Bianca POV
"Bianca!!" I heard my friend kiara scream my name from the other side of the door.
"hmm..." I replied groggily, still sleepy and tired from yesterday party.
"Don't forget you have a class presentation 30 minutes from now, and you still on bed" kiara yelled back.
Took me a minute to process what she just said, then my eyes shut open "FUCK" I screamed jumping of the bed and running into the bathroom.
"yeah... That's what I thought" I heard her say before I shut the bathroom door.
I immediately undressed, brushed my teeth and hop into the shower.
"this is why I didn't want to attend the party, for I knew I would wake up late and I'm having a fucking presentation few minutes from now". I cried as I stepped out of the bathroom.
I scrambled through my closet, took some random dress, put it on, let my hair loose, put on a lip balm, grabbed my bag my car key and rushed out of my room.
I ran down the stairs to the living already on my way out when I saw kiara in the kitchen, I rushed towards her.
"Gosh what would I do without you" I said as I placed a kiss on her forehead, took a toast and ran out of the house, got to the garage entered the car and drove off.
The drive to my college took about five minute after all my place wasn't far from school and I drove a little crazy, a little crazy I said if not I would have been held my traffic regulators /personnel (Hehe).
I ran down the hall rushing to the presentation room.
I got in and saw my professors already sitted, my teammates standing and looking around nervously.
"you are late miss Brook" one of the professor said looking pissed with his arms cross over his chest
"I'm so sorry sir I got stuck in traffic" I lied
"then the wait better be worth it, get on with the presentation" another said.
I went over to my team mates whispery sorry to them before bringing out my laptop to start our presentation which was on AI(Artificial intelligence).
"God afternoon" I greeted my professors, "our project is about an AI app we created which is not just beneficial to students but all individuals. It helps with any research and answers you need to questions, all it takes is for you to type in the words. So my colleagues will demonstrate an example " I handed it over to one of my colleague named Tony.
He entered the app and started asking the AI question and giving it task to perform which it answered and performed performed accurately.
We finished our presentation and waited for our professors remark, there was a moment of silence before I heard a round of applause.
Gosh.... I immediately released the breath I've been holding in so did my colleagues.
"wow this is amazing" one of the professor commented.
Then the good comments kept coming in, I smiled brightly.
"this will be a good improvement to digital use and a development to technology" professor Thomas said.
"you would have been getting an A+ for this but for coming late you and your team will be given an A" he added.
"I and my team mates jumped up excitedly" that's a wonderful score fuck the '+'.
We packed our things ready to leave when Prof. Thomas called me back.
"miss Brook good job today, we'll make sure this project of yours is launched" he said.
"thank you very much sir, really grateful" I replied
"and yes.. Your class will be having a new professor next week or before next week" he added.
"what! Why?" I asked shocked because Prof. Thomas was already a good tech and we all liked him.
"it's ok child, I'm just been moved to teach the master class".
Phew! I breath a sigh of relief thinking something bad happened.
"And be careful with this one she's strict" he said as he left the room.
The word 'SHE' kept echoing in my head.
