Wyatt drove steadily and arrived in the countryside on time. When they reached the village entrance, Eve bought a lot of things from the small shop. Meanwhile, Cecilia and Skye got out of the car and started walking towards the house to refresh themselves.
"Oh, you know, I bet you won't be able to hide here for long."
Wyatt muttered while carrying the things.
"Why?"
Eve asked.
"Your parents obviously don't know about this yet, and they're still thinking about President Sutton. If he makes a call, they'll spill everything, won't they?"
"Let them spill, I'll figure something out."
"No, you should definitely not think about going somewhere far. Your body isn't like before; you're carrying a baby, and it's not safe for you to run around on your own. I wouldn't be at ease with you doing that."
"I won't run around."
