Part 1: New action

The grand line was roaring with life – taverns overflowing, pirates flags snapping in the sea wind, a laughter echoing from ship to ship.

Today wasn't just another day – it was the day when pirates worth their name gathered under the same sky.

At a crowded port, one particular ship stood out. A massive black vessel with golden linings – the Oro Jackson, home of Gol D. Roger and his infamous crew.

The smell of the ale, salt, and firewood filled the air.

"HAH! The five in a row! You're slippin, Raleigh!" shouted Douglas Bullet, his muscles bulging as he slammed his tankkard down.

Raleigh smirk, adjusting his glasses. "You wish, muscle-head. You're lucky I've had to much to drink."

Near them. Children running around.

"Hey, HEY! No cheating!" cried a small voice – Buggy, clutching a small chest protectively as Shanks reached for it.

"Relaxe, Buggy. We're friends, aren't we?" Shanks grinned wide. That same grin that would shake the world one day.

Buggy spat, "Who says we are?! You just want my treasure!" He hugged that chest tightly.

From the side, Copper Gaban laughed heartly. "kids these days... Don't even know how to enjoy a good drink." gulp the entire bottle of rum.

The laughter was broken by when the seagull screeched overhead, dropping a rolled up newspaper with a solid thud on the table. Roger caught it midair with one hand, grinning.

The rock pirates are causing another chaos.

But before he could read through, one of his crew – Spencer, a sharp-eyed man with a scar over his cheek – froze as he caught a glimpse of the front page.

His face went pale.

"Captain... CAPTAIN!" Spencer stammered, gripping the paper like it was alive.

Roger looks up lazily, still smiling. "Eh? What's wrong, my boy? Did they blow another island or something? Hehe..."

Spencer shook his head rapidly, "No... It's not that..."

The crew quiet down, curiousity creepy in.

"What's got into him?"

"it's probably some rookie trying to make a bane for himself... Happens every week," Gaban chuckled.

Bullet leaned against the wall. "Heh. Must be another brat who thinks he's strong."

But Spencer wasn't laughing. His hand trembled as he stared at the bounty section. "it's... It's a new pirate. A rookie... From west coast. Name Mael."

"Mael?" Raleigh tilted his head. "Never heard of him."

"That's because he's new. But... His first bounty..." Spencer voice dropped, nearly whisper, "...it already surpassed ours."

The crew froze.

The laughter died.

Even Roger stopped smiling.

Raleigh leaned forward, eyes narrowed. "How much...?"

Spencer slowly turned the newspaper around. On front page was a wanted poster – a young man boy, only fourteen, with calm eyes that seemed to stare straight through the paper.

Wanted: Dead or Alive – Mael "The Fool" – 90,000,000 Berries

For a long moment, no one spoke. The only sound was creaking of the ship and the faint waves hitting the hull.

"... Your kidding," Bullet muttered. "A kid? Ninety million?"

Bullet current bounty is 30 million. He was surely frustrated by some rookie out ranked him.

Roger whistle low, genuinely intrigued. "Now that's interesting."

Roger current bounty is 60 million.

"Wait—" Gaban leaned closer, reading the fine print below. His eyes widened. "He... Killed a Celestial Dragon?!"

The entire tavern erupted.

"WHAT!?"

"Holy shit... Even the Marines won't let that slide!"

"Was is it a mistake... Or did he mean to do it?" Buggy ask.

Roger stared at the poster again, the corner of his lips twitching into grin. "Hehe... What a fool indeed. To take on the world government at fourteen... A truly a amazing fool."

He looked out towards the endless sea, his smile widening.

"Mael, huh? Guess a new storms brewing in this era."

The world tremble—not from earthquakes or storm, but from news.

A rookie... Only fourteen, the youngest among all pirates who didn't dare set sail until the age 18 or 19. This particular pirate had done what even the most feared pirates never dared: Killed a Celestial Dragon.

Everywhere from the calmest blues to the raging New world seas, newspaper fluttered from the sky, carried by seagull of the world Economic news.

The era of pirates bussed like a hornets nest.

East Blue – The old Generation

A weathered ship creaked across the gentle waves. It tattered flag read: "Hawktua Spin-On-That-Thing Crew."

This pirates were famous for spitting on their victims, mostly men. Even the Admiral made exception not to interfere with this type of pirates. Their famous for their shameless acts.

The crew lounged around the deck, laughing over half-empty bottles until one of them caught sight of the paper.

"Oi! What the hell is this?" the captain barked, jaw dropping as he read the headline.

A younger crew ate peeked over his shoulder. "Fourteen-year-old pirate Mael earns 90 million bounty after murdering a Celestial Dragon!... No way! Even if I have two lives. I wouldn't have the balls to do that!"

The ship wnet silent for the beat. Then another crew member snorted. "You don't even have to balls. You sea slug"

Pow!

"Shut it!" the man snapped back, blushing as he rest of the crew burst out laughing.

Their laughter carried across the the waves – the kind of laughter that hides awe. Even these hardened old dogs knew what that act meant.

Killing the Celestial Dragon wasn't courage. It was suicide.

And yet... That kid lived.

...

South Blue – Whisper Among the People

In a quiet coastal town, citizens gathered around the local newsstand. The newspaper boy could barely keep up as he shouted.

"Extra! Extra! Rookie pirate slays Celestial Dragon! The Marines issue a global alert!"

People gasped, jaw wide.

"No way... He's just a kid!"

"Fouteen? He's barely older then my son!"

"The Marines are going wild over this! They say they're deploying Vice Admirals to every sea"

"Of course they will do it! That kid kill a fucking Celestial Dragon..."

Mother clutched their children close. Father's whispered to one another in worry.

Even those who hated the World Nobles shivered at the thought of defying the so, boldy.

Somewhere, an old man murmur under his breath," That boy... He just declare war on the world. Fool indeed..."

New World – Rocks pirates reaction

Far away, under a blood-red sky, a monster ship loomed, over the smoking ruin of the shattered island. The sea boiled from battle.

A few ships sinks.

The Rocks pirates had just finished having fun killing a few marines.

BOOOOOMMM!

A thunderous quake tore the island in two.

"DAMN YOU, EDWARD NEWGATE!" Scream shiki, barely dodging falling debris as the sea split apart beneath him. "CAN'T YOU AT LEAST WAIT UNTIL WE'RE OF THE DAMN ISLAND!"

From the rumble, a towering man with a white mustache smirked. Edward Newgate, known later as whitebeard, laughed heartly.

"Gurara... My bad, shiki! I didn't know you were still alive down there!"

Shiki face twisted with frustration. "So you were trying to kill me!"

"Mamamama~!" A deep, rolling laugh echoed across the wreckage as Charlotte Linlin–Big Mom herself–casually dusted off her hands, "It seems you're still alive, shiki. Shame. I thought we'd finally be rid of your whining."

"SHUT IT, WOMEN!" Shiki snapped, but Linkin only grinned wider.

The, a huge shadow fell across them.

Rocks D. Xebec, their infamous captain, stepped forward, holding a crumpled newspaper in one massive hand.

His eyes glinted like storm.

"Well, well..." Xebec said. Voice low but sharp enough to cut steel. " Seems the seas have birthed a bold little brat.

He crushed the paper between his fingers.

"Fourteen years old...and already declared war on the Celestial Dragons. Hah! Sounds like my kind of man."

Whitebeard crossed his arms, unimpressed. "Tch. He's just a kid. That stunt won't last him long."

BigMom lick her lips. "Still, he's got spirit. Maybe I'll snatched him up before he get squashed."

Shiki scoff. "You'd eat him before you recruit him."

"Mamamama~ maybe both," She teased.

Xebec turned, his smile dark and wild. "Spread the word to the crew. If that boy survives long enough to reach the new World... I want him found."

The Rocks pirates ship sails unfurled, splitting the mist like wings of demon. And as they vanished into the distance, the laughter of the world most dangerous pirates echoed over the broken island.

The world had taken notice.

The marines were on, alert.

The pirates were on the look out. And the age of chaos had just begun to stir– because of one foolish boy named Mael.
