Everyone was relaxing on this day. They were all exhausted after constant planning and strategizing. The five men were sleeping all over the floor and couch. Harper was tending to the garden. And Nolan was reading a novel on Greek mythology, specifically about a titan called "Atlas." He was condemned to hold up the sky for all eternity after losing a war against the Olympian gods, a great burden it was. Nolan found himself similar to Atlas because he too has a burden to carry, one too heavy to bear, and nobody to carry it with him.
"What are you reading?" Harper walked in from the garden, covered in dirt, as she took off her gloves and washed her hands.
"It's a very peculiar book about the stories of a titan named Atlas," Nolan replied, not looking up from the book due to his interest in the story.
"Sounds cool, but you know what's even cooler?" Harper asked, as Nolan still didn't look up at her.
"What?" he said.
"Getting your nose outta that dumb book and helping me with the garden," Harper smirked as she replied.
"I have no time for such trivial acts," Nolan brushed her off, still not giving her a mere glance.
Harper rolled her eyes. "Suit yourself, 'Atlas-Man,'" she said mockingly.
"That name reminds me of the superheroes I've read about in the comics from the land once called America," Nolan finally looked up from his book with real interest in his eyes.
"Well, I guess you are a superhero," Harper replied with a chuckle.
"But why do you read those old things anyways? They died out like… thousands of years ago," she asked, with a raised eyebrow.
"They are still being printed by a company called 'Marvel.' Though they may have lost popularity, Marvel was always the 'GOAT.' Better than 'DC,'" Nolan said.
"Suuuure, Nolan… or should I say Atlas Man?"
