Huh, why was he asking about my eyes all of a sudden, i looked at him and wonder what was he even talking about, Sophie seeing me like this and having a bit of awareness of what was going on, she suddenly took out a mirror and fixed my head back to her, i wondered what she was doing first, but i then saw her putting the portable mirror in front of my face .
The moment i took a look at my reflection in the mirror, i was hit with the realization of what was going with the strange looks i kept having before and most likely the ones that i kept on having from my teammates as well .
My eyes were different in the reflection, i finally understood where the eerie grean light i saw in Sophia eyes earlier came to be from, it was the reflection of my own eyes in her pupils, that was what was going on here .
My eyes in the mirror had changed, but it hadn't change in color, it had changed in shape, my eyes now looked to be emerald colored, still circular in shape, but it was now shaped more like a gemstone, the light it was giving, was so intense that i believed that even in the darkness it can still shine and bright the surrounding on its own .
I'm seeing a familiar scene that i hadn't expect to see in front of me, my eyes currently looked like how exactly did they look in my past life, the eerie grean eyes that gave the soldiers on the battlefield nightmares, the eerie eyes that shocked and increased the uneasiness of those that looked at her for so long, yet even with them giving an unresting feelings, they still have a majestic and unique charm to them .
I really believe that i might be able to see in the dark from now on, what made this transformation possible, i don't know what happened to make this change appear, but i found my mind unconsciously tie it to the weird phenomena that i had seen minutes before arriving here, it might be also linked to my new way of spellcasting, but that possiblity was to low in chances .
So that was why Evelyn was trying to soothe me just now, she thought that i was angry due to how my eyes looked like, that was the reason for why the captain was so on guard after he saw me turn my head .

I looked at Tokiko and saw that she regained her demeanor from before and she was smiling at me currently as if she was glad that i'm finally okay .
I was thankful to the airheaded blonde, but seeing how playful the look in her eyes were, i rolled my eyes at her and demanded both sides to let go of my hands, even though both of them had heard what the Captain said, they still hadn't let go of me, but instead i was suddenly being pulled by the two of them and we three stood at the back of the line, i tried to take my hands from their arms, but they were stuck as if glued to the arms of the two girls like .
Luckily, Tokiko seemed to be forced to let go of me finally as she was called by the captain who I didn't get a chance to meet, for her being the vice captain, leaving only the still gorilla like girl Sophia holding into me, seeing that Tokiko had left to join the Captain, she leaned to my ears and whispered that she needed to confirm with me when the date i promised her was going to be, so that she can prepare herself .
I wanted to say that ' never ' would have been a good answer, but i wasn't able to do so, due to the fact that she helped me out just now, luckily i didn't need to find an answer due to the fact that the words of the captain next caught our attention, i also took advantage of her being distracted and took my hand back .
She looked at me and glared, but i acted as if i didn't see a thing and once again returned to focus on the Captain words, he was saying after coughing and calling for the vice captain to join him, he said :

I also saw Kamekichi-senpai here, he seemed to have regained his energy as he was currently chatting non-stop with some of our teammates, due to how close i was to him in the distance, i heard him talking about how the great him will be the one to be the first to be promoted this time around, making the guys surrounding him chuckle at this, i also found it a bit funny and was chuckling, but the moment i did, i saw him turning to face me and he glared at me with a look on his face that seemed to question me on what exactly was i laughing about .
He reacted to me chuckling in particular, but he completely didn't care about the others that were chuckling as well, this was enough to tell me that he seemed to be still holding a grudge about what happened on my first day .
I really can't help but marvel at how things changed so fast in such a short period of time, I'm really beginning to believe in how correct was my decision to enroll in this school was, i met people i loved in the past and was able to keep what i held dear to me and was able to keep it close to me thanks to the help of this school and its principal, as i was thinking of this, i saw that a guy had stepped forward from the line and raised his head as if he was wanting to ask something :

The person who asked this question was a guy that was quite popular among the girls due to how he looked, his name was Taketsuru Uisuke, he was a handsome guy even though i'm a bit begrudged to acknowledge that, he was a guy with red hair and blue eye, his question brought silence to the arena as it was indeed only him that brought this point out, i don't have any impression on that guy, but he seemed like a good person .

As he said the last part i didn't even need to look around me to see that i was currently under the attention of all of them, after all i was the recruit he was talking about, i don't know why the Captain put it that way, i wonder if he was aware of something that i didn't know .
At first i didn't feel that they were very welcoming towards me that was indeed true, but after the first day, the second day, i seemed to have become popular all of a sudden, some were beginning to greet me with waving hands if we were to encounter one another, if not for the weird situations that i kept on finding myself in, not to mention the strange things that kept happening to me .

I couldn't help but laugh at the thought of him getting beaten again tomorrow, i already understood that he was trying to find someone else to path the title of the weakest in the corps, but he is just so unlucky with his choices of opponents, first with me, then he even wanted to try with Haimura, i guess he just can't seem to give up on those intentions of his yet .
All the people rolled their eyes at him, but before they say anything, the Captain gave the order to disperse and start training, he too was beginning to turn on his Prana, i was about to call him, but instead i saw him calling me after he summoned his greatsword and motioned for me to stay, while the other left to start doing their own things .
Tokiko was supervising the Kuromas, Sophia was sulking about wanting to spar with me, but seeing the stern demeanor of both me and the Captain, she just said that we both are no fun, stuck her tongue at both of us, then left to terrorize the other Shiroganes .
I looked at the guy in front of me and was about to say something, but he beat me to it, the words that he said shocked me to the core, i was here to apologize to him, but he actually said :
