Chapter 243 - Chapter 243: The False Playboy, The Real Scumbag Alice left.

After the girl departed, Alex remained seated on the leather sofa, his gaze distant and unfocused. There was no joy on his face; instead, he grew increasingly sullen.

"Is that girl... special?" Mira pulled him into her lap, resting his head on her voluptuous thighs. Her pale, slender fingers gently stroked his brows, as if to smooth away the conflict in his heart.

Lying in her lap, Alex's tightly furrowed brows slowly relaxed under the夫人's touch. "Why do you say that?"

"Anyone can see it, can't they?" Mira poked his nose playfully. "Your emotions are so obvious, Alex. And I saw it, too: you placed a spatial coordinate on that girl, allowing you to track her movements anytime. It's the first time you've ever done that."

"Well, it's... because of some things. It's a bit complicated to explain."

"You don't need to tell me," Mira leaned down and kissed him lightly on the lips. "If you need any help from me, just say the word. Aren't we a family?"

Alex felt his mood lighten considerably. "Mhm. For the time being, I won't be returning to Tokyo. Also, there might be a rather large disturbance later on. Talk to Aizen Haibara and ask the Haibara family to handle the cleanup."

"Alright," Mira caressed the young man's face, her hand slowly sliding down to his chest, gently loving him. Her clothing slipped away, revealing her exquisite physique like a work of art. "Come, let's make love. I'll make you forget all the unhappy things and fill your mind with nothing but my body... Alex, do you like it? She's all yours. I've locked the door. Enjoy yourself..."

Ryan's expression was grim.

As a young man without a job, constantly hanging out with street thugs, and addicted to psychoactive drugs (dope), his life and future were set. In Osaka, and indeed throughout Japan, men like him—idle, lazy vagrants—were everywhere. He could see his future clearly.

A man destined for a lifetime of mediocrity and tragedy, he had, at this moment, encountered a naive, innocent, and beautiful girl.

The girl named Alice was lovely, cute, and had a wonderful, somewhat affluent disposition. Most importantly, her sheltered innocence made her look like a plump piece of meat delivered right to his doorstep.

The moment he saw the girl, the unscrupulous scumbag immediately marked Alice as his prey. She showed no suspicion toward his approach and even seemed a little happy, completely missing his true intentions.

Ryan suspected that the other girls—the 'gal' friends—saw right through him, yet Alice remained in the dark, and they had no intention of telling her the truth. Those girls were actively helping him instead...

It was simply a godsend!

If, if only he hadn't run into that incident at the karaoke bar...

"Damn it! That brat! If it weren't for that little punk, I would have already gotten Alice!" Ryan fled home in embarrassment. The thought of everyone seeing him wet himself in public, and those strange, subtle, contemptuous looks, sent him into a rage.

Even so, he only thought about it internally, with no intention of seeking revenge. Are you kidding? That guy was too bizarre... better to avoid him than to cross him.

"It's just a shame about that woman..."

Compared to Alice, the seductive woman in the bright red dress was truly an exquisite masterpiece. Ryan had never seen such an alluring and charming woman—she shone like a vibrant rose, yet felt like a ripe, sexy peach.

She also exuded an air of superiority that made him long to crush her underfoot and fiercely humiliate her.

Compared to the still-developing Alice, that mature woman made Ryan's heart itch with lust. If he could have her...

"Damn it! What's the deal with that kid?" Back home, the man was obsessed with the demonically beautiful woman but knew that a lowlife like him could never touch such a premium woman. But... the more unattainable she was, the more he craved her!

He felt an intense animosity towards the young man next to the stunning beauty. It wasn't just the humiliation of his own embarrassment; it was the envy and jealousy that the boy could monopolize such a captivating woman. The thought of that brat having such a seductive woman made his eyes turn red.

Buzz—

His phone vibrated. Seeing the apology message, the man's jealousy gradually subsided. His negative emotions slowly receded, replaced by a carefully manufactured, cheerful smile. "Alice... she's not bad either."

Although she wasn't as breathtaking as the other woman, she was still an exceptional beauty, and most importantly, she was more innocent and easier to deceive than a shrewd older woman.

"I'm so sorry, Ryan-kun. I didn't expect to run into something like that. Are you okay?"

The message was from Alice.

"I'm fine, Alice-san. On the contrary, that person didn't do anything to you, did he?" While typing, the man frowned, feeling annoyed. Did that kid do... that to Alice? She was the JK he was targeting.

"No, he... he didn't do anything to me. That person didn't seem like a bad guy."

Alice was home after a shower, wiping her hair as she sat on the edge of her bed, staring blankly at the books on her desk. Thinking of the boy her age she had met today, Alice instinctively felt he wasn't a bad person.

"You should still be careful with dangerous guys like that. Don't go to karaoke next time. It feels unsafe. How about coming to my place for some tea or something, Alice-san? What do you think?"

"Tea? Okay."

"Then let's arrange a time. You can bring your friends too..."

Looking at the naive, innocent phone message arranging a time to drink tea, the man's sinister and creepy smile grew uncontrollable. He looked around his messy room, pulled out a small bottle from a drawer, and, seeing the liquid inside, his smile widened.
