The A.I chip of Leylin wasn't originally part of Leylin's being. Originally, it was an item created in another world and when he was killed, the chip merged with his soul becoming one with him, less of an item and more of a power. Whether through research, experimentation or just good luck, you have found a way to accomplish this act. Whenever you desire, you can destroy any item and merge it with your soul, becoming one and the same. Allowing you to possess all the abilities the item once possessed. Remember as Leylin grew stronger so did the chip, now so do any items that you merge with your soul. In addition you can reverse the merger of any such item at will.

Frankly, you're just plain eccentric. Difficult to predict, thinking odd thoughts, alternative solutions to a problem come as easy as breathing, and somehow your enemies -and your allies- never see it coming.

So this is the Celestial Forge he spoke of. Luckily forge's mutation is still there and I did not lose it for this evolution. Even if it is more superior I still have a soft spot for it.
It's not like gamer powers, instead it feels like Sukuna's description of an innate domain. It like there is a huge constellation all most never ending in my soul and my power is trying to grab and absorb one.
Sometimes it misses, sometimes it can't handle it yet and skips over it and it seems I can get descriptions of ones it grabs and misses, it gives the option of pinning it down until I might be able to afford it.
It's a good power with the potential to lead to godhood or more.The new powers slotted in perfectly amd he became…more.
The first one made him a genius at angles, maths and strangely power utilisation. He knew just how much he needed to get the job done. Nothing more nothing less. His control over vibrations was elevated even more to almost pin point accuracy. Small localised earthquakes can be reduced to pure kinetic force.
The second one was even more absurd, he received the memories and talent of an alternate version of himself in some alternate magic dimension. He could understand and replicate anything, any ability, any concept and make it run on any alternate energy source.
That particular ability meshed so well with the third but he is skeptical about it for now for he has no devices to merge with.
It occurred that he can create one but he decided against it as it would not truly be the real deal.Especially the more mythical ones like Avalon from the Nasuverse.
The last power made me a tactical savant like Naruto Uzumaki. But it's not limited to just combat but every facet of my life including creation of technology.I am not limited to just the proper path now. My brain is wired to be capable of having multiple solutions to the same problem although in combat is where it will really shine.
(Note: Hey guys. Sorry but I want to retcon something to make the story better and allow him some challenges in the future. I am nerfing his physical strength to Captain America's peak human which is lower than Spider-man or Black Panther's strength. Which should be about Brute 4 in PRT ratings. This is so he can still struggle abit with the raw power and speed of capes like Legend,Alexandria not that he is helpless as he still has his fruit abilities.)
