"WHAT", she says as she stands up looking around. "I'm in this place again?" She says in disbelief. "What is this place?" She looks at the device for sometime, then started with with the chanting of earth 1 and earth 2, switching between the two worlds until the timers stops on earth 2 with a message (YOU DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH ENERGY TO MOVE OVER TO EARTH 1)
"Wh..what?, she exclaims. "Earth 1", she says,nothing happens. She tries again and nothing happens, she slaps the device 3 times and continued with earth 1. After trying over and over for the 20th time, she gave up and sat down exhausted.
*meow...meow*, she sat up and turns to the source of the noise to see the same cat she saw previously. The cat meows again as if saying something with her paws moving all around so she stands up and moved near the cat. The cat starts running the other side and Falle runs after her thinking 'since I don't know this place, I might as well follow this cat'
Around the same place Falle is, in a large room in a very high tower, there sat five men with serious faces looking like they are solving a very huge problem. In the room is Prince Ellian, the crown prince of the kingdom of Romania, Nathan, the prince's right aide, Cody, the head of his knights, Duke Alpheus, the grand Duke of Reda, a large town under Romania and finally the sorcerer of the kingdom,Felix Roban.
"The backup food that we had is reducing rapidly since all the towns are coming for a portion. We are here to figure out a solid solution before the people of the kingdom die from hunger. It's been close to two years since the war but we have still not figured out what we are going to do", Nathan starts with the issue on board.
"What happened to the high end farmers you found to grow some fruits and vegetables, Alpheus?", Prince Ellian asks Duke Alpheus seriously. "We found great farmers to start on a new land and all, but there is still no results from any of the lands we used. We have changed the farmers and even used magic but.. no results", Duke Alpheus says to the Prince.
"This isn't about the farmers of their methods or the weather and you and I know that Ellian", Felix who since they started the meeting was looking out the window says as he turns to face them. "You all are very smart and knows its not because there's no rain or the farmers don't know their work. It's not even their fault since the very problem... is black magic" he says slowly.
"Explain further", Prince Ellian says rubbing his temple. "Well, when the war ended about a year and a half ago, and the plants stopped growing, I didn't understand anything", he sits down as he continues and removes stacks of paper and pass to them, "so I took a sample of soils all over the kingdom six months ago and finally made some deductions about it and guess what, I found a high trace of black magic". Duke Alpheus turns to Felix, "Are you sure", he asks Felix. "Yeah"
"But I thought all forms of black magic has been destroyed and how are you telling us now", Duke Alpheus looks at Felix. "Well, I wanted to be completely sure before I say it... and thats not all. You see, we all know that this can be the doing of the king of Beastian, our number one enemy. I mean thats what you all are thinking..., But... that's not the case here." "Who told you that's what we were all thinking. Just get to the point", Duke Alpheus said as he rolls his eyes impatiently. Felix smiles unbothered by his harsh words like it's normal and retorted, "you are not the only one here",
Duke Alpheus shakes his head annoyed. "Anyway, what I'm saying is, we are facing the same problem as the kingdom of Beastian. Do you get where I'm going with this?" "So what you mean is that they don't have a hand in this, am I right?" Cody asks. "Yes, that's my point. So what I'm saying, finally is that the king of Beastian isn't our only enemy" "Don't we know that we have many enemies", Prince Ellian states factly. "Yes we know my Prince. I'm saying that King Reuben might have been used to get to us..haha..", he said amused. The others look coldly at him for making a joke in something serious.
"Ahem, sorry it's just amusing. Okay what I mean is we might have to work with that sicko to fight this invisible enemy we have got. And I feel that they are getting stronger since they can cause these lands that were very fertile to lose its wits." "I thought the kingdom that was involved in black magic was destroyed and there was nothing left", Prince Ellian says. "It seems one or two of them escaped and out for revenge or something more", Felix says as he ties his long hair in a bun. He turns to Prince Ellian as if he just remembered something, "Oh! and there seems to be a mole in the kingdom or even in the palace or around you so be careful Ellian. They have been feeding the black magic for sometime before it's effect since it takes time" "won't they have left since they've done what they wanted to do already?", Cody asked curiously.
"No, they have to be fueling the magic else it will weaken." "It will be difficult to identify them since their history was destroyed decades before I was born and it's still magic just that it's forbidden so it will be a hassle", Prince Ellian says after thinking for a while. "Have you forgotten who I am Ellian, I'm the great sorcerer. Also once a person uses dark magic, some of it's essence is left in the person's system tainting their magic. Also I have magic tools locked up somewhere that can be used but it still needs sharpening." Felix says seriously. Nathan looks at Felix, "So what should we..."Your highness", he stops as they heard a meek and soft voice outside the door.
