Chapter 1 - The Flame of Arion

In a land where the mountains touched the clouds and rivers shimmered with silver light, there was a small village named Rinvale. It was hidden deep in the valley, surrounded by enchanted forests that no one dared to enter after sunset.

In this quiet place lived a young boy named Eren, known for his curious mind and restless heart. Unlike the others, Eren didn't fear the forest — he admired it. Every night, he would stand at the edge of the woods, staring at the glowing mist that drifted between the trees, wondering what secrets it held.

One night, when the moon turned crimson — something that happened only once every century — Eren saw a blue flame dancing deep inside the forest. It shimmered like a star fallen to the earth. Drawn by curiosity, he followed it.

The trees whispered as he walked, their roots curling like serpents around his feet. Suddenly, he came to a clearing with an ancient stone altar. On it burned the Flame of Arion — a legendary fire said to hold the soul of a forgotten dragon god.

As Eren approached, the flame flared and formed into the shape of a dragon made of light.

> "Who dares awaken me?" the dragon's voice thundered, echoing through the woods.

Eren, though frightened, spoke bravely.

> "I am Eren of Rinvale. I seek the truth of the world beyond these woods."

The dragon looked into his heart and saw no greed, only courage and wonder.

> "Then you are chosen," it said. "Darkness is rising in the East — the Shadow King has returned. Take my flame and guard it well, for it is the last light that can drive away his night."

The flame shrank and entered Eren's chest. His eyes glowed blue — he felt warmth, power, and a deep sadness, as though he carried the memory of the dragon itself.

From that night on, Eren's destiny changed.

He left Rinvale, traveling through kingdoms, deserts, and mountains — gathering allies:

Lira, a thief with silver eyes and a secret royal bloodline,

Taren, a knight who had broken his oath but not his honor,

and Mira, a sorceress who could command the wind.

Together they fought the Shadow King's dark creatures — wolves of smoke, giants of ash, and spirits that fed on fear. Each battle made the Flame of Arion grow stronger.

At last, in the ruins of Kael'Torr, Eren faced the Shadow King — a tall, faceless being made of swirling darkness.

> "You cannot fight the night," the Shadow King hissed. "All light dies."

Eren stood firm. "Then I'll become the dawn."

He unleashed the Flame of Arion — it burst into a dragon of fire that roared across the sky. The darkness shattered, and the land saw sunrise for the first time in a hundred years.

When the light faded, Eren was gone. Some say he became the new guardian of the flame — reborn as a dragon among the stars. Others believe he still wanders the earth, carrying a spark of Arion's fire in his heart.

And sometimes, when the moon turns red again, villagers say they see a blue flame flicker at the edge of the forest — a reminder that courage can light even the darkest night.
