Chapter 409 - Chapter 175: What Is a Xiuluo Scene…

Cassandra's eyes sparkled as she recalled the first time she was sorted.

"Cassandra Malfoy!"

Vice Principal Matilda Weasley called loudly.

The young Cassandra stepped out from the crowd and sat on the chair beside Vice Principal Weasley.

Vice Principal Weasley held the tip of the Sorting Hat, which hadn't even touched Cassandra's head when the hat eagerly shouted—

"Slytherin!"

"That's the trait of the Malfoy Clan, isn't it?" Cassandra said casually, "Alright, you should mind your manners, Little Dragon, let's try to stay quiet while dining."

Draco obediently closed his mouth; whatever Great Aunt said must be followed!

"Oh my, I didn't expect there would be another Malfoy." Ron muttered under his breath, "But she is really very Malfoy, isn't she?"

"How do you know what a Malfoy is like?" Hermione whispered back.

"Look at her proud demeanor." Ron whispered to Hermione, "See, only the Malfoy family would show such expression... remember the first year on the train, when Draco Malfoy came into our compartment?"

Hermione recalled briefly, then nodded in agreement, "I think you're right, Ron!"

They must be family! Hermione firmly thought.

At the main guest table, Lucius continued chatting with Dumbledore, with Dumbledore nodding along.

Soon enough, Dumbledore called over Miss Farley, the Slytherin Class Prefect, and whispered a few instructions to her.

When Cassandra returned to the dormitory that evening, Miss Farley had assigned her a room on her own.

But Miss Farley was unaware of the complex relationship between Vivi and Cassandra, so she didn't mention Miss Grindelwald who attended Muggle School.

Early the next morning, Harry approached Cassandra.

"Cassandra." he said, "I suggest you go to Mr. Leme's Alchemy Room and let him give you a thorough check-up…"

"I think I'm feeling fine now, Potter." Cassandra squinted at Harry, "And you... I know boys your age are often restless and want to chat with girls, but I still suggest you practice your spells first."

"Your health is more important, Cassandra!" Harry was a bit anxious, he leaned close to Cassandra and said in a small, urgent voice, "After all, you've been asleep in Merlin's Secret Chamber for a century, no one can guarantee there isn't any problem…"

Cassandra's face turned a little red, she huffed and said, "Alright, I'll assume you might be right... but we're in school now, are you suggesting I go to France to find him?"

"Mr. Leme has temporarily moved to Hogwarts." Harry quickly responded, "If you want to see him, we just need to walk out of the hall and a bit further to reach his Alchemy Room."

"I see..." Cassandra half-closed her eyes and nodded, "Alright, I'll assume you're concerned about me, let's have breakfast first."

After Harry sat back at the Gryffindor long table, Hermione approached suspiciously, "Harry, do you know Miss Malfoy?"

"Well, you could say she's sort of a friend." Harry replied absent-mindedly.

Luckily, Harry and Cassandra were far apart, and his voice was not loud, so Cassandra couldn't hear.

"Oh dear, if Vivi finds out, she'll definitely be angry." Hermione stated firmly to Harry.

"Vivi would be angry?" Harry scratched his head and asked puzzled, "Why?"

Hermione was somewhat frustrated, unable to elaborate further because she was only relying on intuition with no concrete proof — if she guessed wrong, it would be quite awkward.

Actually, what Hermione didn't know was that Harry wasn't really slow, because Vivi would never get angry about Harry being with Cassandra.

On one hand, Vivi believed Cassandra's stubborn pride posed no threat, and on the other... she was the one being pursued.

"Alright, alright." Hermione imitated Ron's helpless expression, puffing out her cheeks, thinking she should try to contact Vivi—

So, she went to the owl shed, wrote a letter to her father, asking him to call Vivi and inform her to return to Hogwarts soon.

Essentially, because of Draco, Hermione also somewhat exhibited those grudging attitudes.

The impression Draco left on her was particularly unpleasant, so it was possible Cassandra didn't seem... very human to her either.

Of course, Harry wouldn't know that his good friend Hermione might secretly interfere, he was just explaining the advanced tips of the Disarming Spell to Ron and Seamus.

However, for Seamus, these tips might only enhance the power of his spell explosion—or perhaps there's another insight in his mind.

After finishing breakfast, Harry invited Cassandra to walk outside and head towards Mr. Leme's Alchemy Room.

But not far out, Harry felt someone tug at his clothing.

He turned around and saw it was Pabi.

"Harry, Harry~"

Upon hearing the adorable voice, Cassandra stopped in her tracks.

Her heart suddenly became alert.

However, when she turned to look, she found the sound was coming from a Unicorn.

Cassandra breathed a sigh of relief.

Yet Harry's next sentence set off alarm bells in Cassandra's heart.

"Oh, Pabi." he laughed as he patted Pabi's face and pulled her in front of Cassandra, "Look what I've brought back?"
