Chapter 74 - GWPF Chapter 76: Kinshiki's Revival, Grand Ambitions

Do you know what it feels like to wear your sweater inside out?

Momoshiki understood now.

He had racked his brains trying to figure out how to unlock these panels, only to find out it was just because he hadn't claimed all his rewards.

It was all the system's fault for not explaining anything before, which led him to never even consider this.

Who would have thought that the condition to unlock Kinshiki's panel was simply to activate the Golden Peach form?

He reached out and tapped Kinshiki's panel. The screen switched, and a long string of information popped up.

They were all familiar items or abilities, so he just skipped past them.

As for the other buttons, Momoshiki briefly studied them and roughly understood.

He could either transform into Kinshiki himself, or directly revive Kinshiki to be his loyal minion.

He tapped the transformation panel. Momoshiki's body instantly dissipated into particles, then reassembled.

He felt nothing, as if in a sudden flash, Momoshiki had directly transformed into Kinshiki.

How should he put it? He felt his mass had increased, his height had grown tall and muscular, and his physical quality was exceptionally strong.

However, his original abilities were Momoshiki's abilities, which Kinshiki didn't possess, so he lost his original Rinnegan.

Because he was used to Momoshiki's height and build, suddenly becoming Kinshiki felt a bit unaccustomed. It was better to summon Kinshiki as a mount.

Thinking this, Momoshiki transformed back into Momoshiki Otsutsuki, then found the revival button.

With a gentle tap of his finger, Kinshiki Otsutsuki's avatar instantly dissipated into particles and floated out, beginning to condense into a physical form beside Momoshiki. Then his flesh and power gradually completed.

He didn't expect the system to be quite generous in terms of revival power. Kinshiki's internal power was exceptionally violent, seemingly in its peak state.

Before long, the light of the particles dissipated, and a familiar body stood before him, eyes closed.

"Hmm..."

Kinshiki's body moved twice. He opened his eyes in a daze, seeing a person too familiar to be unfamiliar standing before him.

"Lord Momoshiki...?"

He muttered, somewhat disoriented.

At this moment, his memory was still stuck at the time he willingly transformed into a chakra fruit to be eaten by Momoshiki, so he had no idea what had happened.

"Kinshiki, you have been revived."

Momoshiki crossed his arms, his tone flat, as if stating a trivial matter.

"Revived...?"

Kinshiki blinked his confused eyes. His brain seemed to recover, but quickly fell into deep confusion again.

He had clearly turned into a chakra fruit and been eaten. Could he still be revived?

"I know you have many questions now, but these are not important. You only need to know that I have experienced many things and ultimately obtained the power to deny worlds from outside this world."

Saying this, Momoshiki extended his right hand, slowly clenching his fist, simply displaying the oppressive aura of an Aeon projection, instantly startling Kinshiki, who had just recovered.

"This terrifying power... Lord Momoshiki! You..."

Feeling the surrounding space twisting, and Momoshiki's figure appearing incredibly huge in his vision, Kinshiki was filled with shock, his Byakugan trembling slightly.

This oppressive feeling...

Having experienced countless battles, he could clearly feel that it contained power that didn't belong to the Otsutsuki, or even this universe. It was powerful to the extreme.

What exactly had Lord Momoshiki experienced during his death to possess such terrifying strength...?

Kinshiki couldn't imagine for a moment.

Seeing his shock, Momoshiki merely chuckled, retracting the oppressive aura that twisted space, restoring the surroundings to normal.

"You should also be able to tell now that I am also dead. To be precise, I am in a state of waiting for revival, not long after your death."

"What?!"

Hearing this, Kinshiki once again fell into a brain freeze. His Byakugan carefully observed, only then realizing that Momoshiki was in a Karma state, but completely different from Karma.

He clearly hadn't revived, but he could act independently, though he seemed to have some kind of restriction.

As expected of Lord Momoshiki, even after dying and becoming Karma, he was still so special.

"Lord Momoshiki, you..."

Kinshiki's tone was slightly trembling, and also a little regretful.

He regretted that he wasn't strong enough, didn't have enough power, which led to Lord Momoshiki dying at the hands of those lower lifeforms.

If he were strong enough, then Lord Momoshiki, after devouring him, would definitely be able to easily destroy that planet and replant the Divine Tree.

Thinking this, Kinshiki knelt on one knee in guilt.

"I am truly sorry, Lord Momoshiki!"

"???"

Looking at Kinshiki, who was kneeling on one knee and still taller than him by more than half a body, Momoshiki had three question marks popping up on his head, not understanding what he was imagining.

"Apologizing to me for what?"

"If I were strong enough, Lord Momoshiki wouldn't have been defeated by those few humans."

Kinshiki felt guilty. Hearing his tone, anyone who didn't know would truly think that the reason for the failure was entirely because of him.

Seeing him say this, Momoshiki inexplicably recalled the scene when he first transmigrated, being beaten to a pulp by kunai and Rasengan.

Tsk...

His lower back ached faintly again.

"This is not your fault. I indeed underestimated those few lower lifeforms, especially that fox and his son."

"But it's different now. Because of these powers from outside this world, I have a grander goal. It's currently in its initial stage, so I need your help."

"Huh?!"

Hearing about a grander goal, Kinshiki's eyes widened slightly, not understanding what it meant.

The Otsutsuki had always devoured life and evolved from beginning to end. This had never deviated. Why would he suddenly change his goal?

Could there be something more meaningful than becoming a god?

"First, discard your useless guilt, then stand up." Momoshiki's tone was unquestionable, with a hint of majesty.

"If regret were useful, then those lower lifeforms would have already become gods."

"Yes! Lord Momoshiki!"

Kinshiki nodded respectfully, then stood up.

His tall figure, from Momoshiki's perspective, was like a small mountain, directly blocking the sunlight.

With Momoshiki's physique, he looked like a 3-year-old child in front of Kinshiki.

"Lord Momoshiki, what is your current goal?"

Kinshiki asked with some curiosity.

Kinshiki's loyalty was already almost maxed out. Now it had directly reached 100%, so even if the goal was to betray the Otsutsuki clan, Kinshiki would not hesitate.

A subordinate who would willingly sacrifice his life for him with just a single sentence, even without the panel's reason, could definitely be said to be reassuring.

So Momoshiki was exceptionally confident in him.

"My current goal is very simple. My Takami-Musubi has been strengthened by powers from outside this world to the point where it can devour any energy, and these devoured powers will be returned to me tenfold, used to strengthen my various attributes."

"My goal is to devour the powers of various universes, ultimately becoming the god of the multiverse, becoming a god who transcends the concept of dimensions."

Momoshiki said calmly, without the madness a villain should have, as if these things would eventually happen, full of confidence.

Hearing this idea, Kinshiki froze again.

It wasn't because Takami-Musubi had become a conceptual skill, but because this goal was even more exaggerated than the legendary Otsutsuki God.

After all, the legendary Otsutsuki God only wanted to transcend the universe, break through the current dimension, and go to the world of high-dimensional gods.

But Momoshiki had directly multiplied that several times, wanting to directly surpass high-dimensional gods, becoming the god of gods.

"This..."

Kinshiki swallowed with some shock.

"So what is your attitude now?" Momoshiki's Byakugan stared at Kinshiki, his eyes showing no emotional fluctuations.

The power of Elation had now reached an absurd level, completely suppressing Momoshiki's personality and memories, but it retained some muscular abilities and his originally fused personality.

For example, Momoshiki's usual indifferent appearance.

An ordinary person simply couldn't maintain such an aloof appearance. They might laugh at any moment, but Momoshiki only laughed when he wanted to laugh. When he didn't want to, his face was like a mask.

The only headache about Elation's power was the urge to seek fun, such as bringing Kinshiki for a grand entrance elbow drop on the moon, then pulling Kaguya out to see her expression.

There were many such "fun" ideas, such as locking Sasuke and Itachi in a 10x10x10 meter iron box, opening it an hour later to see what happened, or pulling a bunch of Rin from past timelines to dangle in front of Obito.

These thoughts were becoming more numerous by the day.

Kinshiki quickly knelt on one knee again, his tone very loyal, without any hesitation.

"Kinshiki is willing to follow Lord Momoshiki to the death! Even if it means sacrificing my life again, I will not hesitate!"

"Very good."

As expected, this was his attitude, and it was what Momoshiki wanted to see.

Suppressing the urge to become a crooked-mouthed dragon king, Momoshiki slowly flew up, sitting on his exclusive throne, which was Kinshiki's shoulder, holding that familiar turtle in his hand.

"Our current timeline is different from the original. Let's travel through time first, then deal with that traitor, and then look for the half-dead Isshiki."

"Does Lord Momoshiki want to kill them?"

Kinshiki's tone showed no pity for the two, only a fighting spirit to quickly achieve merit.

"I have no intention of killing them. Their power can also be used by me."

"Huh?"

"But Kaguya has already betrayed the Otsutsuki. Even if Lord Momoshiki subdues her, she probably won't be loyal. Keeping her by your side is a ticking time bomb."

"No matter," Momoshiki smiled confidently.

"I have my own way to make her absolutely loyal to me."

The turtle floated in the air, adjusted the time, and selected the timeline where Sasuke and Boruto were. He just happened to see the two had already met Jiraiya and Naruto.

The familiar time-traveling space appeared again, enveloping Momoshiki and Kinshiki.
