se. She wanted to secure it for her subordinates; after all, it was a Dou Zun-level body, and if it were used for resurrection, her subordinate would be very likely to advance to Dou Zun.
"I will take the Soul back to interrogate it first, then use it to refine a Heavenly Demon Puppet. As for the body, let Di Tian use it for resurrection. With his foundation, not to mention reaching the height of Mu Gu Old Man, reaching a one or two-star Dou Zun is still possible. Bibi Dong, Xiao Xue, and Xiao Yi Xian followed closely behind.
Gu Yuena touched her burning cheeks with both palms and swept out after them.
"How did it go?" As soon as they arrived at the square, Medusa greeted them. She had originally wanted to go, but Xiao Se, considering that Medusa's belly was growing larger, had not let her follow.
"It's all resolved. It was someone from the Hall of Souls."
Xiao Se took out the Medicinal Pill bottle containing Mu Gu Old Man's Soul.
From within the bottle, Mu Gu Old Man's resentful voice rang out.
"Damn you, Xiao Se! Let this Venerable out quickly; the Hall of Souls will not let you go."
"Less nonsense, behave yourself." Xiao Se wiped the mouth of the bottle, and a raging Exotic Fire poured into it, burning Mu Gu Old Man until he was in a chaotic frenzy, wailing continuously, before he lost consciousness and fell silent after just a few moments.
"Alliance Master Xiao, was this truly the Hall of Souls?" The three Dou Zuns walked over, expressions of terror on their faces.
They did not Cultivate the Returning to Origin Soul Technique, and their Soul power was far inferior to that of Xiao Se and his wives, so they had not discovered Mu Gu Old Man.
By the time they reacted, Xiao Se and the others had already returned.
"To tell you the truth, although I have not yet truly been noticed by the Hall of Souls, I have long been locked in a mortal feud with them. If the three of you are afraid of bringing trouble upon yourselves, this Alliance Master will not force you; you are free to leave." You need not toil over anything in your daily life; you only need to take action when encountering battles or enemy attacks at the Dou Zun level."
"We will strictly obey the Alliance Master's orders." The three Dou Zuns bowed once more, then stood aside.
