Chapter 49 - Author’s Note / Update

From tomorrow onward, chapters will be released with a two-day gap.

The reason is simple: I want my Pat***n readers to stay about 30 chapters ahead, and to do that, I'll be uploading daily on Pat***n. I'm being completely honest here—there's no excuse or hidden reason.

I started this fanfic as a learning step toward writing my own original novel. Fanfiction already has an established background, plot framework, world, and characters, which makes it easier for a new writer like me to focus on storytelling and presentation rather than building everything from scratch.

When I learned about Patr***n, I thought it could help me support my studies and writing. At first, I gave only around 4 early-access chapters, and I believed that was fine. But after observing other writers, I realised most provide 15–30 early chapters.

To reach that level, I tried to speed up the story, which is when the problem started. I overworked myself, and some parts of the story moved too fast over 2–3 chapters. This arc also became longer than intended because I was using it to create flow—but I now realise that continuing like this would hurt the story in the long run.

This arc is now complete (the point where the Uchiha become merchants), so this is the right moment to slow down and regain balance. Because of that, uploads on Webnovel will now follow a two-day gap.I'm genuinely sorry for this, but I don't feel it's right to continue if I can't give fair value to my Pat***n supporters.

A Few Notes for New Writers (Especially Fanfic Writers)

Based on my own mistakes and experience:

AI cannot write a full chapter for you.You must first write a raw chapter yourself. AI can help polish it—but be careful. In the beginning, I over-polished every line and dialogue for grammar, and it made my early chapters feel unnatural. Many readers disliked that.

Always keep a stock of 15–20 chapters.Your mind won't work perfectly every day. Plotting, dialogue, direction—everything needs mental space.

Keep proper notes.Names (especially non-canon characters), places, maps, and backgrounds are extremely hard to manage later if you don't note them early. This was one of my biggest struggles.

Be shameless when people say "AI-written."Accept it calmly. AI is a tool, not a crime. We are imagination-driven writers, not language masters or professionals—criticism will come.

Don't let fear stop you.At first, I was scared of copy**ght str**k, no readers, or comments accusing me of using AI. But with time—and after getting Pat***n support—I understood how motivating even small support can be.

Thank you all for reading and supporting this story. The story will continue—don't worry. There will just be a gap now, so I can protect the quality and my health.
