Screen 1 — Akazaya Nine and XLR8 vs. Kaido
The rooftop trembles as Kaido towers over the battlefield in his dragon form. Lightning cracks across the sky. The Akazaya Nine stand wounded but unbroken, remembering Oden's teachings.
Kin'emon steps forward, blades raised.
Kin'emon: "For Wano… we strike together!"
They rush Kaido at once, swords flashing with Ryuo. Kaido's scales spark as their attacks land. Even after being knocked down, the samurai rise again, fueled by Oden's will.
Ben, in XLR8 form, watches their timing carefully.
XLR8: "Alright… I'll match your rhythm."
He channels Haki through his claws and begins circling Kaido at extreme speed. Wind gathers around him, growing faster and faster until a massive vortex forms.
A blue tornado erupts around Kaido, pulling dust, debris, and lightning into its spiral. The force pushes Kaido backward slightly, slowing his movement for a moment.
Effort vs. Kaido
The tornado does not seriously injure Kaido.
It only disrupts his balance and vision, creating a brief opening.
Kaido smirks, clearly impressed but not threatened.
Kaido: "Fast… but not enough."
Akazaya Nine Reaction
Denjiro: "He's creating an opening for us!"
Ashura Doji: "That speed… it's like a storm itself."
Kawamatsu nods, recognizing the chance.
Kin'emon shouts, and the Nine move together.
"All blades — Oden Two-Sword Style!"
Their coordinated strike lands across Kaido's chest. Blood sprays as the wound opens, forcing Kaido to roar in anger.
Kaido's effort level rises slightly, but he still stands dominant, eyes glowing with excitement.
Kaido: "Good. Show me more… samurai and alien."
Screen 2— The Fall of the Akazaya Nine
The battlefield grows quiet after the first clash.
For a moment, it looks like the impossible has happened — the Akazaya Nine have actually wounded Kaido. Their blades, coated in Ryuo, reopen the old scar left by Kozuki Oden. Blood runs down Kaido's chest.
Kin'emon breathes heavily.
"We reached him… Oden-sama."
But the victory is only an illusion.
Kaido slowly rises, eyes cold. His body shifts, muscles tightening as he enters his Hybrid form. The air becomes heavier, crushing the samurai's hope.
Kaido: "You copied Oden's technique… but you don't have his strength."
Power Gap Revealed
The Scabbards charge again, pouring everything into their attacks.
Denjiro and Kawamatsu strike together.
Ashura Doji roars and swings with all his weight.
Raizo releases stored attacks back at Kaido.
Their Ryuo lands… yet Kaido barely moves.
XLR8 slows to a stop nearby, breathing hard as Ben reverts to human form.
Ben: "Their Haki is strong… but his endurance is insane. This isn't a fight we can finish."
He steps back, choosing not to interfere further. Even with speed and Haki, he realizes the difference in raw power is too great.
Divide and Conquer
Kaido swings his kanabo once.
Thunder cracks.
The Scabbards are blown apart, separated across the rooftop. One by one, Kaido overwhelms them.
Ashura Doji sacrifices himself to stop an explosion.
Kiku falls, unable to stand.
Kin'emon struggles to protect the others but is struck down.
Their attacks no longer leave lasting damage. Kaido's durability absorbs everything.
Kaido: "Your will is admirable… but this is where your rebellion ends."
Aftermath
The Akazaya Nine lie injured across the battlefield, unable to continue at full strength.
Ben kneels nearby, exhausted, watching the samurai fall.
Ben: "They gave everything… and it still wasn't enough."
He clenches his fist, realizing the truth.
"This fight isn't ours to finish. It's Luffy's."
Far in the distance, thunder rolls again — signaling the next phase of the war, where Luffy will rise to challenge Kaido himself.
Screen 3 — Rooftop: The Second Round Begins
Lightning splits the sky as Luffy finally reaches the rooftop.
Law, Kid, Killer, Zoro… and Ben arrive beside him, facing the two Emperors of the Sea.
Kaido stands tall in his dragon form while Big Mom laughs beside him, her aura crushing the air.
Luffy looks at Kin'emon's broken body behind him. His eyes harden.
Luffy: "I promised… I'm going to win this."
Ben steps forward and slams the Omnitrix.
FLASH — FOUR ARMS.
Four Arms cracks his knuckles, Haki spreading across his massive fists.
Ben: "Round two. You got the first one… not this time."
Zoro draws his swords.
Kid and Killer move into position.
Law expands a silent ROOM around them.
Kaido smirks down at the group.
Kaido: "More brats climbing the roof?"
Luffy's arm turns black with Ryuo, Haki flowing outward like invisible flames.
Luffy: "This isn't just my fight anymore. This is for Wano."
Four Arms steps beside him, fists glowing with Armament Haki.
Ben: "Then let's finish what they started."
The Worst Generation charges together — their Haki surging as the second battle against Kaido begins.
