As the other heroes was fighting the monsters.
Wonder woman and miss martian was trying to reach E-Soul. However, it seem to be fornaught.
E-Soul kept stricking lighting to Wondergirl while she use her giant symbiotic sword to block it.
The battle was fierce as brother and sister faught againts each other.
While wonder girl was fighting. Miss Martian was reaching into E-Soul's mind. There she find countless fake memories showing E-Soul as an orphaned child who was found and raised by Luthor. Miss Martian quickly try to break them.
However she was unable to do so as a mental monster was there fixing everything. It was the mental monster created by the genomorph to make sure his mind stayed the way Luthor wanted.
Just then she found something that might break this dealock. She found the tiny memory that Kael left in him just like what Kael did with Wondergirl and Superboy.
As the battle rage on. E-Soul use his superspeed to pummel Wondergirl to the ground. Multiple times he jump and use the force of the impact to hit wondergirl.

"NOOOOOOOOOOOO!" E-Soul screamed as countless memories break into his mind. He soon got confused. He was unable to tell if his father is Luthor or He was made in a lab. As he got confused, E-Soul ran. He left the place leaving WonderGirl wounded.
Meanwhile, superboy was fighting againts his lookalike. During the battle, Superboy use his laservision into his lookalike eyes.
"AAAAAAGHH" The look alike scream. However just as he scream, the cream started becoming laughter.
The lookalike started shedding his skin and soon showed his true form. Doomsday.
"HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA" Doomsday laugh maniacally as he threw a punch into superboy.
"This... imposible. Doomsday was killed a couple years ago" said Superboy with a shocked look in his face.
With superboy's shock, Doomsday quickly started attacking superboy.
As Doomsday was attacking, something hit his back. It was KidFlash.
Then a huge water blade came toward Doomsday causing a cut. Only for him to heal it back up. It was aqualad.
Then when Doomsday was still wet, Static shock him. Unfortunatelly it was fornaught. Doomsday started fighting all four heroes, superboy, Kidflash, Aqualad, and Static.
However Doomsday was invinsible. He was oddly intelegent like a warrior with hundreds of years of training.
Doomsday was winning. Just then Zatana had a plan. She asked them to give her time when she opened a portal to banished Doomsday.
Nightwing soon took action. He struck Doomsday with a kriptonight blade causing Doomsday to feel pain. It was then Nightwing realized. This Doomsday is different. He seem to have weakness to kriptonite unlike before just not as much as superman.
Just as Nightwing was about to throw another, Doomsday took the kriptonight knife out of his body. Doomsday then destroyed one of Nightwings arm. He then did something horrifying. He dig into both of Nightwing's eyes and ate them.
Just then Zatana completed her spell, opening a huge portal. Aqualad seeing the chance, push Doomsday into the portal using his water weapons.
The heroes have won but at what cost ?

Location : Young Justice Headquarters.
"How is it ? Will he be fine ?" Asked batman as he look to his adopted son who was sitting on the bed with only one arm and blind eyes. Batman seem to be filled with regret.
"Yes. He should be fine." Said Tornado.
"Not only will he be fine but he will also be able to see." Said Black Canary.
"Oh ?" Asked Batman.
"Guardian's eyes. They can replace Night wing's. I know it's mean but luckily guardian's head was not too damage when he died." Said Black Canary.
"I see" said Batman.
"I also have some news. Roy's... I mean Arsenal's metal arm that was use to replace his old one can be given to Night wing" said Green arrow as he wipe tiny bits of his tears.
"Really ?" Asked batman.
"Yes, this is probably what Roy would have wanted" said Green arrow with a convinced expression.
Silence. No one know what to say. Just then wonder woman came.
"Will nightwing be fine with it ? To use the corpse of his friends to complete himself" asked Wonderwoman.
"I hope so..." said Batman.
"Batman, have you found something about the Doomsday that apeared ?" Asked superman as he got into the room
"Yes this Doomsday was created based on the data left by Kael. The young scientist who created wondergirl and superboy." Said Batman.
"Oh ?" Wonder woman answered with a raise eyebrow.
"They use his research along with the corpse of General Zod and old Doomsday to create this Doomsday. This is probably why it's technique is so good. There is a high chance that this doomsday is a fusion of the dead General Zod and doomsday giving it some of their memories and countless fighting experience. Unlike the old Doomsday, probably due to having parts of General Zod. This new Doomsday seem to have inherited the normal Kriptonian weakness just with better resistance than normal Kriptonians." Said Batman with a serious look.

Location : Hero Graveyard.
"Today we are gathered here today to say goodbye to three of our dearest members" weaping a black suit, superman said with sadness.
"Arsenal. He is a wonderfull person who never let his tragedy hold him back" said superman.
Red arrow seeing his original self get pulled down to the ground can't help but cry. Green arrow soon came and gave him a drink.
"Guardian, he was a person who willingly continued the legacy of the first guardian knowing that this journey will be full of thorns. Never thought that this journey will take his life so soon" said superman.
Countless heroes cried as they watch the young heroes get pulled into the ground.
"Bumblebee, she was a smart hero who sacirfice herself to fight for a better world. May she rest in peace" said superman.
As the last young hero was pulled into the ground. Heroes couldn't help feel sad.
"What about their families ?" Asked Wonderwoman to Batman as she drank her alcholic drink.
"I will reimburse them. Wayne corp will provide them so they can live a happy life. This is all I can do" said Batman.
"Is it right to make these young people help us fight this battle" asked Wonderwoman as she look into the starry sky.
"I don't know" Batman answered while looking at his drink.
An so this tragedy came to an end. The heroes have won the battle once more. However they lost the war.
