Chapter 5 - Chapter 5: Three-Point Agreement

"I didn't notice, sorry," Natasha Romanoff smiled, paid the renovation and accommodation fees to the owner, and left the hotel.

"I hope you don't reveal my existence," Ethan Walker suddenly appeared and said.

"Why?" Natasha's heart skipped a beat; she had planned on having S.H.I.E.L.D. research this entity to make him leave her body. Having such a strange thing inside was unsettling. Even if he claimed to be harmless, Natasha couldn't just take his word for it.

"Why? After I leave your body, will you still have this powerful strength? Will you revert to being the Black Widow, a super agent, or just an ordinary person?" Ethan coaxed.

The reason he chose Black Widow was because she had no special abilities; an ordinary person, no matter how strong, could only reach the limits of an ordinary human. She couldn't compare to technology or Mutants.

Most importantly, Ethan wasn't sure if the X-Men existed; if they did, he'd choose their side. However, Black Widow's identity allowed her to contact many Mutants and super-powered individuals, so Ethan chose her, and he didn't believe she lacked ambition.

Natasha fell silent. As an Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D., she knew many things. In this world, there were Mutants, super-powered individuals, and many powerful people. No matter how hard she tried, she would always be just an ordinary person, without any special qualities. Perhaps her beauty could be considered a quality. But what good was that?

Seeing Natasha's silence, Ethan pressed on: "To be honest, I chose you because of your identity as a top Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D., able to contact many super-powered individuals and Mutants. I have an ability to replicate the powers of these people, and you can use these abilities. The only price you pay is to temporarily conceal my existence. What's more, if I leave your sight, do you know what my next host will use my power for?"

Ethan's words swayed Natasha's heart. He not only gave her a reason to accept him but also painted a blueprint for her future.

"Furthermore, as a Symbiote, I cannot survive alone; I must rely on a living being. If the person I attach to has a righteous heart, then my power will be used for good. If the person is evil, then my power will be used for evil. I believe you don't want a super villain to appear," Ethan said softly.

His final words completely put Natasha at ease. As for her right hand, which had been covered by Ethan and lost control earlier, she selectively forgot about it. When Ethan laid out that grand blueprint, Natasha was already tempted, and his words made her feel she was making the right choice.

"Alright, we must agree on three conditions. First, you cannot eat people. Second, you must not harm humans. Third, you must stay inside my body. If you can do these three things, then I can keep your existence a secret," Natasha said with a slight curl of her lips.

## Chapter 6: The Peculiar Thinking of Women

Upon hearing Natasha's words, Ethan chuckled inwardly. "It's done!"

Natasha also had her own considerations. Although she was a top Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D. and well-informed, she was ultimately just an ordinary person, albeit a very long-lived one. But precisely because of her ordinariness, she was unwilling to remain so.

"Of course, these are minor matters," Ethan agreed without hesitation. These three conditions were nothing to him.

"Then, happy cooperation," Natasha said with a slight smile.

"Do you want to witness your true power?" Ethan suddenly asked.

"Can it be even stronger?" Natasha raised an eyebrow. She already felt superhuman; could she really become even stronger?

"Naturally. Do you want to try it? Trust me, once you witness this power, you'll feel that my choosing you is your honor," Ethan said proudly.

Natasha rolled her eyes, thinking, 'You're getting ahead of yourself, aren't you?' However, she was curious about what power Ethan could bestow upon her.

New York was currently in chaos, with gangs everywhere, especially Hell's Kitchen, a paradise for criminals.

"Hey, stop! Put my bag down!" A figure dashed past Natasha.

It was a man holding an exquisite ladies' shoulder bag. Behind him, a girl with an Asian-like appearance was chasing.

"Is that... Skye?" Ethan mused upon seeing the familiar girl.

As a top Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D., Natasha wouldn't ignore such a scene. She immediately chased after the thief.

Her agile figure moved through the streets. Her physique was already strong, and with Ethan's power, she caught up to the thief effortlessly.

"Get lost, lady, this is none of your business," the man snarled, desperate to escape.

Natasha's face darkened. This guy dared to curse her? She quickly closed the distance and kicked the man, causing him to stumble and fall.

"Motherf—!" he cursed, scrambling to his feet. He raised his hand to strike Natasha.

Natasha grabbed his wrist, spun, and executed an over-the-shoulder throw, slamming him to the ground. The impact left faint cracks on the pavement.

Natasha was surprised by her strength. When she threw him, it felt effortless.

Seeing him groaning, she pouted, 'Serves him right!' She picked up the bag and approached Skye.

"Here, your bag," Natasha handed it over, smiling.

"Thanks, there wasn't much in it anyway," Skye said awkwardly. "But can you teach me a few moves? Next time, I want to take down these guys myself."

"Of course, here's my address, but I won't be home often," Natasha wrote it down for Skye. As a top Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D., her time was mostly spent on missions.

"Thank you so much!" Skye said, happily walking away.

Natasha watched her leave, feeling a bit envious. At Skye's age, she was already an Agent of the Red Room, undergoing intense training and life-or-death missions.

"What was the true power you mentioned earlier?" Natasha asked softly.

She felt she hadn't used much strength, yet she had easily thrown a man weighing about 160 to 170 pounds. What was her true power?

"You'll experience it when the time comes," Ethan said calmly, not revealing any information.
