"I was a kid when I got my first implant. My eyes were first. I never got more than that till I got a job over at biotechnica. But ever since I got my new eyes, idk I felt like I was missing something, even though I loved having the eyes. Throughout the years, before biotechnica, I saw things. Even when people had eyes as well, they didn't see them. But I did. Everyday, these faces, got closer and closer. I could describe them better and better as they got closer. And one day, while working at a biotechnica, they were in front of my face. Three black eyes with black liquid flowing down the eyes. All dark red with black 1s and 0s running down their face. Smiles so sinister, every time I close my eyes all I see is their smile.
Soon they grabbed me, pulling me in all directions, then, one who was sad, came up to me Put it's hand on my chest, and are me. I became crazy. I became a Cyberpsycho. I was captured by Regina, where I recovered, but I can still hear it's voice in my head. And I don't know how long I can keep it back. These immuno blockers are so strong, every time I use them, though I gain temporary control, I feel my humanity slipping away. That's why I want to come with you guys. I've helped all those cyberpsychos just for them to turn again. But there is a silver lining. I collected data, and I believe I've found the cause to cyberpsychosis, it's in this data chip, I'll hand it to you when I'm done fixing you up". Dr. Vance explained.
"What do you think was missing when you got the eyes"? Rowan asked. "I believe, it was my soul, if not, then I lost the spirit that was guarding my soul. Like a sacrifice. These implants, I can't help but love them, but at the end of everyday, I'm slipping away. I don't regret the implants, I regret the chance I lost, and if I could get that chance back at the cost of my implants, I think I would take it". Dr. Vance explained. "Chance for what"? Rowan asked. "A chance at life. I got a chance at life on the terms of this world, I wish I would have taken the chance to go on a path that I wanted. though I can't say I didn't want the implants heh". Dr. Vance explained, "alright, all you need to do is rest for a week, then we will be ready to go". Dr. Vance says as he hands him the data chip. "Thanks for listening". Dr Vance said.
"What's your name"? Rowan asked. "It's Dr. Va-". "No I mean your first name"? Rowan Interrupted. "It's Clayton, Dr. Clayton Dee Vance". Clayton said. "You have my respect". Rowan said.
