Chapter 391 - Chapter 235: Kushina: Give Me Back the Videotapes

Naruto turned to Kushina and said, "Lady Kushina, go wash up and clean yourself up. If you go back now, you can still catch dinner... but remember not to give anything away."

Kushina, snapping back to reality, felt her strength slowly returning and recalled what Uchiha Yoichi had said to her earlier that day, prompting a look of hatred towards Yoichi to surface on her face.

However, she also wanted to return to see Naruto, as it was her first time being away from him for so long, especially since he was only a little over two years old.

Uchiha Yoichi suggested she return, and Kushina's longing for Naruto became unstoppable, making her eager to return to Konoha immediately.

After regaining some strength, Kushina, still bare-skinned, prepared to wash herself thoroughly.

As for propriety, being in such a state as she was, there was little use in hiding; moreover, given the utterly compromising positions she had been put in earlier, keeping her clothes on seemed pointless.

While washing her body, Kushina kept thinking about her darker self, which had seemingly vanished these past few days without reemerging to seize control of her body—she could even keep pace with her darker self when she went to the Waterfall of Truth recently.

Rather than being left utterly helpless by her darker self as before.

Yet, Kushina couldn't fathom why her darker self hadn't exploited the opportunity to take control, given its once boastful demeanor.

Confounded by this, Kushina finished washing up and changed back into her earlier outfit, proceeding to the camp in front of the Waterfall of Truth.

Seeing Uchiha Yoichi had already tidied the tents and such, Kushina suddenly remembered she had, once again, forgotten to ask this bastard for the videotapes.

So, with a look of hatred, Kushina approached Uchiha Yoichi and said with a harsh tone, "Give me the videotapes!"

"Alright."

Upon hearing this, Yoichi straightforwardly handed over a videotape to Kushina.

Seeing only one box, Kushina furiously smashed the videotape with her fair fist, then exclaimed angrily, "Do you take me for a fool? Where are the other tapes? I want them all!"

"This is unfair, Lady Kushina. There's footage of me on those tapes too. You can't just ask for all of them back... how about one tape at a time?"

Kushina clenched her pale fist in anger and said, "You're dreaming! Do you think I'm an idiot? You'll just keep recording new ones and give those to me, trying to control me indefinitely. No way!"

One tape at a time? Does he take her for a fool? Recording new ones every time, she'd never escape like this!

"You're misunderstanding me, Lady Kushina. If you agree, I won't use the camera anymore. Besides, before Namikaze Minato is resurrected, weren't you planning on doing these things with me anyway... I see it as a win-win. Are you really going to refuse?"

Yoichi used his twisted logic to keep persuading Kushina. After all, her reputation as an Uzumaki Fool was famous; she was smart only when it came to learning Sealing Techniques, unable to navigate through other matters.

"If you don't agree, that's fine. I'll just keep these tapes for my own enjoyment..."

"How many more..."

Kushina suddenly shouted, interrupting Yoichi; after a few seconds of silence, her head drooped as she asked in a low, angry, and unwilling voice, "How many tapes are there?"

"Only ten left."

Ten times—doesn't seem so daunting, especially since she had endured three already... Kushina pondered, as long as she gritted her teeth and braved these ten times!

By then, when Minato is resurrected, it'll all be over.

"I agree, but you promised not to use the camera again."

Kushina gritted her teeth, glaring at the face of Uchiha Yoichi, which was hard to fault, yet she still wanted to punch it hard.

"Of course, I am a man of my word...."

Although Uchiha Yoichi said this, he inwardly marveled at her reputation as the Uzumaki Fool; she had been deceived by him countless times and still believed his lies.

Even without the camera, there were tiny surveillance bits, and with ten times, Uchiha Yoichi reckoned he could have four children.

"Prepare to go back, remember to control your emotions, Lady Kushina. It's almost dinner time now. Even if you don't want to stay for a meal, you should consider Naruto."

Seeing Kushina ready to refuse angrily, Uchiha Yoichi blocked her with a single phrase.

Kushina, therefore, could only take several deep breaths silently, forcefully suppress her anger and the urge to punch Uchiha Yoichi in the face, striving to appear normal.

Once Kushina had composed herself enough to stand naturally beside Uchiha Yoichi with a smile, they both used the Flying Thunder God Jutsu to return to Konoha.

"...Minato's Flying Thunder God Jutsu!"

"Again, it's the Second Generation Hokage's Flying Thunder God Jutsu, and the signature of the Second Hokage is on Konoha Village's Sealing Book."

After speaking, Uchiha Yoichi opened the door and walked in; behind him, Kushina adjusted her emotions, following him in with a slight smile.

They returned just in time for dinner, and the dinner at Uchiha Yoichi's house was undoubtedly the most lavish in Konoha Village.

An almost two-meter round table now, making a total of eleven people with Kushina included.

"Lord Yoichi, Kushina, you're back, just in time for dinner."

Uzumaki Minami came to the door to welcome them with a smile, and Kushina's behavior was exemplary, giving Minami and Mikota no reason to suspect anything amiss.

Upon seeing Naruto, Kushina excitedly embraced him, showering him with affection; even though Naruto showed rejection, Kushina didn't let go. Finally, prompted to take a seat, she still held Naruto in her arms.

This dinner was relatively normal for Uchiha Yoichi's family, but Yoichi himself was mulling over future plans.

There would undoubtedly be more people dining in the future, and Tsunade should be included too, necessitating a larger house in the future; the next time Konoha Village is rebuilt, maybe plans for the village ought to be reconsidered.

Must ensure ample space for the Uchiha Race.

In the deep night, both Minami and Mikota lay in Uchiha Yoichi's arms, breathless and powerless.

Yet, Minami schemed quietly in her mind: 'Lord Yoichi's stamina is still so robust, and he still holds back, meaning no new faces recently...'

After sending off Kushina and Naruto, Minami secretly sought out Mikota, planning to test Uchiha Yoichi that night; she donned long-forgotten white stockings while Uchiha Mikota sported a sultry businesswoman's attire.

The two women tried their utmost for several hours but ultimately admitted defeat.

Lying against Uchiha Yoichi, Minami, close to falling asleep, recalled something and asked, "Lord Yoichi, is Kushina alright now?"

"It should be fine. She's already aware of her darker self, and after such prolonged battling, she should manage to suppress her inner darkness.... As long as she's not influenced by the negative emotions of the Nine-tailed Chakra, it should be fine."

Uchiha patted Minami and comforted her, "No worries, the Waterfall of Truth belongs to Konoha now, and she can train there anytime."
