Chapter 11 - [ Chapter 11 ● Pride — The Progenitor of Seven Satanic Sins ]

"Exactly, when did His Eminence woke up? Besides for what reason did you deem it not necessary to inform us of his awakening? ... "

"No wonder, you; one of the Seven Profane Primordials.

A Primordial Demon Goddess of the Second Order, one blessed by His Eminence himself, now of all times called for a meeting between us, something which you did not for so many thousands of years.

You wanted to intermediate us, didn't you."

"Oo My!... Demoness of Seven Satanic Sins!~~

It isn't very nice of you to play with us like this. It would do you good, if you don't forget who we are just because of who you are~ "

"Indeed. I agree with the Demoness of Unholy Imagination — Xelana Dream!...

Despite your formidable strength, Demoness of Satanic Sin, the five of us are still capable enough to completely and thoroughly annihilate you from the face of this realm."

"Not - "

"Shut!... up!~~ "

Pride voiced, word by word! Her tone like a quiet rumble.

Her crimson gaze narrowed, glowering, menacing. Her once sadistic smile, now vanished, transforming into annoyance and irritation at the words these fools uttered.

"Let me make this absolutely clear to you five, I'm not someone weak, someone who needs to plot or scheme, if I want to do any harm to you weaklings.

Nor am I a friend of yours to be informing you fools anything about, My Master. Not like you fearful idiots are even worthy to come to know anything regarding him anyways.

Nonetheless, thanks to the respect that I have for you morons because of you five being Second Order Progenitors, I will warn you to not open your mouths needlessly and keep that terrified mind of yours in check and empty of your delusional thoughts, if you don't want to experience another death by my hands that is~ "

Pride reminded the five Progenitors. Her tone calm. Expression even. Immediately, as if suddenly remembering something, she further added...

"Not to mention, instead of having these pointless fantasies, you shameful Progenitors should use that malfunctioning brain of yours to think more about the problem I just shared with you~ "

"Eha!... "

They flinched. At last remembering about the actual reason for the meeting called upon by the Demoness of Seven Satanic Sins.

One which they had totally forgotten about because of the sudden fear that assaulted their minds and souls on feeling the Original Demon's presence rumbling through the realm.

As for the mild insults that Pride threw there way.

They didn't mind that. All because they were weaker then her.

In other words, their egos and pride also wasn't hurt. Since, even aside from her identity, the one insulting them was actually someone as strong as all of them combined.

Also, they could never forget the day when she descended upon them. And how brutally and easily killed all of them, one by one.

Her wrath was something they surely did not want to experience again if they could.

That was another terror that contributed for them to behave before her. As their prides had already taken a major blow after being annihilated by her once.

Then again, them showing arrogance before Arrogance Herself was nothing but sheer folly.

It was already good enough that Pride hadn't killed them again, because of the insults and baseless accusations they threw her way when the fear had overwhelmed their conscience.

All in all, the always prideful Progenitors, instantaneously went silent, there mouths shut sealed. Doing exactly what the Demoness of Seven Satanic Sins demanded.

Not to mention, they also perfectly knew that the reason Pride had called upon them had nothing to do with her stopping the war going on between them.

Instead, the reason was something very concerning, and on learning about the issue from her, even they wouldn't dare take it lightly or ignore it now.

Anyhow, it was also true that the Profane Primordial never really needed her Masters presence to deal with them, nor did she ever care about the massive war itself.

Considering, she was like a supervisor here, maintaining a vigilant eye, so that the ongoing war happening at such a big scale doesn't cause major harm to the Demon Realm in these uncertain times.

However, if the destruction of the realm by these Progenitors hands really did cross a certain threshold, than she would obviously descend again and end them all directly.

Hence stopping the war.

"HmM~ "

All of a sudden, Pride turned her head. Her gaze focused at the enterance of the massive hall, feeling a faint ripple invading through the space of the hall.

The other progenitors also sensed it. Their heads turned. Eyes narrowed. There whole attention focused on the towering gates of the hall.

All curious about the identity of the being who was daring enough to intrude upon them.

*WoossH!!~~* ... *WoooossH!!~~* ...

However, the existence that appeared before them immediately had their eyes going wide. Instantly afterwards, all six of the Progenitors quavered.

Indeed, Pride too. Even she was shocked on seeing her master, Lilith and her six sisters suddenly teleporting before her out of nowhere.

Whereas, the other five progenitors, they were merely trembling in terror, nothing more. Also, with their minds now imagining the worst thing they possible could.

"Master!~ "

"Your Eminence! ... "

They all stood up from there seats simultaneously.

Demon blinked at the second shaky echo. Considering, he had actually forgotten about the entire existence of these so-called five Progenitors his Pride was having a meeting with.

Reasonable, when one considered there current behavior, something which was obviously making one question there very identities time and again.

Then again, it wasn't there fault either.

As, if it was any other Original Being who had come before them, than they would've rather choosen to die instead of lowering their heads and forsaking their prides.

However, only because it was Demon, who was someone they considered even above their very own lives, were they behaving like there current selves.

Then there was also the Mother Demon.

Whom these Progenitors respected the most after the Original Demon; whom they literally revered, worshipped and idolised.

Afterwards, were the Seven Profane Primordials.

Which was the level they strove for. One day wanting to become just as strong as them by proving themselves worthy and receiving the Original Demon's blessing.

Demon shifted his attention towards the Progenitors. His gaze squinted, intense. These five had certainly caused a lot of deaths and destruction in his realm because of there futile conflict where they aimed to kill the others and devour their Origin Sources to become stronger.

Normally, it would've been a minor issues, even something normal, but currently after sensing all of the Demon Realm, Apxsinuous came to know exactly how bad the situation was in the realm.

And Demon also couldn't deny the fact that these losses caused by these power hungry idiots could prove to be very fatal for his realm in the coming future in many what if scenarios.

Not to mention, an irrecoverable damage to the Demon Realm would in turn also affect his Lilith. And that was something he could not accept at any cost.

Meanwhile, at his intense gaze, the five Progenitors shivered, their hearts in shambles, feeling as if the weight of the whole realm was placed upon their pitiful souls.

That was just how heavy his mere gaze felt to them... ... ... ... ...
