Chapter 1 - Locker 313

There was a boy named Jayden who hated school, he looked pale and thin; he never like the hew of the sun on his skin. People looked at him with a glare, he knew that everyone would stare. He never wanted to be at school, not because of homework or teachers, but because of locker 313 which he had been assigned to in the beginning of the year.

Locker 313 was old, rusty, and always cold to the touch, even in summer when the heat could burn of your skin off. It sat at the end of the hallway, near the janitor's closet; no one used it, no one even walked near it. People said it was cursed.

Jayden didn't believe in curses. He thought it was just a dumb story kids made up to scare each other. But one day, his locker broke, and the principal said, "You'll use locker 313 until we fix yours."

Jayden shrugged. "Whatever."

(That night, weird stuff started happening).

Night One:

Jayden heard whispering in his room, it wasn't his parents, it wasn't the wind, it was soft and scratchy, like someone was talking through sand.

"Open me… open me…"

He woke up sweating.

 Day Two:

At school, remembering what he heard the night before, he decided to open locker 313. Inside was a note. It said: "You heard me. Now you're mine."

(Jayden laughed nervously.) "Who's messing with me?", he asked.

(no one answered he just got whispers from the other students)

* He can talk.? I wonder what it says? he sounds weird.

But no one saw him open the locker. No one was replying. People started wondering what it said and why it looked like it was covered in a layer of sand. The note smelled like… dirt. Like it was buried.

(he felt like came from somewhere familiar, a place he has been to before).

On the second night:

Jayden dreamed of a boy with no eyes. Just black holes where his eyes should be. The boy whispered, "I lived in 313. Now I live in you."

(Jayden woke up screaming & wondering who that boy was and why he lived in the locker and if he had been posed by the locker).

 Day Three:

He tried to tell the principal. But the principal looked confused. "Locker 313? We don't have that number."

Jayden ran to the hallway where the locker is or at least used to be. The locker was gone. Just a blank wall.

But when he touched the wall, it was cold. Ice cold.

And then he heard it again.

"Release me…"
